I love these shoes, however, the leather was a little stiff. I would have kept them but the right shoe was a second. I don't understand why, if one is paying full price, the pair should be defective. If it's not perfect don't sell it or state that it is a second and discount the price. Very disappointed.

I love the look of the shoe and was really looking forward to wearing them. But unfortunately, since Naot does not make half sizes these did not work for me. I have very narrow feet and the size 9 was narrow enough for me to get by. However one foot is larger and was pushing the end of the toe box. So I sent them back and ordered a size 10. But when you go from size 9 to 10 the shoe is much wider. This happened to me with another style of Natos. Please please Naot - Make 1/2 sizes!!!!

From the picture I thought this was a cute shoe, but when I tried it on I didn't like how. It looks. So they're going back. However, the fit was true to size and they did seem comfortable.

It's a cute shoe, the fit was right. In the information it said the heel was 1 1/4 " but it felt like flats with no raised heel. I need to have at least an 1" heel for back support. Disappointed. Returning them.

My foot is a C in the front and A in the heel, my toes are short and I have a high instep. I usually wear a 7 but also orderd a size larger and they are perfect. I read the reviews about the shoe being narrower than they have been. This is my first pair. I definitely needed the litle bit extra width gained by the slightly larger size. The cinnamon is a bit darker than I expected but fine. The Arizona tan online had a pinkish cast so I avoided them. I would DEFINITELY recommend them to friends!

These were cute and comfortable.

The shoes look great and would likely be very comfortable if they fit your feet. I usually wear a size nine, but the 40 was a bit too short and the toe box was too small for me. I know that the next size up would be too big since Naot does not make half sizes and my feet would swim in a size ten.

I really wanted to LOVE these sandals for an upcoming trip to Europe. I thought they would feel like the Kayla which I wore right out the box on an earlier trip. The heel sits just slightly lower than the Kayla and the arch support is not as good. I walked back and forth at work on carpet and stood for some time, with one of each shoe on my feet to really compare. Sadly, these are being returned. Thanks Zappos!

I own several pairs of Naot shoes and was looking forward to receiving the Arataki's, as Naot is my favorite brand. I ordered the Gray Shimmer and Sea Green colors and both colors are beautiful. I ordered the 39, my usual size, but sad to say, I had to return these shoes because they are too wide, too long, and basically look "baggy" on my narrow, thin foot. There was a big gap along the top front of the shoe; I had to pull the strap as tight as it would go to fit my foot, but then the ends of the straps drug on the floor. I do like the style and think it would transition well for the Fall season, so I am thinking about ordering down to a size 38; however, based on the overall size of the 39's, I am doubtful that a size smaller will work either.

This was one of the most comfortable shoes I've ever tried on. The footbed felt like it was custom-designed for my foot. The shimmer black color was unique and pretty; neutral and not too shiny. Unfortunately, the shoe just didn't look good on me at all. It made my foot look thick and chunky, and not in a good way. The ankle strap was convenient (and had plenty of length) but looked odd. For me, the price was high summer shoe. I would need to love everything about it to justify the cost. Since that was not the case, I'm sadly sending it back.

Comfortable and cool but noticed toe is scuffed/damaged after only one trip.

I REALLY wanted to keep these shoes, but the Rumba leather was a little too stiff and dug into the top of my foot. And the metallic silver was a lovely and perfect neutral color, but I wanted something with more color. I love my Naots--I have a few pairs. And wanted something with this comfort and coverage, but sadly this didn't work out for me.

I've got a bad back that means I have to wear flats, and I've got size 12 feet, and I walk a mile each way to and from work and I don't want to have to wear separate shoes for the walk. That combination makes it very difficult to find stylish, walkable shoes appropriate to my dressy-casual office. These absolutely fit the bill. My only complaint, and the reason I took a star off, is that the stitching for the velcro strap is scratchy against my foot. I tried tightening the strap to keep the stitching from rubbing, but finally realized that loosening it helps more (and the fit is good enough that I don't need the strap tight to keep my foot secure in the shoe while walking). I bought the blue shoes, and I think this style is probably cuter in the lighter versions. The shape of the sole against the body of the shoe gives the suggestion of a heel, and that effect gets lost with the dark sole/dark leather combination. I still love them, and hope Naot continues to expand the models they offer in size 12 (they've got several styles I'd buy in a heartbeat if they were offered in my size).

A cute shoe and a good fit for my 81/2-9 foot in a size 40. However, I need much more padding and the toe box is a bit shallow, rubbing on my one hammer toe.

Nice casual shoes. Loved the metallic color but not dressy enough for my event in Italy..Returned the shoes. Probably would have kept them but they were too expensive for not meeting my need for a better looking shoe. Although I did not wear them they felt comfortable and true to size when I tried it on. Appreciate the easy return. Love shopping with Zappos.

Like everyone else, I felt this shoe was very comfortable—I know I could wear these all day. My only complaint is that I thought it made my feet look big. Maybe that’s just me. These will be a perfect 3 season shoe!

Cute shoe, and nearly perfect fit. Since my left foot is the longer of the two, my toes were at the end of the shoebox. Nothing anyone can do about that, but maybe make the toe a bit more roomy. Would have gone one size up, but then the arch support is in the wrong place on my right foot!

This shoe felt like a slipper. I have rheumatoid arthritis and these were extremely comfortable, even with flared feet. Unfortunately the style did not look great in me. The length of the toe portion was just too long. Also, I didn’t like the look of the heal being exported. Too bad because I could’ve probably walked in them forever.

The heel was a little less support than I like, and felt like my heel was slipping around. I also did not like the shape of the toe -- kind of pointy over the big toe. Very good arch support. I returned the shoe, because for that price, I want perfect.

Comfortable right out of the box. Just not jazzed by the green color but that's no reason to return them.

These are beautiful and go with so many outfits. It probably would have been better to try a size smaller, but they felt so good I wore them anyway.

Nice leather and comfortable. However the lining, especially inside the strap over instep and ankle, is not smooth or padded. I expect that a shoe this expensive to have these comfort details. And the instep strap had several rough edges and places where the nylon thread was poking out.
