I wear a size 10. That size was tiny on me. They are lightweight and I tried again. The waist was tight on me in the 12s. Next size up, a 14, was loose, but the pockets bulged out.. I would have put a zipper on them but no. If you have a flat stomach, these may fit you well. Go up one size from your most generous sizing

These are great pants but I have to size up from my usual ten to a fourteen.

The quality looks good and I'm a big fan of clumbia in general but the "stretchy" pant is not really stretchy and the fit is too small. Plus then you have to pay for return shipping. Dissapointed.

TTS, I wish they would of made the waistband a bit stretchy. For outdoor purposes I would size up, for a more fitted look I’d buy regular size.

I started with one pair, which fit me PERFECTLY--size 6 tall was long enough with a slim fit (but not tight). (I'm 5' 8", 128 pounds.) So, I ordered two more in different colors. Again, loved, loved, loved them! Then I bought a 4th pair in the tan color, also size 6, also size long. It didn't seem to be quite as long, and it was super tight. So I ordered the size 8, which I just received. I can't tell much difference from the 6. What gives?? It will be going back. Not sure if it's just a problem with this batch (color), or if the sizing has been changed drastically. I give the product overall 4 stars (assuming that the other colors still fit true to size); but this color and sizing a 1 star.

So far they seem great. They do run smaller than hiking pants by other brand so size up. I like the fit, would recommend

OK so I usually sit right between a 4 and a 6.... I love to think a 4 is my game but not so much here. I sent the 4s back and reordered a 6. Loved everything about them but my wee muffin top and tight thigh gap area ;) Will do another review after I get the 6!

I really wanted these pants to work, but I ordered a size 12 which is usually roomy enough in jeans, and I wasn't even able to get the snaps close to each other. Maybe because they sit lower than other pants I own. I'm returning them, but they were so far off my size I am afraid to order the next size up for fear that they still won't be big enough,

I am usually a regular 12, but in these pants it was a little too snug. Traded for the 14 which fits well. Looking for a good travel pant with easy care and this seems right. I don't like the front pockets which are not very deep. At least a zipper for shallow pockets. Back pockets have tiny piece of velcro and flaps will likely roll after wash. Belt loops are good as is the front closure with two snaps. The legs do roll up securely and that part of the pant is well designed. Material has a nice hand and should wash/dry on the fly.

I ordered this same size and style pant about 3 years ago and they have held up well. This pair runs about a full size too small.

I currently own these pants in khaki, size 4 and they fit amazing. I wear them to work often and I love the comfort and flexibility while still looking professional. I recently wanted to switch up the color so I ordered a second pair in black, size 4 and they were too tight. I had to return them.

I had to order these pants 2 sizes up (I wear a 14 normally and the 18W fits me best) which is silly, but I like the light fabric and the neat hidden snaps for rolling them up to capris.

I really like these pants, but just so you know. I am a size 4 and in order to have them fit comfortably... I had to buy a size 10. I couldn't even get the 4 or 6 six on, so if you are planning on ordering these, I would recommend ordering a bunch of sizes to see which one will actually fit.

Surprisingly comfortable & lightweight. Loved the way they fit, and the color. I could wear these running errands as well as on trail.

I really like the pants and they fit perfect. True to size. The only drawback is when I wash and dry them they come out really wrinkled. That's why I only gave 4 stars.

I have several pair of these pants. I’ve bought about 8 pair total. I wear a pair almost everyday for work. Casual dress. They do last well. They can start to “pill” or maybe get a snag in the material which is why I buy replacements. For $60, they last at least a year. I really like the pants but the most recent pairs I ordered are running much smaller than previous pairs. I measured the waist against a pair I already own (size 10) and the pair I got this year is at least an inch smaller. Had to buy a size bigger. The 12 I’m keeping from this year is maybe 1/4 inch bigger in waist than last years 10.

I've got two other pairs of the Saturday Trail Pants, in 10L (india ink and city grey). They both fit very well, and I LOVE the fabric. They're cool in the summer, clean very easily, and look elegant even thought they're hiking pants. So I ordered another in black. Oddly, that pair is much smaller and is made of a different fabric (it is the same item, though!). The Columbia rep I spoke with thinks perhaps I got a faulty pair, and offered to send a free return label, so I could try out another black pair in the same size. Fingers crossed that the second pair fits like the first two, cuz like I said I love these pants!

I normally wear a 6P. I'm 5'7" 125lbs. First pair did not have leg logo on back and I was a 8. Newer black pair I was a 10p. I really love these pants. Wearing them now. I tried on the convertible version today, and the 10 was huge so I didn't get them. One request is please take the logo off the bottom of the leg. I wear them for concerts and the logo detracts from the wearable versatility for more dressy occasions.

Although the shorter length on the leg works well
the crotch depth is too short. Might fit someone
less than 5' who is nice and thin. I'm 106lbs and
it is too snug for me 5'2". Better to order the regular
length and adjust the leg lenth.
Great quality as usual.

I purchased these to go hiking. While I wear a 10 in the shorts, the 10 in these pants cuts me too tightly in the crotch so I've gone up to a 12. Since I'm not wearing these to look glamorous I'm fine with their being a bit loose. If it helps I'm 5'7" tall and weigh 150.
I love this fabric as it's lightweight and comfortable. I've been wearing shorts in this style for years.

I read a lot of reviews and double sized up because I like my pants to fit loose. I wear a 6 and purchased a 10. But the waist band was still tight as stated in the reviews. They are very low rise. However, during my hike and fully in sweat mode, the waist band was not as tight. Only dry for 10 min. They will shrink. I'm hoping they'll work again. Due to the tight waist band and me needing to dry them to kill any ticks that may have escaped my post hike inspection, I may have to size up again, a 12! If you want to experiment on this purchase give them a try. Good price so you're not out too much cash.
