my previous Keen shoes had a larger toe box so in this style I went up a full size to accommodate my right toe. Wonderful 'fits like a glove' feel

Funky looking shoe, but any Keen shoe that fits my narrow foot, supports my plantar faciitis-ridden heels, and has a roomy toe box is a good shoe! I was looking for a black walking shoe that was relatively small and lightweight to pack as a second pair of shoes for a trip to Europe. These should work perfectly.

I normally wear a 9M in most shoes. Returned the 9M and ordered 9.5M. Perfect. I like the style, the slight shine, comfort. So easy to exchange sizes. Thanks, Zappos!

I love these shoes; they’re comfortable and good looking without feeling like I’m clomping around in oversized, honking- bonking basketball shoes made for an Olympic athlete. Which I’m not, but I do spend a lot of time in the outdoors and these fit the bill. I love the rounded toe. So I’m getting another pair for the summer. Great shoes.

This is my second pair of the Keen Mercer Lace II CNX and I can't say enough about the comfort of this shoe. Also, it is quite stylish and makes my foot look smaller.

The fit and size were perfect ??. They made my size 11 feet look small!

These feel great and look cute. I have been wearing these to work, where I stand a lot, and I just spent three days walking on fairly rocky and slippery trails. They have impressive soles and will be great travel shoes.

So this is the second pair I ordered. They are super cute. With My first pair I ordered my normal size and it really felt a 1/2 size too small. In my normal shoe size my toes never feel the end of the shoe but it did with my first try. My pinkie toe and the 2 next to it felt the end of the shoe. I returned them - and they sent me a 1/2 size larger. I always put removable orthotics in my shoes that I get from and athletic shoe store in town and that helped the inside feel cushioned, otherwise I could feel these designs they print in them. I use them at work and will use them for walking excursions on upcoming trips. Already had complements on them. They make my feet look smaller than athletic shoes do.

This is my 4th pair of Keen Mercer Lace CNX. This is my second pair of the blue ones because I beat up my first pair pretty good. I wore them on an Alaskan cruise and were always comfy. I put my own arch supports in them and they fit just fine. I love them!

I bought these just because I love all of my other Keens. These were so comfortable right out of the box! I've worn them for several days all day long and I've been really happy with them! As a bonus, my kids think I've stepped up in the world! :) On sizing: in Keens I wear a half size larger than all other shoes (normally wear an 8, but wear 8.5 in Keens). So they fit as expected of Keens.

I am usually a solid 8.5 in Keen, I ended up exchanging them for a 9 as these have a smaller toe box area. The exchange was super easy and I got the new pair in 36 hours. Fit great, terribly comfortable and I wore them to work with no issue. No need to break them in, they were so comfortable and very light to wear, I barely knew I had them on.

Ordered a half size up based on reviews. Debated whether to exchange for a smaller size as i can actually place a finger in the heel (so a smaller size would be just right). But decided to keep the larger size as the toe box might become too crowded if I go smaller. I like the room for my toes. Like the style. Soft heel padding will help with walking.

This is a really cute shoe on and off. I love NOT having a white soled sneaker for the fall and winter, and they are hard to find. These are true to size and comfortable with a medium arch support, but I wouldn't recommend them for long walks or hikes. Otherwise, they look great with or without socks. I have purchased many Keen shoes and have never returned a pair.

I LOVE these shoes!!! I wear them constantly. I always wear a 9 1/2 but had to go up to a 10 in these. My only complaint is about the laces....they are long enough to lace up a pair of hiking boots!!! Ridiculous. I had to triple knot the laces. Finally ended up buying some shorter ones.

Fit and size were perfect. Love color and arch support. This was an exchange of identical pair that I received the day before that contained a broken shoelace. Customer support immediately sent me a replacement pair of shoes which arrived the next day. New pair contained two pairs of perfect laces, one in a contrast and other a tonal color. WOW! Customer service can’t get any better than this. Have at least half a dozen pairs of Keen and they are exceptionally sturdy. This pair is just styled differently with a “softer” feel. I don’t think anyone could be disappointed. Price point a little high, but I love them all the same.

These are so cute. I like Keen because it seems to run on the wider side, which I need. I bought the blue and think these are so funky and cute. I bought them to wear as a casual shoe with jeans. Love em!

These are my go to comfort shoes. They are nice and wide with the trademark blunt toe that provides enough room. Walking miles in these is easy. I cannot recommend them enough. They fit like traditional keens!

Review for Zappos Points* These shoes are so cute, but unfortunately narrower than most Keens. The toe box is a wee bit too narrow, but good fit in the heel. Comfortable otherwise.

I like this shoe. It's light weight, cute, and comfortable. I have been wearing them around my house the past two days to make sure I am happy with them before formally committing. The only thing is the non-removable footbed. I just had meniscus repair surgery on my right knee, and I need to find a way to add a lift piece in the shoe. Any ideas? I have never had a pair of sneakers with a non-removable foot bed.

Really comfortable, light weight, fun to wear. I usually wear size 7- 7 1/2. Ordered the 7 1/2. They were overall too short. Returned and got the size 8 and they fit perfectly. They will be great for travel.

Comfy out of the box. Lightweight walking shoe. I wore with an ankle sock.

Cute but a bit on the small side especially with socks. Love them and going to get 1/2 bigger.

Having had my left foot and ankle totally reconstructed in January 2018, I thought I had found the perfect shoe. I first ordered this shoe in a size 7 Medium and loved it in every way. It seems to be a bit snug so I ordered it in a 7.5 . It arrived the next day, however it appears to me that this shoe had been worn and some of the stitching around the eyelets at the top appear to be inferior to the Keen standard. Therefore I am returning them with regret. I admit I had recently ordered several pairs and styles of shoes in an effort to find something I can wear and enjoy. I will continue shopping at Zappos, but am wondering if I have over ordered in a short period of time. Thank you for your excellent service.
