I have very difficult feet and it's hard to find fashionable "heels" that don't ache. These goods look great without leaving me in pain at the end fo the day. I couldn't give them 5 strs for comfort as nothing gives me complete comfort. I like the look and feel so much that I bought two pair.

Comfy. Normally wear a size 10 and these are equivalent to an 11 and fit perfect.

I ordered the Intact sandal, size 38 (7), in navy velvet/polar sea/pewter combo. This shoe is so very well made with good quality leather and very comfortable. The colors of the leather were beautiful, very understated. Unfortunately I had to return these shoes; they did not fit the shape of my foot properly. The front (toe) area of the foot bed is sharply curved. Due to the shape of my feet (toes) I require a foot bed with a more "square" toe box. I especially loved the two adjustable straps for a great fit. Very sorry they didn't work for me.

This is such a beautiful shoe. i love the color combos, the style, everything! I have MANY Naot shoes (probably ten styles?) and this is probably the only one where the arch support wasn't as good as I would hope. Not easy to add an ugly insert either. It is not bad, or lacking ANY support, but it's not Naot's usual high level of comfort with that great arch support they usually offer. I am still keeping them, as I LOVE THEM for every other reason. I have a more narrow foot, and with velcro attachments across the foot and at the ankle, you just can't go wrong with a great fit.

I read most of the reviews before I purchased this classy shoe. Unfortunately, I had to return it, because it just wasn't comfortable for me to wear for any length of time. I liked being able to adjust the two straps, but for some reason I couldn't get the strap across the toes to fit tight enough. My toes were getting rubbed .

I loved these sandals, however, regrettably, I had to return them. The forefoot area (under toes) seemed a bit narow, as my toes were hanging off a bit, AND the sizing was 1/2 size smaller than most {38}'s. Other than that, if you have narrow feet and arent between sizes, these would work for you.

Love the stylish look of these shoes. I am a size 7.5M. I ordered the 38 as that is my usual Naot size. This 38 was too short and narrow. So I tried the 39 but it was too big in length. I tried the blue which is beautiful as well as the beige and the gold. Very disappointed because I love the look of the shoes but just couldn’t find a size that would work. Also the arch is in the wrong place for me. All returned.

This is a lovely shoe and it fits great. It is a wonderful alternative to some of the more trendy platform shoes. Soft leather and a very nice color. It borders on being frumpy but the fit puts it over the top. The front strap is adjustable with velcro and the top strap is also adjustable. I suspect that the leather is so soft it may stretch out but I will take the chance. The cork is not necessary and I think maybe all leather would make it a little more modern but all in all a shoe I will wear quite a bit. I do recommend it.

Overall a very cute sandal. Naots usually are a great fit for me (with plantar fasciitis) but I am having knee problems now too and I didnot feel stable enough with this heel height. If not for the knee issues I would have kept them

This shoe is Navy. The picture looks dark charcoal and the color is called "ink". But it is Navy so be careful if you are looking for a light grey top and dark grey bottom.

I'm fan of Naot shoes, they make comfortable shoes but this one just didn't look good on my feet. It would have been a keeper if not for the look. Have to return.

Love the looks of these heels. Not too high, goes with lots of outfits from dresses to slacks. Beautiful colors and just a touch of bling to be different. I don’t think I have a wide foot and I do usually order a medium fit but I would not want these any narrower or I wouldn’t be able to wear them at all. If you have a narrow foot these are for you!

These are great for narrow feet. I had to go up one size.

Always love Naots. Sizing excellent for my size 8, wider than average foot. The hook and loop closure makes this style the best for me. A little clunky, but hey....will probably keep as there is nothing the quality of a Naot shoe and an excellent walker.

Naot is always an excellent quality shoe & worth the price. Sadly neither the 9 or 10 worked for me. Please Naot, make some half sizes.

This Naot footbed seems to run short and tight compared to others styles of Naot. I really appreciate the multiple adjustable straps on the style as it can be adapted to a difficult narrow foot. I would, however, need to get a size larger to make that happen.

I almost kept these shoes. They felt great and fit great but I was looking for something for work and couldn't get past that I felt a bit like I was wearing a fancy "river shoe."

The shoes are lovely and well made. I bought 2 pair the ink and green. stunning colors. howeveri am undecided. I worry about the elastic on the heel strap and the Velcro wearing out. I guess if that happens the shoe repair could fix them. I am keeping the ink because I have worn them but still thinking about the green. I did have to go up a size, in the 8 my heal sat on the edge of the shoe, a 9 fits pretty good.

Love Naots! This is a stylish model and my first with a back strap in awhile. My only issue is that the backstop hits my ankle bone in a awkward spot so try out at home to make sure comfortable.

This is a really attractive and comfortable sandal.It's only problem is that the left toe strap is not quite long enough for my toes and about 1/4 inch of Velcro is left uncovered when I strap my foot in. I have a triangular foot with wide toes and a narrow heel, which is why I look for velcro toe adjustments. I don't want to send the shoes back so I may see if a shoe repair shop can stretch the strap a little.

I choose naot for the arch support and I didn’t feel any here.

These are beautiful shoes so I was very disappointed that insufficient thought had gone into the design. If you need to adjust the Velcro strip the shoe becomes almost unwearable. I have a normal wide foot, but I had to adjust the strap just a tad and as soon as I did that I discovered that, no matter how carefully I placed it, it was too wide by a smidgen and irritated the top of my foot. The bottom strap actually narrows a bit and the top strap, with the Velcro, is too wide. From a quality shoe like this, this is a strange oversight.
