This ballet flat runs small and narrow.

Very nice. Did not realize that the how was gold. Wish they had these in more of a wedge like the old nike ones I had from years ago.

Zero arch support; the "wide" version is hardly wide at all, and the shoes cut super deeply into the flesh of my Achilles tendon. I hope they will eventually be wearable, after breaking them in and manually adding in padding for my arches.

They are cute and stylish. But its not for me. They are uncomfortable. Im usually 7.5c then had to return it and got 8c. But they are atill narrow for me. So ill return them. I had loafers and those i love. But not these shoes

I bought these for travel as I read of their comfort. I need to return them. While comfortable, they aren't exceptional. No arch support and not that much sole cushion. They cut into my skin at the base of the big toe-that inner curve area. The elastic pulls the front back into your toes so shoes feel too small though they actually fit. They're very cute, nice leather, and made well. Wish I could keep them.

These flats are definitely more narrow than my other Cole Haan flats. Like many of the other reviewers, I had to go up half a size and they still feel tight especially around the toe box. I've only worn them a handful of times but the flats dig into the back of my feet every single time. Going up a full size is not an option for because the last half of the shoe will bulge even more due to the excess leather plus pressure from the elastic band (my feet are a bit narrow all around). I was told by a friend that it takes some time to break them in so I'm still working on it... but man, they're pretty uncomfortable so far!

This is an adorable flat. I loved it, but I cannot keep it on my foot. I wear AA, and even with the elastic this flat in size AA is just too wide. Very cute, though, a great skintone, and would be fun in the other colors.
