I normally wear a 7.5C but the 7.5W in this style was very wide and the fit too loose. Also a bit short in length. The tan color had a yellow undertone and lighter than pictured. Otherwise a comfortable shoe.

Very cute, but there is a very high and hard arch that made the shoes very uncomfortable. I had to return them after putting them on for less than a minute.

Very comfy, so comfy I wanted to keep them. But there is a design element that stopped me.Look at the picture of the shoe: That nice, soft, suede-like footbed extends out beyond the very thin sole. It becomes the leading edge of the shoe by more than a little bit. I'm not super hard on shoes, but I do wear them. They bang on the underside of my desk, hit the occasional raised bit of sidewalk, and, in general, lead an active life. Since my experience has been that that material has been the first thing to wear out on my (several) other pairs of Cobb Hill shoes, there's no way I could see these making it through the summer intact. I may be wrong, but I'm opting for something more durable looking.

I wear a narrow show. Very few shoes fit well including this show. I liked the look of itby the narrow was just too wide.

Unfortunately, the leather isn't at all soft so this cute sandal is not comfortable. The instep-straps are too long if you have a low arch.

I ordered my usual size and wide and it was very large and very wide. My foot slid out the peep hole. They are very cushy and feel comfortable, but look old fashioned.

These shoes could be comfortable for someone with a different type foot than mine. I have a narrow foot with a high arch -- so there was a large gap between the top/side and the footbed. Therefore, my foot swam in the shoe and gave me no arch support.

I ordered 8M, I usually need more room than a med, but not quite a wide. These would have fit me if I had a higher arch or a beefier foot. the bands that hook to the heel strap were 3/4 in too long. I have a flat, thin foot. I also felt they were not a "young" look, on me. I am 60+ Cobb Hill Aubry 8W fits me fine!

I ordered this and another pair of Cobb Hill shoes. I was excited to find this line, as I wear and enjoy shoes from the parent company, New Balance. Sad to say, this line does not give me such a happy feeling. I ordered a wide width, but it still felt too narrow. It's a pretty shoe, but just didn't produce the desired comfort I was looking for.

After trying two sizes (yes you really do need to order at least 1/2 size smaller than usual), this style is still not working for me. Even though the footbed is perfect, it is impossible to tighten the back strap enough to keep from walking out of the shoe. The problem is that the length of the double strap that connects the front of the shoe to the heel strap is just too long. There is elastic to ease the fit, but the double strap is so long that it never fits tightly enough to make it snug against the foot, let alone having any need for elastic. My final order was for a 9M. It was still plenty wide at the forefoot, even though I sometimes buy a 10W in athletic shoes.

This shoe was a bit too wide for my foot (I have a 4A narrow). I definitely would foresee blisters in my future if I kept this shoe.

This shoe didn't look great on my foot. I'm sending it back and going with a different style. The shoe was pretty comfortable. I'm going to keep this brand in mind in the future.

It was just too long. I am returning it for a smaller size. For comfort, it was incredible.

Way way too wide, particularly in heel area for me. I normally read the reviews but did not on this because it was so highly rated. I should have! I ordered a 9 1/2 N.

I love this style from Rockport Cobb Hill (I have the black and white colors already). But the Velcro back strap on these tan shoes made a loud scratching noise with every step. It was so annoying that I didn’t even make it out of the house the first time I attempted to wear them. I had to go and change shoes before leaving. So they are being returned. Disappointing as the tan is the perfect go-with-everything shade.

I wanted to love or even like this shoe. I had read all the reviews before I purchased these. The pattern is dated - such as the old garden plants from the 70's or the doilies on your grandmother's dining table. They were not as comfortable as the RevChi but that's a different show altogether. I ordered these in black and pewter. The black was marginally better but both pair are going back.

The shoe was a little stiff. The toe portion cut into my toe but not bad. I mainly just didn't care for the style.

I really had high hopes for this shoe and am now in "desperate mode". First of all, this is the second shoe that I have ordered this summer that has a Velcro heel strap fastener. . . UNFORTUNATELY it is becoming the norm. Absolutely pitiful! Please stop using Velcro and get back to buckles. When pulled tight enough to fit my heel, the top and bottom Velcro strip only meet by about a 4th of an inch, and what is left is excess strap flapping around. PLEASE go back to buckles where one can add another hole when necessary (redundant, I know). Secondly, this shoe definitely runs wide in the medium width . . . padding up this type of shoe doesn't work. If I had to say something positive, it would be the fact that the arch has decent support, but it doesn't compensate for the excessive width.

I have narrow feet and it was too wide. I had to return it.

As is shown in the picture someone else submitted to the photo gallery, the shoe was too wide to be a stable fit, and I had to return it.

I only gave this 2 stars because these shoes were incredibly short, which was shocking, because I have many Cobb Hill's and they always fit perfectly. Rockport is now making them instead of New Balance, and I sure hope this is not the start of the end of my love affair with Cobb Hill. They are cute as all get out and have the cushiony support that characterizes the Cobb Hill line. I would be in love with them if they didn't run at least a full size too short! Thanks goodness Zappos has a great return policy!

I was really hoping this shoe would work for me since it comes in a narrow width. But, the back strap was at least an inch to an inch and a half too long. If I'd strapped it where the velcro was supposed to strap my foot would have never stayed in the shoe. It seemed like the company put the same strap on wide shoes and narrow shoes. Also, my toes were at the very end of the shoe so I felt it was a little shorter than it should have been.

When I opened the box I could see that the stitching on the back strap was unraveling. overall this shoe did not look like it was made as well as the other Rockport shoes I had in the same order. However, I did try it on and it was comfortable.

This shoe is too wide and too large. Size ans width are not true.
