Too wide even for my wide feet and the back strap is way too long so that the velcro doesn't close properly

I have several of this shoes and this one did not fit. I order wide for my daughter who has one pair just different color and she could not even put her foot in. Weird. So I returned them. But I own many of this brand and never had a problem. Still love the brand and will order more in future.

Too wide at the front of the foot. Not a true narrow fit.

Just like other said, the strap will NOT stay up. Don't chance it. I am not picky but you cannot wear shoes when the strap is down around your heel. Also very little support. Poor construction for those with ANY feet challenges

Sadly these shoes appear to have been worn. They have toe prints on the soles and seem exceptionally loose & sloppy. They have not arrived in a Rockport box but in a plain box ... not up to Zappo's usual standards. I am giving the shoe one star not because I don't like it but because I think it is a used shoe.

Very uncomfortable because the straps rubbed my right foot until I got a blister! Returned them immediately for another style.

This shoe was cute with great support & a very comfortable arch support. Unfortunately it was not narrow at all. It felt like a medium width. Too bad because if had been truly narrow it would have been perfect.
