This is an update from a previous review. I commented that the footbed seems lumpy. After wearing the shoes for 3 hours around the house, I have to say that I think it s lumpy because there is next to no cushioning in the shoes. The lups are from the soles. After three hours, my legs and back and feet were tired and complaining. I do not recommend these shoes if you plan to walk in them for any extended period. They are foot coverings when you re sitting around. The cost is a lot to pay for that.

I LOVE these shoes. I'm a nurse and am often on my feet for 14+ hours at a time. I've tried many different types of shoes and my feet always ache throughout my shift. With these lovelies my feet stay cool, comfy, and supported. It doesn't hurt that I get a ton of compliments on them.

Oh. My. Word. I LOVE THESE SHOES! I'm a big fan of Keen any way, but these are amazing. To date, they're the most comfortable pair I've owned. Great arch support but not "hard." I spent three days walking all day on a little tourist trip and my feet felt great the whole time because of these! And, they're super cute. I get compliments every time I wear them. I got red--every gal needs a little pep in her step! GET THESE!

Love these. I bought them in both colors. Comfortable and with a little more style than most sneakers. I have worn them walking for a few miles, and at work all day and they are comfortable.

I love these shoes. Those who are critical do not understand that the Keen CNX line are lightweight, "barefoot" style shoes. It is a different concept from the traditional clunky, thick-soled Keens (which I also love and own several pairs of). I especially appreciate my CNXs because I travel a lot and they don't take up any room in the suitcase. If you want a heavier, more supportive sneaker, choose a different shoe, there are many choices out there. Like more traditional clunky Keens, the Mercer CNX has a very roomy toe box. I need the toe box to be high as well as wide, and the CNXs are great in this regard. My normal Keen size, a half size up from most street shoes, is perfect.

Super-duper cute! Comfortable (not too squishy, but still comfy). I tried them on a 3 mile walk and my feet hurt. They are great for kicking around, but not a serious walk. Again...super-duper cute!

These shoes are junk. What has happened to the Keen line? All Keen shoes I have bought in the pass years they no longer make. These shoes are cheaply made and very uncomfortable. A funny curve in the front of them. I now need to find a different company to buy from. So sad.

This is one of the most comfortable shoes that I have ever worn...and I have been seeking comfortable shoes for more than 20 years.

Cute and comfortable! Put these on and immediately went on a long walk. Comes with a bonus pair of blue laces (same color as shoe) I have problem feet as I have bunions and many wide widths are too wide in the heel area. Love Keens!

These are nice low profile sneakers. I am between a 7-7½. I usually buy my sneakers in 7½ (sandals 7). These were 7½. The fit was perfect. With my custom orthotics and thick cotton footies, the shoes felt too tight. I have a Morten's Neuroma on my foot so I needed more padding. Just went to a discount store and bought gel inserts that were not as thick. They work great. I am glad that I did not order a larger size to accommodate my orthotics as I would have had slippage, and the shoes would have been too long. Bottom line, I love them, they are cute, and comfortable. If you do not use the inserts, you can use them as a water or boating shoe. My color is Latte. It is a beige, neutral color that pretty much goes with anything.

I love this shoe! I do have to wear an arch support in it as I have a super high instep. Know that there isn't a removable footbed, so you can't use normal sized orthotics. The style is an upgrade from tennies and the blue is really pretty. There are 4 holes (on purpose) on the big toe area (because it's suede, it almost looked like a defect until I went back online to see what was supposed to be there). I have the Keens in the Zephyr style but I like these as they are more substantial. Wish there more colors, tho, than black and tan, besides these blue one

This is my first purchase ever on Zappos and I am so happy with it. I have been a fan of Keen shoes for a long time and was looking for a sturdy but lightweight pair of shoes for a trip to the Midwest. I knew I would be doing a lot of walking so comfort was a must. I did some research and found these Keen's, but could not find them in any of my local shoe stores. Enter Zappos. These shoes are amazing, right out of the box they are comfortable. I walked for miles in these shoes and they were great on any kind of terrain. I usually use orthodics like Super Feet in my shoes, so I was apprehensive when I read that the insoles in these shoes in not removable. However, I have not had any foot pain with these Keen's and think that the insole provides adequate arch support. Thinking of getting a second pair, really love these shoes.

I adore these shoes! I purchased them because I was looking for an alternative to my Keen Coronado, which I love and have been wearing for years. These are even better than those! These are lighter, more flexible and cuter. They make my size 9 feet look small, which doesn't happen easily. I usually wear a 9 1/2 in Keens, but I had to return those and get 9's, as these seem to run smaller. The only bad thing is that they are so much more expensive than the Coronados.

I bought these shoes for a trip to Europe, they are cute AND super supportive. You could wear these all day every day and your feet would hold up great!

These are as cute as they look, but they run a bit on the small side (just a bit - enough that I need half a size bigger than I thought).

I am really happy with this purchase. I think these shoes are super-cute and perfect for my business-casual work environment. They were immediately comfortable when I put them on -- no breaking in needed. I ordered half a size up from my usual size of 9.5 since they don't have a wide width available, and they fit perfectly.

These shoes are very lightweight and comfortable. I'm delighted with them with one exception. The shoe laces are way too long! Drives me crazy. I already replaced the laces, so I'm happier now, but I couldn't find shoelaces in khaki color.

I'm pretty happy with this shoe. They are true to size. Though they do feel a bit hard on the bottom, i.e., not much cushioning. They could also probably use slightly more arch support. But they are still very comfortable. I took a long walk in them and it felt fine. And I think they are adorable. Also nice and small if packing for a trip.

I love these Keen shoes and have three pair. My only complaint is that the suede is really hard to keep clean. I took them to a shoe repair shop and they cleaned them but they don't look clean. Maybe I should have treated them when I first got them. Besides that, they are really comfortable.

Love Keens, love the style of these, but boy, are they uncomfortable! Run very narrow for Keens (I have a C foot and all my other Keens are roomy in toe box). Ordered up a half size, as I usually do with Keens, but these run even smaller. Cut low, not like regular sneakers, so didn't hug foot securely. Leather is weird—appears purposely "scuffed." Thought they had been already worn, but think that's just the way they look. Workmanship is not great—glob of glue on toe. Wish they'd been great! Oh well. Thanks, Zappos, for making returns easy. Back to shopping.

Look at these shoes! Just opened the box- appear worn on back of heel, front toe and tongue on both shoes. Tongue on 1 shoe you can barely even read the Keen logo. Terrible!

These are so cute and very comfortable. The generous toe box is very nice. I have a high arch and the long shoe laces allow me to loosen the top and still have length to tie the laces. I think they look really great. I have an older pair in a bright summery blue/aqua, and then bought these in Brindle.

Keen tends to run small, so I got this a half size bigger, and it fits perfectly. Nice shoe, and if my experience with Keen to date is any indication, nice shoe for many years.

love these shoes! Comfy right out of the box. I really like the distressed styling on the toe area and these shoes while very sturdy are not big and klunky! These will be my go to shoe for spring summer .. saving the athletic tennis shoes for athletic items, sandals for dressier options and these Keen’s for everyday and then some. Great price for a sturdy and sassy shoe that actually has arch support!!
