I bought these mainly for the gym, I do lots of cardio and weight lifting. I have been wearing Merrell for the past 4 or 5 years because they really fit my feet, which are probably medium width. These shoes are very light weight but have enough cushion to keep my feet happy. There was no break in period, I could wear them immediately. I usually wear these with very thin invisible sport socks. I love the color (blue/purple) and my feet are very happy.

I have tried two pairs of ASICS, a pair of Saucony's, which seemed all right, but when I put this shoe on, it was like it was made especially for my feet. I have a small, slim feet (size 5, but bought 5.5, which gives a bit more wiggle room without feeling too large). Most sneakers are too deep for my feet and the sides of shoes press uncomfortably against my ankles and I can wear them only if I get a heel insert. Merrells are bit shallower which makes them perfect for me. They are a bit wider than regular M-width ASICS, and have a nice toe box so I never feel like they pinch my toes. These shoes are very light, and super comfortable right out of the box.

Wonderful! So comfy right out of the box - they did say to take it slow if it is your first pair of zero rise shoes, so I did. I do wear these several times a week all day with no problems, but I have also jogged in them. The wide toe box is oh so wonderful, can't say enough. They are not a hot shoe either, very breathable and lightweight. I was leery of the non-stretchy laces, but it works. I double knot and never re-tie them during the day. I will definitely be getting more Merrells!

I have narrow feet, so this product serves me well. It has more grip than my barefoot castle rock which works well hiking or jogging

I am very happy with these shoes. I have another pair of Merrill's from a few years ago, barefoot model that I wore for Zumba all the time..flash forward a few years, one knee problem, a bunion & well my feet are more picky these days and they aren't offered anymore. . I wore my old Merrill Zumba shoes the other day & realized how comfy Merrill's are for me. I am size 8, med- wide foot, high arch. I have in the past worn Brooks or Keens . I like these shoes because they have a stiffer sole, yet are very lightweight & bendy. They look great. I wore them right away, no break in time at all. Bare access 4 has good arch support & traction. No thick tread, & a slick style. I got the grey green & am delighted. Really comfy and I do lots & lots of walking. This shoe is perfect for walking on concrete, paths, beach. I could wear it to Zumba as well.

I am a very active person but have terrible feet...multiple surgeries & high arches to boot! After doing my own research I determined that I needed shoes with zero drop, but I still want cute shoes! When I saw that Zappos offered these shoes I was excited because I knew I'd get them super fast. They are the most comfortable running shoes I've had in a long time & I even walked 4 miles the first day! They have a really nice wide toe box to accommodate my bunion (I usually buy wide width too) & really nice support for my high arches. I did order a half size up to make sure the shoes weren't too tight & they fit me perfectly. Even though I had a slight problem with the first pair I got a replacement pair the next day! Excellent customer service as always.

Beautiful fit for someone with unusual feet due to both ankles broken 10 years ago. Within minutes of walking, the shoes enveloped the feet with comfort, support and no pinching.

This is my second pair. Light, easy to keep clean, and (most importantly) comfortable. The toe box is roomy without appearing boxy. I wear these shoes a lot and even though I need to replace them quicker than other styles, I prefer these.

These shoes are great! Super light and comfortable, yet really good support. The color is so pretty...I get compliments all the time. They are good for everyday wear, light hikingg, walking probably good for short runs. And the gym.

I take size 8.5 and these were true to size with plenty of toe "wriggle room" which I have to have. I ordered 3 styles to see which was the most comfortable, and these won out hands down. I like the understated styling and color scheme; not gaudy and not clunky.

Just got the shoe so can't say too much about it yet, except that it's comfortable. I did have to reorder a half size smaller than I normally wear since it was too big.

My first pair of Merrells and I love them. I have a narrow foot, so to me the toe box is a little wider than I'd like, otherwise they feel great! I had to go up 1/2 a size from what I usually wear in running shoes - FYI.

This color looks really good with a variety of clothes colors and styles. Wear them mainly for work which requires a lot of standing and walking. Feet feel great even after a full workday.

I use these shoes for Step, Zumba and walking. They are very comfortable and provide good support. Especially like the roomy toe box. The arch support is in just the right place for me.

These are probably the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. Having flat, narrow feet is challenging, but the moderate arch support was not even noticeable after the first day; they even have enough room for another inner sole.

I bought these shoes for our 2 week trip to Italy, and my first pair of Merrell's. We walked about 10-12 miles every day, and it was like walking on air. My feet never hurt during the trip. I would totally buy this shoe again, in several colors!

This is my second pair of these shoes. They are very comfortable, fit well and are nice looking. I have problems with my feet (arthritis). During workouts my feet feel very comfortable.

I have owned 2 pairs of these shoes, in the last 3 years and they are the best! I use them for running, weight lifting, and just general casual wear. The barefoot style is perfect for weight lifting and feeling stable on the ground. The cushion is just enough to make these comfortable without adding a lot of bulk.

These fit better than my previous pairs of Bare Access shoes. My normal size is a 7½ and the Arc 4 is perfect.

These shoes are great for running. They are very light with a wide toe box. I've also been using them as walking shoes recently and they are great for that too. I bought these because I like shoes that have room for my toes to wiggle and they are vegan! I'm very happy with my purchase. I definitely recommend these for someone who wants a minimal vegan shoe.

This is a comfortable shoe, however it's a half size too big and there isn't enough support for what I wanted to wear them for.

These are, by far, the most comfortable shoes I've ever purchased. I wear them hiking and while traveling (walking around all day) and from the first time I put them on they have been perfect. They replaced another pair of Merrells that I had for years. I find them very light and supportive. They aren't a barefoot shoe but they make it very easy for my foot to bend as I take a step. Couldn't be happier!
