These shoes are horrible. I am a big fan of my Gel Nimbus 15's, so when they finally wore out, it looked like the new, improved Nimbus 17 was the way to go. I got them in April and they were very comfortable, lots of padding and support. However, over 3 months, they are falling apart. The padding in the sole wore thin, the gel support below the sole feels like it has leaked into odd waves of support where it's not needed, and now the part behind my left heel is rubbing inward. I mainly use them on an elliptical and don't use them much for running (5-10 miles/week), but in less than 90 days they're falling apart. My loyalty to Asics is now gone. Really, these shoes are a huge disappointment.
