These are incredibly comfortable. I wore them for a full weekend with tons of walking, with no blisters or rubbing. The one flaw is that on the velcro straps, the velcro doesn't go all the way around. So the end result is that I could barely fit the ankle strap around my ankle--any bigger and I wouldn't have been able to close the straps!

I really wanted these to fit. I have narrow bony feet just a bit too wide even when made as tight as possible. Arch support was not enough either. I’m sad..love the style

I returned them because there are creases in the sole to make the shoe flexible, and unfortunately the placement of one of them pinched the ball of my foot with every step.

Like the shoe but wish they came in a narrow size. Hard to know what size to get. Might have been able to wear a half size smaller

Love the shoes, instant fit when I put them on, they are my wear around the house shoes and run errands. I am a senior so the issue I have with the ankle strap might be my old foot, BUT...the strap , underneath part that touches your foot, is rough and can rub a sore/callous , putting a band-aid on your foot where the rough part of the strap is will help. THAT is the only bad thing about them. TEVA is an awesome brand, I have several TEVA shoes.

Tevas are true to size, IF you use the Teva sizing chart at the Teva website. If you use the generic size chart on the Zappos site, expect to be disappointed. The fit of Teva sandals is not consistent with other shoes or sandals you may be used to. They are a great fitting, comfortable, supportive sandal, once you get the right size.

I'm rating them 4 instead of 5 because I haven't worn them yet on long walks or hikes and I'm concerned about the possibility of strap/heel chafing and blisters, since I've felt a bit of rubbing already on short walks. However, so far I've been happy with them. The sole is extremely light and flexible and the style is cute for athletic sandals.

So disappointed that this sandal which should have been perfect for Hawaii was too short. I have 3 pair of Teva thongs that have lasted for years. Tried them on before I ordered to check that size 10 was correct--the Verra is cut smaller in the toe area and my big toe hangs over just enough that I would be bumping it I'm sure. Liked the feel otherwise (good fit for narrow feet) except for scratchy material across toes which I assume would soften with use.

Thought these sandals were beige, but they were grayish. Name of color doesn't tell you anything.

Footbed is too hard. Hurt my pinkie toe in foot with bunion, even in wide width.

i held onto these for a while. I SOOO wanted them to work. Pluses: excellent tread. seriously. THE BEST. comfortable, great arch support. could see walking / hiking in these all day. Problem is i have gargantuan feet. i mean, like almost no shoes feet me. I'm a woman who wears a size 9.5 4E in Men's tennis shoes. I have tailor's bunions on the outside of my foot and a protruding 5th metatarsal. My foot, in that area hung over the shoe a bit. I might've still kept them, but the top strap on the outside was just barely wide enough and i could feel it rubbing over the base of my toes. I'm so disappointed that Teva doesn't make a wide shoe. I'd say if you have normal width foot or even a tiny bit wide, these shoes rock

This is a flattering sandal on the foot, great construction and fit and the color (suri taupe) is a nice neutral with a touch of color. But sadly within a minute or two of wearing it around the house I noticed the crease in the footbed under the ball of my foot that seemed to pinch with each step. This was noted by another reviewer also. Sometimes small problems with new shoes can be remedied but couldn't come up with a home solution for this, so unfortunately will return.

These were cute for the type of shoes that they are. They just didn't fit me well. I have low arches and a narrow heel that protrudes in the back.

Love this sandal. Very low profile - great in hot weather. Felt very solid base with good arch support. My new go-to sandal for comfort and functionality.

I’m a long-time Teva devotee! But somehow the Verra did not suit my feet. They were comfortable, but the placement of the straps emphasized the length and width of my feet (size 11, medium wide). The Hurricanes and Tirras are more flattering for me. I am sending them back for some Hurricanes. When they arrived, I noticed that the tissue paper was very rumpled, so I concluded that I was not the first customer to receive these sandals. This was not a deal breaker for me.
