Best fitting shoe I have ever owned!

Shoes are very comfortable and the size is right but the next time I buy these shoes I would like to buy a little wider if they have them. (My feet sometimes swell on top just behind my toes and I think a little wider might take care of that) I am satisified and can wear these shoes for now !!!!!!!

I have very wide feet and it is tough finding a good pair that is wide enough. Most New Balance models seem to be available in wide widths, but this is by far the most comfortable that I have found so far. They are soft, light, well-cushioned, and sturdy. I would only suggest the white if you are wearing them indoors, as they seem to look dirty after wearing them outside often.

I have very wide, pretty much "square" feet. I've searched long and hard for shoes that fit comfortably, and these New Balance walking shoes are the best fitting I've found in a very long while. I can't attest to how long they'll last, and the styling is nothing special. but they feel so good! That's what I care about.

I was a big fan of 812s, all I wore except for church and special occasions, but when they became unavailable I emailed New Balance to get their suggested replacement and they suggested the 813. I bought my first pair and am quite pleased with them. Over the next month or so I plan to buy two more pairs to replace my other 812s.

The shoe: Perfect for my size 16 feet at a reasonable price. Zappos: Had the shoes when the other shoe stores in the area claimed that they couldn't even order them. You are The Best!

Good narrow fit. So hard to find.

I have been trying to find a pair of comfortable shoes that I could wear to work. These are stylish, they don't look like athletic shoes but they are just as comfortable. Shopped and returned 7 pairs of shoes before finding these. I have really wide feet, 6E, and have trouble finding reasonably priced and good fitting shoes. These are amazing. Thank you New Balance and Zappos, you have saved my feet.

Just purchased a pair of black 913's to use as walking shoe. Right our of the box, fit was great. I wear a 6E 13, and usually have to break in new shoes, not these - great fit, light weight and great arch support. Recommended.

They're ugly ... I don't care ... for me it's all about comfort. Great for all round everyday use and walking. They wear a long time, but they show the wear. I keep the old ones for working 'round the house and use the newer ones to go out. I always buy New Balance made with the SL-2 last because I know it will fit me.

Purchased this shoe for yard work as it looks more like a work shoe rather than a sneaker. Leather body provides protection to socks when grass is wet from morning dew. Good support when doing other projects around the house and garage. Overall, a good shoe for the money.

It's hard to find shoes in very wide widths. Happy to see that zappos carries up to 6E.

Excellent all around shoe. Very comfortable, supportive to wear all day. Always happy with New Balance shoes. First time I ordered from Zappo's and was very happy at the quick service and pleased with the price.

Great shoes that I have had for years for a wide foot. I have all three colors and they are AWESOME!

Great for walking. I work in a hospital and put the miles on. They have a boring look, but are good for the hospital environment.

Really comfortable right out of the box . I were them at work all day long .

I purchased this for my 89 year old father and he likes them because they look less like a tennis shoe. The fit is good and we replaced the ties with elastic bands so the are easier for him to slip on.
