This backpack is really great for college. I had an UA one before and the laptop compartment didn't have any protection. I think it can only fit smaller laptops like my Macbook Air 13" but it does come with an awesome tablet compartment I use this one for everything and I can't wait to use it during the school year.

This backpack is amazing! I bought this backpack for high school this year; I defiantly wouldn't have gotten another backpack other than this one. I always loved The North Face products. There durable, well-made, and stylish.

You'll really have to break in this backpack to make it comfortable, but with what backpack don't you have to do that with? it fits my laptop and tablet with cases on... I have the MacBook Air 13" and the iPad 2. My phone fits great in the front pocket, IPhone 5. Honestly the pockets with felt are amazing. I can also fit a TON of books and supplies in this. I'm so happy I spent the money on it.

This is a great attractive backpack

This backpack is great; Given, I've only been using it for 2 weeks. The main pocket is the size I was expecting, and it fits my 15" laptop well. The smaller stuff pocket is also great and can hold all my everyday stuff for around camp, including knife, bugspray, first-aid kit, rescue breathing mask etc. The small media pocket on the back is great too, I like the soft lining for my phones and stuff. The side pockets also fit my nalgine perfect. In addition to a good book backpack, It also doubles as a great day-pack for small hikes and whatnot too.

I love it. I would definitely recommend purchasing this book sack.

I just received my new pack today and I can't wait to stuff it full of my college supplies. I ordered the black and origin blue (a very light blue) and it is exactly how the picture shows. The laptop pocket very snuggly fits my Macbook Pro WITH a case on it. I put the backpack on and adjusted it to my size. It was very easy and I could already tell the difference in comfort and back support compared to my high school pack (not north face). The specific women's fit really makes a positive difference about how it sits on my shoulders. And it actually fits the size of my back instead of oddly spilling out and wrapping my sides. I have narrow shoulders that give me pain sometimes. Hopefully the extra support will help. The pack is definitely weighty though by itself, but when I put my laptop in I could hardly tell I was carrying anything. Thanks North Face! I have high hopes for the use I'll get out of this bag.

i travel offshore frequently to Euro and to China plus some Mx, and I need a comfortable, easy to carry, easy to hold/organize by carryons and equipment.

I love this backpack. It has enough room for all my books and you can never go wrong with a north face!! I took mine to get monogrammed and it looks even more perfect than before.

I loved the way that this back pack had enough room for all my textbooks at school plus my laptop! The colors right now are the cutest I have seen from north face! But do not put the back pack in the washer if it gets dirty, I had a couple straps break off and a hole wore in the side. Spot clean only!!!

Fantastic backpack. It accomadates anything you could possibly NEED in a bag. Not only is it spacious but it's comfortable. There aren't a million unnecessary compartments, but just enough well placed, object sensitive compartments. Love the bag.

This backpack works great for carrying around heavy college textbooks, my laptop, a change of clothes, or whatever I might need for the day! Ordered online and was surprised at how awesome it looked when it arrived. Definitely exceeded my expectations.

I love the bag but the only thing is the blue is almost white. I got the black bag with light blue edges. I didn't know it would be that light.

Best backpack I've had. Plenty of room for all of my school books and super cute.
