Lovely shoe with nice padding but it's the shortest length shoe I've ever had in size 11. I would order a 12 if it were available.

I bought these shoes to wear walking around Manhattan thinking they would be comfortable. However upon taking them out of the box and wearing them around the house, I could see that the straps were rubbing. I have been looking FOR YEARS to find a comfortable shoe which looks good with a dress and has comfort, THESE ARE NOT IT.

The fit and style were great, but the strap across the toe rubbed the great toe and would be very uncomfortable for walking any distance. Should have a softer material on the underside of the strap across the toes.

Very disappointed. Purchased numerous Naot sandals in the past but these were poorly constructed in comparison. My toes stuck over the front of the shoe because the back strap/support was set somewhat inside the heel of the shoe, resulting in the foot being forced forward. Hence, my toes stuck over the toe of the shoe and my heel was pushed forward of the heel of the shoe. All in all, not what I expected based on prior Naot shoes I've purchased. They were exactly the color I wanted and were really very pretty but weren't constructed to fit the foot properly.

These shoes are very pretty, but the strap behind the ankle is too loose and is not adjustable, and the outer footbed slopes upward, which makes them iuncomfortable. I returned them.

The heel strap of this shoe is set too forward which poorly positions the heel in the shoe.

I am so disappointed in these shoes. The straps rub blisters no matter how they’re adjusted. There is a seam at the front of the footbed that also rubs blisters. Naot’s recommendation is to wear socks or use moleskin. Naot should work on making softer straps, not instruct consumers to wear socks with their high heels. Avoid!!!

Terrible quality! I bought these shoes a little less than 2 years ago and the quality is terrible. Last summer I was walking in them and all of a sudden the arch area on one of the shoes began bending downward; apparently that portion of the shoe had failed. By the time I got home my foot was killing me and it hurt for several days afterwards. At that point I had maybe worn the shoes 5-6 times. I contacted Naot and, after weeks of sending pictures and responding to customer service questions they told me there was nothing they could do. In addition, the velcro on one of the straps stopped sticking. These shoes are very expensive to be of such shoddy quality. I bought them based on positive feedback I’d heard about Naot but I will never buy Naot shoes again. I do not recommend this shoe.

These shoes are too big. A 37 is not the same as a US 6. What are those of us who need a smaller than size 6 supposed to do?
