I tried Chacos for a summer shoe after having foot issues that keep me from wearing flip flops. I figured they would be a good alternative. They have been great! The Z/volv is lighter than the original, which is nice. There is a bit of an adjustment period when first wearing them with the arch support and figuring out the strap adjustment, but then they just click. Very pleased.

Got these for my daughter. She will be going to the hiking trip in Colorado this summer and I like the fact that she can wear them to hike as well as to swim in the lake. I gave them four stars because of the price.

I wear a 7.5 and the 7 was too small and the 8 fit great. I love the orb color because I don't have giant black footbeds yelling "look at me!" with disco bright straps. I still have them and cannot decide if I'll keep them because the outer plastic strap seems to dig into my ankle bone when I walk. If only there was a bit of padding there, they would be perfect. I have flat feet and the arch support is excellent. I once owned Tevas back in 2002 that were rock star comfortable and ugly as sin that I had to get rid of and the new Tevas are dreadful, sloppy things now. I was hoping Chaco could fill the void. I tried on a different pair of Chaco in a local store and the footbed felt dreadful while the strap dragged on the ground. This pair feels great except the piece by my ankle. I'll try them around the house again but I'm afraid they may have to go back.

After trying many other styles I went back to these. It's my second pair. I have to say it took a while to get the straps adjusted but finally managed. I have a narrow foot so that may be the problem. They are so comfortable! I bought this second pair because I was tired of washing my other pair which I use for hiking.

These are really nice functional sandals. However, if you have a narrow heel its impossible to make them snug up to your heel area. Which makes them feel loose. Once you get them adjusted (like lacing a shoe) to tighten and loosen where needed. They will fit fine probably normal medium width feet. I'm disappointed.

I loved this sandal and wanted so much to keep it. I had to send it back because the straps that go around the toe make it difficult to get on. Once on, the straps felt too snug.

The number of straps made this shoe very difficult to put on. Not worth the hassel.

Just meh for the price

Really love Chaco and wanted these to fit so badly but as in most Chacos I really need a 6.5 and they only come in 6 or 7, not half sizes. But thanks to Zappos I am able to try them and send them back if necessary.

I really wanted to love these.... even tried two different versions of the toe loop, but Chaco toe loops just aren't for my foot type. I must have a very fat foot because by the time I got the loop adjusted, I had zero strap left to cinch down. I've exchanged for the non-toe loop version hoping that will solve my problem. I typically wear 8.5 and tried both 8 and 9 in these. The 8 felt perfect on the footbed. The 9 footbed was too far forward and my arch wasn't sitting properly. Hope the new style meets my needs. Really love Chacos.

I have tried most models of these and I just don't like them. They are not cushiony and the arch is not sufficient for my high arches. There is no give to them either. they either fit you or they don't.

I loved the look of these shoes and wanted to love them, but they didn’t fit quite right! I am truly a half size (6.5), so ordering up to the 7s made the arch hit my foot in an odd place. I suffer from plantar fasciitis, so I need my shoes to fit perfectly, and sadly, these did not!

I broke my little right toe a few weeks ago, so tried these since it looked like the straps would avoid the pinkey toe area on my foot. However, the other reviews noting that the straps were very difficult to put on the foot were correct after all. I bought a size up after reading earlier reviews, but couldn't even get the shoe on my left foot. I believe this would have been a cute and comfortable shoe to wear, but I couldn't figure out how to put it on without tapping my broken toe. So they went back. When I can wear shoes again, I will look to try Chaco since they seem to be really sturdy and comfortable.

This pair of sandals was unbelieveaby narrow. I have an average foot and struggled to get one sandal on and gave up trying to get the other one on.

I found the straps on these sandals impossible to adjust to a comfortable level. I tried several times.

I don't see what all the hubbub is about Chacos after ordering these. Very cumbersome, very difficult to adjust. Blisters just waiting to happen. Returned.

These shoes might look comfortable, but they are not. the foot bed is hard, and the straps left cut marks on the top of my feet as if they were too small. Stick to Keen, a shoe you can wear all day.

So disappointed. I have ordered two separate pair and both pair have weird straps. On one shoe the strap is fine, on the other the strap that goes over the top of the foot is too long and hangs out. It looks weird and feels weird. Two pair have had this problem. Is this normal?

I think that these shoes would be amazing if my normal width foot could get into them! The foot bed seems excellent. Because I’m often a 9 or 9 1/2 I ordered them in both 9 and 10. I seriously could not even begin to get my feet in either size because they are so narrow.

Way too complicated to put on. Could not get all of the straps adjusted properly. Dumb construction.

Straps were way too tight & not adjustable at all. Returning.
