Buy these shoes! They are so comfortable. My orthotics fit so well with them, I have them in both the brown and grey. They are both casually and dressy. Like the perforations during the summer months. A bit pricey, but well worth the money.

Very comfortable with a wide toe box. Like them as a cross between a sandal and shoe. The pewter color is a nice neutral without a lot of shine, so it blends in.

I like the fit and the way the Velcro is able to be adjusted. It felt a bit shorter than other Naot’s that I own in the same size, but the real issue is the look of the shoe. I wish the shoe was solid, rather than the cut outs. Plus it is more expensive than other shoes that are sold in that supportive slightly orthopedic style…

The size was good and I like the shoes. They are a bit to wide but I am considering keeping them because they are comfortable and have great support. I just have a narrow foot and heal. The heal fits well though which normally doesn't happen. They are cute on and I really like the style

There were things I liked about this shoe; the color choices, the versatile style however there was a gap across the forefoot that I felt would get wider with use so very sadly I had to return the shoe. I have hard to fit feet and I am very grateful for Zappos’ customer service.

I was looking for a cute but comfortable shoe to wear to a graduation with stadium seating. This is very cute and would be perfect for the occasion. The upper is a lovely navy blue leather. It has a nice insole with reasonable arch support, although I would like a bit more support in the arch. I normally wear a 38 Euro in Dansko and Allegria, but my toes were hitting the end of the toe box in this shoe, although the arch was where it should be. There was adequate width in the toe box without pinching the toes. My reason for return though is that there isn't enough cushion under the metatarsal heads. It looks like there would be, but there isn't, and I didn't think my feet would hold up to extensive walking.

Comfortable shoe. Only complaint is that the top toe enclosure can cut into the top of the foot. Not drastically to caused real discomfort or injury, but noticeable.

These shoes fit true to size with moderate cushioning. I started to keep them - they are cute and comfortable, but they don't have as much arch support as I need. I thought about adding some additional support, but for aprox $200, it should fit perfectly without me having to modify them. I have a really high arch, so the average wearer shouldn't have a problem.

The sandal arch and sole support was one of the most comfortable. Unfortunately, I had to return because my heel did not feel supported without a back.

WHERE IS THE PEWTER COLOR??? I have been looking for a closed toe shoe for 5 years in Pewter (because you only need one color if you have that!) and cannot find anything to fit my 5-1/2 Wide foot. HELP!!!!!

The show was stylish and well-made but the footbed was too narrow and uncomfortable.

I'm a 7 1/2 and wear a 38 in my favorite Naot's, the Matai but the 38 was too small in the Arataki and the 39 too big. The soles are soft (softer than the Matai) and very comfortable with the right amount of arch support which is why I kept the 39 even though they are a little large . I also like the slingback and holes on the top for ventilation in warm weather. What I don't like is how clunky they look on. The Matai has a diagonal shape where where it touches the top of your foot and creates a diagonal space between the strap and the shoe. This makes the shoe and my foot look narrower and more graceful whereas the Arataki doesn't have enough of a diagonal to have that effect and look blocky. I bought the Arizona Tan which is a beautiful color that will go with many things.

Material was soft

It's always tricky when there aren't half-sizes. I've had this shoe before in the same size, but this color [sage] was a little smaller in length and my toes touched the front of the shoe. I'm going to try for the 41's and see if it's better. They are a comfortable style for summer!

ok but big

First of all, if you wear a US size 6, you might want to consider ordering a size 36. Naot says that's a size 5, but I'm a reliable size 6 and I ALWAYS wear a 36 in international sizing. The 36 might be a bit small for you if you sometimes wear a 6 1/2, but the size 6 I ordered which was a 37, fell off my feet. I reordered a size 36 and I'm sending them back. The right shoe squeaks horribly. This is the third pair of Naot shoes I've had that squeaked. The other two started after a few months of wear. I keep buying them because few companies provide enough arch support.

Not comfortable enough to justify the high price

This is such a cute flat shoe and seemed like it would be a comfortable shoe but I would need at least a half size or full size larger. It also squeaked as I walked. If that didn’t go away I would be pretty unhappy.

Decided these would be too hot for summer.

The toe bed is too wide for my narrow feet. Bummer :(

I bought this shoe because I have it is gray shimmer leather that I loved. This shoe must be made of a different material because it felt tighter over the toes. I was going to see if breaking them in would stretch them a bit, but when they started squeaking it was more than I could accept. I am disappointed.

Did not fit like my last pair. Which is the same model, so I am disappointed in the shoe

I ordered the Naot Arataki in blue. Very pretty, quality shoe but a bit wide in the toe area for me.

Trying on the right shoe I thought these were keepers. The sole is flexible, soft and supportive. The leather is a beautiful muted green. But the let shoe didn't quite fit, digging in a but on the top of the instep when in flex. Also, the velcro straps are quite thick compared to the density of the toe-cover, a visual detractor. Well made generally, just not right for me.

Cute shoes but the fit was weird. Quite short compared to other NAOT styles, and the upper was wide, which made it floppy. If you have a wider foot, this would probably be a good shoe for you. the support seemed good.
