Too pointy and long. I felt my feet looked twice as big.

As with my other Frye boots I am a true size 8. Other shoes I can wear anything from an 8-9 but I am always confident that an 8 in Frye will fit perfectly and this bootie was no different. I adore these booties. So stylish, I wear them with everything. The only issue I have with these is the zippers. Mostly the inside zippers. For whatever reason the slider turns..instead of just sliding up and down the tab will turn to the side getting stuck. I purchased these in early 2017 and it was an issue from the start and has not improved. Slight annoyance since seeing that these are quite pricey. I will try to add a photo if I can after the fact.

Really a nice-looking shoe. They ran a bit too big for me though and I had to send them back. I feel like the right size would be a comfortable shoe. Also, I felt like the pointy toe only added unnecessary length to my already long, narrow feet.

These are great looking shooties but awfully narrow through the toes. Haven’t had a lot of time to break in but they might be ok.

love the style but not the fit. Heel slips and caused blisters.

Loved the look of this shootie and always love Frye but the leather is not supple at all and rubbed the ankle area at the opening. If they had mor give and softer edges I would've kept. Opted instead for the Splendid Dale zip back ankle bootie.

It felt a little large on my foot. The long pointy toe made the foot look too long. The show is beautifully made and I really wanted to keep it, but unfortunately I couldn't for the price.

Loved the bootie. Beautiful, however the heel was very wide and my foot moved around too much. Not a good fit. I'm an average 7.5 M.

I just wanted to love these, but they were a little too pointy for me. The leather was really soft and she boot was comfortable, but I needed a little more support. I am just not cool enough for these!

These look incredibly badass with all of my dresses and maxi skirts, but I returned them. I don't wear dresses quite often enough, I'm usually in skinny jeans and they look awkward on me with skinny jeans. I'm convinced that in order to get them to work with skinny jeans, one must be 5'8 or taller with small feet relative to their height, with a straight-built figure, otherwise one may just look awkward (or like one is in skis). It's a shame, because I love the moto-inspired detailing and I wish they worked on me. It's something about the silhouette of the shoe - I have other very-pointy-toed shoes that are the same length as these (compared side-by-side) but they just don't have the same elongating effect as these. (The Billy shooties, which I've worn for years, definitely don't have the same elongating effect as these.) I also found the surface area of the heel to be uncomfortably small for a boot-type shoe - otherwise, though, they're quite comfortable. The toe box didn't bother me at all, but I have medium-narrow feet and this is rarely ever a problem for me. I did have to size down a half size in these.
