These boots are beautifully made. The fawn color is gorgeous. I love the pointed toe but it is somewhat elongated and made my feet look too long. Sadly, I am returning them.

What a FANTASTIC looking pair of booties! It's very difficult to find booties with a low vamp, which look more feminine when worn with dresses. Unfortunately, I have a very "low volume" foot, so while the width and length was as expected, there was at least an inch & a half of empty space between the top of my foot and the inner top of the shoe. So if you have skinny or flat feet, and/or small ankles, be prepared to be disappointed. They are gorgeous and the quality of materials and workmanship is excellent, just as I'd expect from Frye. I do own multiple pairs of Frye's without the same fit issue... so bummed I had to return them.

Too stiff, too small.

I don’t know what happened to my other review the boot they sent me was used boots you could see in the bottom of the shoe that they were worn and then just cleaned. The right shoe felt so wide so I guess that’s the one that everybody tries and then return. They are going back.

I expected more, they are pointy but that’s fine, my issue is that the hill is too wide, no support,when you walk they come off, not comfortable at all, plus the boots I received where used, looks like the cleaned them but you can see they where used, came in a plain brown box with a message that said box damaged in transit. They are going back, too bad i used my rewards on these as they are non refundable.

This was a weird fit for me. I love Frye and have several pairs but this slipped in the heel with and without a sock. They went back.

I have a suede version of this shoe, and this slick leather version did not fit nearly as well. It was loose in the heel, and felt strange when I walked in it. The shank was different than I am used to, not a difference that I liked. I don't know where these were made, but they did not do as good of a job for a Frye boot. Returning this shoe.

These shoes are super cute with one hitch...the long pointy toes ... It was too much for me as I felt I was in costume wearing them. too bad as I love the zippers on the side, they are very comfortable, and the perfect heel I was looking for . Unfortunately had to return.

You will have to down size in this boot a half size, to keep from slipping up and down on you heel. I normally wear a 8 in Frye but it seems in the bootie style I always have to down size.. I didn't notice in the picture but the toe is EXTREMELY pointed. I returned..

These shoes are waaaaay more pointy than it seems in the photo. It squished my toes together. Also, the top of the shoe kept hitting my ankle when I was trying them on. I don't want to break in my foot, as in literally break it, so these are going back. This shoe might work for some who have a different foot construction. The leather is superb and the zippers and stitched front give it a nice, classic look. I just can't but style over comfort. Been there, done that, and that's why I have foot problems.

This boot from Frye fits slightly more snug than the two other Frye boots I own, same size. I returned theses for two reasons - slightly too pointy in the toe making my foot look longer than I prefer and also the sole is darker than I wanted. I was looking for a wood sole.

These boots did not fit my feet. Toe box pinched but boot slipped with every step. My feet are narrow so maybe that was the problem. Inner lining not glued down and very ripply. Worried that even if they broke in, the wavy lining would irritate my feet.

The shoes run half a size larger and the pointed toe is too protruded for my taste. The shoes are very well made, but I did not like that the toe. Had to return them. If you do order these, order a half size smaller.

WHile the constreucktion of this boot is the typical fabulous Frye, I did not are at all for the cut charcoal finish. I have another pair of charcoal Frye's and they are the perfect brown grey that goes with everything. These had a slight purple undertone and the cut leather did not look like it would hold up as well as I expect from a Frye

These are very well made booties, as usual for Frye, but the toe is a bit too pointed for me. No issue with width, as they are plenty wide in spite of the pointy toe.

Love the brand but this was too tight for my foot thought it would stretch but it didn't wish I had returned then immediately for a size up.

I ordered this boot in both black and the natural sand color. They both fit well, and I actually needed the black more, but unfortunately both black shoes SQUEAKED ridiculously when I tried to walk in them. The other color didn't squeak at all. Might be just this pair and they are very cute and comfortable, but they are going back.

Cute but not comfortable. Can wear it for short periods, but not what I was hoping for.

I've owned a few pairs of Frye books and they usually fit well. This pair however was really large in the heel. I have narrow heels so the boots just flopped around when I walked. Sad to return since I like the style.

Great looking but they should be for $278. I returned them because they made my foot look much too long. Very good looking and obviously well-made and fit was a bit narrow for me but would have likely loosened slightly. Great look except when wearing. Love the pointed toe. A bit difficult to get on even with two zippers but this slim look is what these shooties have going for them. The charcoal vintage is a bit brown but a nice neutral. I have some Durango cowboy style shooties that I have been wearing for years with the same slim look of these but the stitching on the instep breaks up the plane of the shoe to keep my foot from looking like a log.

Really nice looking bootie.A little narrow for me though. For the price they would have had to be super comfortable and great looking. I will be returning these.

This is a beautiful shoe boot. I need more arch support. I don't see any arch support in this boot. It also runs a little narrow.
