These shoes are so cute on. They really make your foot look smaller. The problem is they are very narrow, and even though my heel is narrow, they're too tight across the front of my foot. Also, there is not a removable insole, and absolutely no cushioning in these shoes. I wore them around the house for a bit and they killed my feet. I tried putting some insoles in them, but that didn't work very well. I wear anywhere from a size 7.5 to 8.5, depending on the shoe, and the 8's were very tight. I have not tried the 8.5 and probably won't given that insole is so hard. Too bad, because it really is adorable on.

Cute style, but not so comfortable. They have very hard soles. They run narrow.

This is definitely not your typical Keen. The shoe runs narrow and has very little support. The foot bed is not removable and there is not enough depth in the shoe for an insert. However, they are really cute. I kept them to wear with jeans and hoped they would become more comfortable with wear, but that has not been the case. This is the only pair of Keens I have ever been unhappy with.

I liked the look of the shoe online, but it is much more shiny than I had expected. Fit is good but the sole feels strange. I returned them.

I am a huge Keen fan VERY CUTE shoe! Does not have the wide toe box Keen usually does and that is one reason I buy Keen. Does not have arch support. Great just to kick around in, I would not be able to wear all day on my feet.

These are a cute style. They make my size 10 feet look small. I am not happy with quality (for the price) of these Keens. There is very little insole cushioning - minimum arch support - no removable insole - cheap looking unknown trim material. These are not athletic shoes.

These shoes fit great. I loved the look in the picture. But the leather parts were made to look distressed. The style didn't work for me. Looked like the shoes had been worn before.

It was hard to send these back, they were that cute. Most Keen shoes are much too wide for my feet, but I thought these would work. While the fit was excellent, my issue was with the footbed. The upper is nice and plush, and the sole is great with excellent grip. However, they lack arch support, and my left foot started aching after wearing them for a short while. I even put my favorite drugstore insole inside, but to no avail; that made the footbed bearable, but then the heels slipped. Alas, my search for a supportive and cute shoe continues.

I was looking for a regular-sized shoe that I could do a lot of walking around in at a conference (i.e., not clunky hiking shoes); I could tell right away that this would not be it. It was true to size and didn't pinch anywhere, but it's a very light shoe with not much between the sole and the ground. Arch support was just ok. And while I really like the style as far as construction, the suede on the "latte" color is a mix of beige and a silvery-gray, which gives the brand-new shoe a very dingy, dirty look that's not appealing.

I, had to return them because the lacing eyelet on one shoe was mis-positioned and the front and tongue puckered. Also the left and right shoes suede were a different coloration. As other reviewers said, the quality was poor, as well as the cushioning was minimal but I had planned on putting in another insole. I am gong to re-order and see if the next pair are better!

The fit was great. They felt good in the short time I have them on to try them. Unfortunately I couldn't believe how these looked once I got them and they were on my feet. My feet looked bizarrely tiny in them and yet there was so much bulk to the shoe. Zappos typically does a great job in the photos but somehow it just didn't capture them for me. The pictures looked much sleeker. Had to send them back.

Returning these shoes because they were damaged...All the suede on the toe & the heel area on both shoes was all scraped off. Plus there was soiled area on the side of one of the shoes. So very disappointed. But Thank You to Zappos for there wonderful service & awesome return policy. Also such very quick shipping process.

I usually like Keens, but the fit on this shoe is odd. I heeded the reviews about it running small and ordered a 9 and a 9 1/2. The larger size fit - sort of. My big toe had enough room, but the area around the pinky toe was too short. Haven't had that issue before! Also, the shoe seemed to elongate the foot. This just isn't the right Keen for me.

I have keen's hiking boots, hiking sandals and walking shoes. I've loved them all. I always order a half size larger than my normal size and that's always worked for me. This pair was too stiff and too loose at the same time. The top was stiffer than I expected, but I could have dealt with that. The shoe was way too loose around my ankles - even with socks on, and I could tell I would get irritations in that area if I kept wearing them. Sadly, they are going back.

This shoe runs extremely small. I wear an 8/8.5. I ordered an 8 based on a size comparison with addidas. Way too small. The shoe is also kind of sparkley looking. Didn't expect that. It is probably a decent shoe for somebody, but not me.

These shoes are ugly. The picture and the shoes in person are not the same. The shoes also had some discoloration on the suede parts which looks like the beginnings of mold from hot storage. I will be returning.

These were a disappointment. The suede on the tongue, toe, and heel of the latte color is far more yellow than pictured, and the shoe is surprisingly shapeless and underwhelming. I still would have kept them if they were as comfortable as my other Keen shoes, but... the heel gaps loose while the shoe is tight along the edges at the ball of the foot. I immediately noticed my foot rolling inward (pronation) with each step, an indicator that the arch support is not a good fit. They feel hot and hard - just not very comfortable. The laces are also WAY too long, flopping around on the top of the shoe. They are too thick to double lace and the show lacks the extra "lack lock" eyelet of a running shoe, so the only options would be to tuck them, trim them, or replace them. I've learned the hard way not to talk myself into keeping shoes that are good in theory but disappointing in real life. I still need sneakers/walking shoes that can go with khakis, so I'm returning these in favor of the Taos Star. They aren't as stylish as these appeared to be, but I own a pair in another color and feel assured that they will be comfortable and durable.

They look like they are worn out when brand new! The suede portion is mottled like it has been worn for years. Going by reviews I went a half size bigger than my normal--and still way too short. Maybe a full size bigger would work but they look so awful i am going to return them. Also the heel does not come up high enough so it feels like it is going to slip off --and like it would cause blisters if worn for long. It could be a good shoe if it weren't for those issues. I do like that it does not have any heel lift which is hard to find in anything other than barefoot shoes(which is why I wanted to try them)

I am crushed. I was thrilled when I thought I found an exact replacement for my Keen sneakers which I have worn for about four years on every trip I took. Light weight, stylish, comfortable, not hot....the perfect travel shoe. These looked identical in photographs and I ordered the exact same size. But when you compare them side by side, they are significantly different. The toe is less boxy and more tapered in the new ones so they rub my toes. The lining is lumpy, poorly sewn and has nasty creases in it, which are obvious even in casual trying on. The newer ones do not lace up properly and look floppy. What an utter disappointment. What has happened to quality control at Keen?

I wore a pair of these Keens for a couple years & loved them. Loved that the sole is black like the shoe. They are not made the same. They do not have as cushy an insole, the eyelet holes are not spaced equally & the eyelet backing is now soft so it bunches up between the holes when laced tighter. Very disappointed. Either Keen is not the same or they are 2nds.

I bought & wore the Mercer for 3 years & loved them. I ordered another pair to find that there are changes. The insole is thinner, the backing around the eyelet is soft so they don't stay flat & the eyelets on the pair I received where not spaced uniformly. $100 should not buy 'seconds'.

Not as well made as the previous year's model (which I bought two pairs of). It also runs at least a half size smaller than marked.

I have a long narrow foot and these did not work for me at all. Toe box is wide and back heel is cut low.

Alas, I have to agree with the lower ratings I've read about this shoe. I do well in the Keen Toyah Mary Janes but these are too narrow at the top of the foot. I also thought that the footbed was rumply feeling. They look cheap as compared to my other Keen shoes, and I have 7 pairs! :) I'm returning them.
