I have this shoe in another color. When my feet hurt I fall back to wearing these as it supports my arch in the correct position. The straps are close enough together to prevent my little toe from slipping out. A downside is that on one shoe the leather beneath the toe became unattached. I was able to glue it down but it looks a little hokey. The traction on the bottom of the shoe was worn smooth after one season and became prone to slipping if worn on a wet surface. They are definitely worth buying if you can get them on sale.

Ordered wide, an unusual occurrence for me, so my usual 7 felt overly long. May return for 6 1/2 wide in same adjustable style. Really miss the Sunbeams with buckles that allowed width flexibility instead of the simple Velcro which is less slick looking.

The velcro closures are very stiff and uncomfortable. I have been wearing them with socks to break them in... Hopefully they will get more comfortable as the leather straps are also too stiff!

I had high hopes for these. I have a lot of Clarks Wide shoes and my dog ate my 3 year old black Clarks that were very similar to these. When I put these on, there were about 2 sizes too long. The width was great, but if I tried walking in them, I would have broken a leg because of the length. I'm actually a 5.5 Wide, but since no one makes 5.5 Wide shoes, I wear a size 6 Wide fairly comfortably. These were more like a 7.5 or 8 for length.

These are a fine , not great sandal .

Just got these in the mail. I wear a 9 and have hi arches and wide feet. I ordered wide and they fit well in that respect. I didn't even have to widen the closure. Very comfy. These are like glorified slippers. There is no arch support. (might consider gluing in one) But these I can not see wearing all day. While they are comfortable they are just something you slip on..not too substantial. More like a flip flop that you wear around the house to a quick trip to the store. I am debating whether to send them back..a minimal sandal for $67...not sure they are worth it. Some what attractive but I can't help feeling like an old woman slogging around in some cheap slip on sandals.

They fit well but have ZERO ARCH SUPPORT! I had to add some "stick in" type to make them truly comfortable. Sure wish Clarks would consistently add arch support! I won't be re-ordering the other colors due to this even though I like them otherwise. I wear a 7.5 with med width. I'm 5'6" weighing in at 121 but need adequate support to wear them a lot.

The places where all the velcro is is irritating. I found myself putting little corn pads under each strap as soon as I put them on. However, for the price, I thought no way. Too bad; I love the style and the padding is wonderful.

While I thought that they were pretty cute, they did not look very cute on my feet. Not the shoe's fault. However, If they offered the comfort that I was looking for, this would not have mattered that much. I could not get the left shoe comfortably adjusted on my foot for some reason. Also, while just walking around in my apartment to try them, they felt a little scratchy on the top of my feet. I knew that this would be a problem long term. I'm old, with hard to fit feet. I need a shoe that I can walk in comfortably all day. These were not the shoes for me. Had to return them.

I'm a 9.5N and the 10N fit me perfectly. I had to adjust the straps alot but my foot feels snug and comfortable. They provide just enough support. Unfortunately they're kind of ugly IMO. With the lacing, eyelets and oval leather tabs there is just too much going on and they look like a failed craft project (although they are good quality). I wear them as an everyday sandal b/c of the comfort factor as it's very hard to find a good fit for my narrow foot (believe me I've tried almost every narrow sandal on Zappos) but I don't wear them if I'm going out to an event or want to look stylish. I'll keep checking the Clarks inventory as they certainly know what they are doing and sooner or later a better style will come along.

Way to narrow!! Was surprised. Never wear shoes marked normal width that don't fit.

Wanted to like this sandal but the straps were scratchy on the inside next to the skin so they are being returned. Not the same quality sandals I remember from years before.

I am returning these because the Velcro and the stitching is rubbing the top of my left foot in several places -- which is irritating. I only have this issue with the left sandal, not the right one. The size and width for me at 6.5M is true to size.

This shoe is comfortable enough but my narrow fits more like a slim. I should have returned it but needed them asap.

This shoe runs large, I ordered down a size but was still too large.

These shoes could use more cushioning around the straps. They scratched the top of my feet when I tried them on, so I am returning them.

The color wasn't the same as shown in the picture. Shoes are ok, but disappointed in the color.

I own several pairs of Clarks shoes. The style and color are great, just what I wanted in a casual summer sandal. Unfortunately the heel is too narrow, not like older styles I have. I slide out sideways when I walk.

These are similar to other Clarks I own that I love, but I was very disappointed by the rough stitching used. I actually ended up with some small wounds on the top of one of my feet. I'm hopeful that I can make them wearable, but I'm not impressed that I have to alter these to make them not rub the tops of my feet raw.

Even though these sandals have three points of adjustment, I still could not get comfortable in them.

I was looking for comfortable shoes that I could walk around town with, and these were reasonably cute (although I'm not sure why there is velcro, since the design doesn't really all for the straps to be adjusted anyway)- but I had to return, because they were just so uncomfortable from the moment I slipped into them. Reading other reviews, it seems that if you have a narrow fit, they might be great. But for anyone with an average or wide foot, beware. They will not fit.

These shoes are excep-tionally comfortable. They're very appealing, and tempting, for that reason. But even perfect comfort doesn't quite trump the disconnect between the color of the shoes in the picture, a darkish, slightly metallic-looking, soft pewter grey, called "Pewter Leather", while the shoes in the box, which at first appear to be a mistake, are a gleaming, very shiny, bright yellow gold.

way too long! these were a full 1 and a half inches longer than my toes even in a size smaller than i wear. Clarks truly has changed theier shoe designs to fit only people with very long and narrow feet. these were uncomfortable where the straps velcroed.
