These shoes are pretty cute but they are almost too big for me. I wear a size 4. The size 35 is at the edge of what I can wear and be comfortable. However, I love Naot footwear and have several pairs of the Kayla style which actually fit me better. I ordered this style for the "in between clogs and sandals" weather.

These were more attractive online than in person to me. Fortunately, my mom wears the same size and she loves them. I found the thin strap to be a little uncomfortable but she isn't bothered by it. The style is reminiscent of Mary Janes but the Gray Shimmer color adds some pizazz.

These are gorgeous sandals! As others have mentioned, the gray shimmer leather is a lovely, versatile hue. Also, the leather is very supple and they are so attractive on. I would bet that they are super comfortable on warm days with the perforated design. One thing that is deterring me from keeping them (over the other non-sandal Naots that I ordered) is the little elastic piece that connects the heel strap to the latch strap -- I can see this potentially wearing out/degrading over time. Otherwise, a beautiful, supremely comfortable sandal.

Cute and well made but very narrow. My feet tend to be on the narrow side of medium and these were just too tight across the ball of the foot. Too bad because they aren't available in a wider fit.

I had a pair of these Arataki a few years ago which for unknown reasons I gave away (???). So I thought I'd buy another pair in the same size, 41 or 10, for my 9.5 medium to narrow feet. I am returning this pair, surprisingly, because not only do they feel a little short but the leather is not soft. It feels like it will rub. I've never had a pair of Naots feel like they would rub because of stiff leather!!! I'm not happy at all, and will return them. Too bad because a closed toe, open air shoe is perfect for me for this time of year when I don't always feel like wearing sandals. Too bad.

Just big and loose - the heel straps would not tighten sufficiently to hold my foot - I would have had blisters immediately

This shoe is very comfortable and the leather soft. I feel it runs small. I have similar 41 Naots and they are larger. I wish this collection was true to size. It is disappointing to have to return shoes.

Unfortunately my regular size did not fit. Style looks very flat. Did not like the flimsy velcro strap around the ankle.

These were a snug 7.5 as far as length, but the area over the top of the foot was wide and moved when you walked. Sloppy fit.

I typically wear a 9.5N and have low volume feet as well. These Naots probably do run a bit narrow, but they were still a little too roomy for me. Also, there was a strip of leather on the lower inside of the shoe that rubbed a bit on my arches. This was the true deal-breaker. The length was true to size. I also didn't think the gray color was very flattering. I guess I expected more of a metallic pewter, but these are more of a drab, dark gray with the tiniest bit of sheen. These were on sale for $109 (probably because they didn't come with a box or proper packing materials), but they retail for $179. These shoes do not look expensive. The arch support isn't very substantial--hardly moderate. I was excited to receive these, but they are disappointing overall.

Fits as well as the Rari, but the Rari is a cuter shoe (in my humble opinion). So, I'm keeping the Rari & returning the Arataki. I am so grateful for Zappos to make it very easy for returns!

It was a little short or more narrow in the toes than I would have liked, but the heel also felt lower than what I am used to. With the comfort slightly off, I will return.

The area over the toes is tight.

Usually I select Naot shoes because of the excellent arch support. It was lacking in this pair. I return them.

The fit of this shoe was fine. I was very disappointed in the quality of the leather and sole which both felt like plastic making the whole shoe look cheap. The straps were very thin and felt like if they were pulled a bit too strong they would break. Too bad I had to return them

So disappointed in this Naot Arataki flat! Just pulled them out of the box and found a defective shoe. The shoes are narrow; I could barely slide my average width foot inside the shoe. But, these shoes must have been purchased and returned by another buyer. One strap was nearly torn in half. No way to repair it or ignore it as the tear was at the 0 ring. I think another buyer must have tried to wear this too narrow flat and torn the strap in the process. Beautiful to look at but a nightmare to wear.

Color was pretty, shoes are lightweight but toe area is painfully shallow. The narrow velcro strap wasn't comfortable, as the rough side would slide onto the skin. Wish they'd worked.

These Arataki were not bad, but the Rari were a better fit and style for me, so I opted for them. The Arataki seemed to gape over my foot, and my toenail caught on something in side. I have narrow heels and midfoot, high arches, and normal otherwise.

I read that these run wide, well my feet are medium width running maybe a little wide, but I couldn't even get my toes into the shoe.

These are the usual comfortable, well cushioned Naot shoes. It was actually a very cute style. However, the leather looked cheap. I would expect that if this were a $40 shoe, not in one that's $170. I returned it.

The covered toe box was too deep to make them appear anything other than orthopedic shoes. Not attractive
