I purchased these shoes for my father who wears a 7 1/2 shoe, wide width, high arch, and he absolutely loves them. The deep brown color was exactly what he wanted and what I was looking for, for him. He was thrilled on Christmas Day, as the shoes got here in plenty of time, even if I ordered them late. I love this company, and so does my other family members.

I've worn these new Balance shoes for years, but they changed the design so they no longer fit my very wide foot. The old design featured a leather strip that started out as a lace eye unit and swept down to the front of the toe box. But no more.

Appreciate that New Balance has smaller sizes and narrow widths - very hard to find. This is not a stylish shoe but the comfort and fit are my priorities. I wear these to work and my feet are always as happy at the end of the day as they are at the beginning.

I purchased this for my husband and he liked this shoe so much I bought it in another color not long after he wore it for the first time. Comfortable and wearable for his long commute.

I was very pleased with this shoe; good value for my long, narrow feet.

This is a very god sneaker to buy . Every time I need sneakers , I order this exact pair . They're comfortable , durable , and all around a great sneaker . I would recommend them to anybody looking to buy a great pair of sneakers

I am very hard on shoes and these are working out great for me. I have a wide foot and these fit very well. Even after standing on my feet all day they are still comfortable. They do not look like a sneaker so you can wear them for work activities.

These fit like every other pair of New Balance shoes I've owned...comfortable for walking and can be worn to the office.

Second pair. High instep and extra wide, takes my orthotic inset easily, Great fit...and ZAPPOS is a breeze to deal with even when i have had to return products in the past.

My husband has been wearing this shoe for years. He worked on a hard surface and rarely sat down. These gave him support and comfort.

I ordered a men's shoe by mistake and it does not fit correctly. I am returning it but ordering another women's shoe in New Balance which is what my therapist recommended for me.

It is very hard to find shoes 6 E wide for my husband. These fit the bill. We will order these again and again.

My husband always wears New Balance shoes. He couldn't get the 812 so thought he would try the 813. A little wider in the toe box, but very comfortable. Like them.
