These run true to size.

The gold detail on the top makes this a great shoe to wear to the office / dress up your outfit. While you get style with this shoe, you don't get any comfort. No arch support, no cushion when you walk. So you'll want to purchase insoles to put in the shoe in order to make it bearable to wear.

These shoes are extremely comfortable. Unfortunately, however, after only a few weeks of wear, the front of the shoe began to wear away (I work indoors) and the inner sole of one shoe came loose, so I have to readjust it constantly. For the price, I expected a higher quality and more durability.

I did not pay attention to the reviews that said this shoe was too small. They were right. I wear 10M with most shoe companies, this one was too short and narrow. Nice shoe. Unfortunately I am returning it for a different brand.

I love the look of these shoes. What I don't like it spending over $100 for a pair of shoes and THREE DAYS later the cheap thin coating on the heel is chipping off!! The lovely white underneath stands out in an ugly way. Wish I could add a picture.

The leather is soft, but this shoe seems to run at least half size small. (I ordered the 11M.) The stretchy edging may contribute to the tighter than normal fit. Also, I was disappointed in the lack of arch support and padding in the sole for a Cole Haan shoe. It's a cute flat, but it would not be very comfortable for walking.

This is a beautiful shoe but ran very narrow and hurt. It is more like a ballet shoe than a flat.

Shoe ran small in my opinion. Ordered a 6.5, but I should have gotten a 7. Also the maple sugar is really a light taupe in my opinion. I was looking for a pink-ish/nude flat, which is what the maple sugar color looks like on my MacBook monitor, but in reality... it's taupe. Unless I received a defective pair.

I'm usually an 8.5c in cole haan, but this style is too narrow in the toebox for me. otherwise, the tali bow ballet is beautifully made and rather pretty.

Runs to small and don't like how curled up the shoe is. Too bad as I loved the color. Make sure to order a full size up.

Top front portion dug into my feet :( Wanted to love it because it is so hard to find good looking shoes in wide width

I sooo wanted this shoe to work. I usually take a 9.5N, but based on some reviews, ordered a 10N. It was rather big, and the sides wide for a 'Narrow' size., with lots of extra room in the toe area, and could fit fingers inside the back heel. I reordered in 9.5N, which is usually always a good fit, and it was short. Toes rubbed the end when walking around the house on carpet. Just wouldn't work, so matter how.... and, still not very narrow ! Sadly, it's going back ~

While these flats are cute and soft, they are really small. Definitely not wide. Also seem short. Tight in the toe. I normally wear a 6 medium, wide if I can get it. These have a narrow last and looking at the sole, I would never call them wide. I bought another 6 wide at the same time, of another brand and they are much better. If you have a wide foot, or even medium, I would order up a half size at least. If they really were wide, they would be 5 star.

So sad I had to send these back. They are beautiful but run very short and narrow even though I ordered a 10w. I hope someone else with smaller feet gets to enjoy them.

I was so excited to try a pair of Cole Haan shoes. These are cute and very comfy to wear all day. But, they are some of the noisiest shoes I have ever owned! The shoes squeak/crinkle with each step - to the point that I had to take them off. So disappointed.

Runs small. I usually wear a 7 1/2 or 8. I am going to try 8 1/2 because they are super cute.

I never write reviews but I feel compelled by my disappointment. I ordered these in the maple sugar color, and it is such an awful color. I wanted a comfortable flat in a neutral color, and these reminded me of elderly lady orthopedic shoes - so flesh colored, almost orange, like a particular presidential candidate. Oh Cole Haan, I wanted these to work, they were so comfortable!!

The back of this shoe is very high and because of the extra fabric/leather protecting the heel it will not likely relax with wear. I was blister bound so these go back.

They're are very nice shoes. However, all that money I spent for them, you would think they would not make that squeaking noise when I walk. Already wore them outside, so I can't really return them.

Cute shoe but with my overlapping toe no way. I need dress shoe with deep toe box!

Rethink ordering if you wear a narrow. This shoe was quite wide to the point where you could see the sides of the inside of the shoe. It is a cute shoe, however.

Liked shoes but they run small. Had to return and order larger size. Can comment better when I receive new pair

Very little support and the elastic band is uncomfortable

Really wanted to like these, but the elasticized sides made them annoying, and I think the bunching that the elastic creates makes them look a bit cheap. If they didn't have the elastic they would have been great!
