Horrible customer service. I received adidas baby shoes instead of the above shoes I ordered. Completely incompetent.

We are a family that loves Tsukihoshi shoes -- but this shoe does NOT live up to our previous experience with their brand. The shoes started falling apart around 1-2 months after use, the tongue is now open and the seams are frayed. They look 100 years old...even though they're almost brand new. We've had shoes from this brand last from child to child (we have a neighbor who has one of our pairs, that's been thru 3 kiddos)! But this one is different. I'd pass, particularly for the price. Disappointing.

This version fell apart immediately. We have continued to order this brand because of the quality of the fit. They are comfortable, great for wide feet, and have good support. However they do not last long, and this version was the worst yet. Front tab in the toe pulled away within the first week. After two months they looked completely ragged and my son had to size back into the pair that we bought this to replace in the first place. Better to try a different version of this brand. Note on fit: This brand always runs multiple sizes too big, so order down from your normal size. One and a half sizes down is a good place to start.

They fit great and are very comfortable, BUT fell apart with in days. The toe part separated. Zappos sent us a new pair (great customer service) but the 2nd pair did the same thing. My son only wear sneakers and we have never had this problem with any other brand so it’s not the way he moves in them. Very disappointed with the construction of the shoe.

My son really liked the colors of these shoes. I ordered them in his size and they were absolutely HUGE!!! So I returned them and ordered a half size down. They were still extremely huge!! After chatting with a rep, we agreed to do 2 sizes down based on the idea that every half size is supposedly only a quarter inch difference. So, I ordered a 4 and they were finally too small. I honestly have no clue what size would work for my son with this shoe. I don't understand why the huge size discrepancy. I finally had to order a different brand that I know fits truer to size.

I can’t believe with all the positive reviews and the high price how awful these shoes were. The narrow black rubber separated from the front of the shoe on the second day my son wore them!

These run very large.
