This shoe is so so nice looking. It's a really elegant, architectural look, and with enough of a heel that it could be dressy. It has the fabulous Naot footbed, which gives super comfortable support, and I could imagine being comfortable in this height heel for many hours. Alas, it was too narrow for me. The Intact is part of the "Supreme" collection, which is described as a medium width. I have medium width feet, but they tend toward the wider end of the medium spectrum. I cannot wear any of the Naot "medium" width shoes. I had hoped that these would work, with the velcro at the toe strap. They did not. First, it wasn't just the toe strap width that was the issue -- for these, a good quarter inch of the side of my foot (not toes) extended beyond the side of the sole of the foot. Second, the velcro is made in such a way that, if one tries to adjust it looser, the velcro pad becomes visible, on both the toe strap and the ankle strap. I think it's ugly to see the velcro. Going narrower would be just fine. A gorgeous shoe that's a clear wrong fit for me. Great for medium-to-narrow sized feet!

I really wanted to like these, since they look so nice, but they did not live up to the quality I am accustomed to with Naot. They were not cushiony and comfortable like my other Naot shoes, and did not have enough arch support.

Just all-around wonderful. Fit is true -- not too narrow or short, which some Naots have been for me. Ball of my foot is a little wider than some, but I didn't even have to loosen the strap. No rubbing or chafing anywhere, great support, stable when walking. I'm a 6.5, usually 37 Euro, and the 37 here fit great. Color is rich inky blue.

Great little Naot shoe. Already own this in two other color combinations. Very comfortable from day one with two adjustments available. I would say this style is best suited for someone with a narrow to medium foot. My regular size is 7M and Naot 38 is perfect. Great support

I have lower back and balance problems, and these are absolutely the most comfortable shoes I have. Heel height is perfect. I have all the colors that are available in my size and only wish there were more!

Very stylish shoe! However, padding for ball of foot only covers a small section, making the shoe very uncomfortable for wearing all day. Not like the other Naots I have. Going back.

I love that these are velcro closures - I wear an 8N and can synch these on to fit perfectly!

I love these shoes. They fit perfectly, I wear a 6W, and I often buy shoes with Euro sizing. They have decent arch support, are stable, and look nice. I use them for work - they are kind of dressy, yet kind of casual.

Normally I love NAOT however this shoe does not seem to follow the fine workmanship and comfort I expect. Part of the foot bed was too narrow. the upper straps were scratchy and ill fitting. In general the shoe which I tried in 2 sizes just isn't comfortable.

My absolutely favorite shoes: they give me height, which I need, and they are incredibly comfortable. I can walk six miles in them, on NYC sidewalks, and my feet will still feel good. I have two pairs of these; once I saw how perfect they were for my feet, I quickly ordered another. And I'm not a kid: I'm in my mid-70s and have a huge, ugly bunion on one foot. I wear these shoes with skirts, dresses, and pants.

Beautiful shoe! Unfortunately the ankle strap dug into the top of my foot. The shoe was comfortable in all other ways. Such a bummer as it is hard to find stylish shoes for people with foot issues (high arches, plantar problems etc). Oh well my search continues....

I own these in three colours, and would buy even more. These are my go-to “heels” for all dressy occasions.

A very comfortable and versatile shoe that can be worn for both casual and/or for dressy occasion. The size 10 (my regular size) was doable, but was a little tight across the forefoot - I sized up the 11 and it was perfect. Very comfortable shoe - your feet won't hurt as the evening goes on! Highly recommend.

This is one of my favorites for the summer. The fit is very true to size and allows for two areas of personal adjustment in addition to the elastic heel strap. The sole is soft and padded for long-wearing comfort. What a design bonus to have the toe portion of the sole softened with suede for keeping your foot from sliding forward and for sheer added comfort. I love the heel height because it's the perfect height for casual to dress. The heel and sole are made of a man-made material that is easy to keep clean and looking like new. I bought the gold combination and find that there is nothing that you can't wear these with. The multi-media construction is is very sexy and fashion forward. I can just grab them and go. Don't hesitate to add these to your collection.

I am actually a 6/12, but this size 7 is perfect because it is highly adjustable. None of the other models offer so many options for adjusting the fit. My only complaint is that Naot doesn't do this model in more colors. I highly recommend the Intact for anyone who needs a broad heel with some height and the ability to tighten or loosen the show in more than one area.

I love my new shoes. So comfortable. I would buy from Zappos again in a New York minute!

These are amazing -- super lightweight and comfortable; great for walking. They are also very contemporary and distinctive looking. I first balked at the price, but given the quality, I think they will be well worth it.

The shoes are pretty, unfortunately the metallic tag felt off, an hour after I wore the for the first time. Now they have two ugly holes. I need to send them back

This shoe is supposed to be the same size as another one by Naot I'm keeping. They look very much alike but this one is too small.

I really loved these shoes but ended up sending them back (I’d ordered 2 from which to choose & couldn’t keep both). These are very stylish, comfortable (and they are cushy) AND I love the adjustable straps across both ball of foot & ankle strap (important for narrow feet like mine). The heel was advertised as 2” but is really 2 1/4 - just a little too high. If I could have justified keeping 2 pair of black sandals (at that price point), I would have kept these. I did love them.

They came today and I still haven't taken them off. They are that comfortable. The footbed is cushioned and they have two adjustable straps in addition to a small piece of elastic on the heal strap which means the shoe stays stationary when you walk. The style is versatile and could be worn with jeans or something dressier. I can't wait until the other colors are available.

These are beautiful shoes and I wish I could wear them. They are great because both the heel and the toe strap adjust. But, I'm having problems with my hip and they are too high for me. I can't walk in them easily even though they are comfortable.

alas the naot sandal velcro was too short ( unfortunately I have extremely wide feet). Beautiful shoe that did not work for me. Zappos you are the best!
