These are great shoes! They have more arch support than most flats & better tread without looking bulky or too casual. They're super light and the elastic upper really molds to your foot. My only negative is that because they're European they only come in 1/2 sizes when converted to U.S. sizes- 7.5, 8.5, etc. The 38 was too tight but the 39 is borderline too large, and may become an issue when the shoes get broken in and stretched out.

I really like these shoes. I tried wearing them around the house for awhile. They were snug but still comfortable, and I like that they don't slip around on my feet. When I took them off, I had lost feeling in both of my big toes. That can't be good, so I will need to return. Hopefully a different style of bernie mev will work out for me.

These shoes run pretty small. I'm a size 10 normally and I thought these shoes might have some stretch, so originally I ordered them in a 40 (9.5) which was way too small. So I ordered one size up, a 41 (10.5) and surprisingly it was still quite snug. I decided to keep them because I thought the shoes might stretch a little with wear... and they haven't really. Maybe after I wear them a few more times :) They are cute, but not as comfortable as I was hoping they would be.

Love these shoes. They feel like slippers. I wear a size 7.5-8 and ordered the size 38. They are a bit short but were afraid the 39 would be too big. I kept them anyway.

The sizing of this style is inconsistent. I ordered this in several colors in 39. One color fit fine but the other two needed to be exchanged for a 40. And even the 40s barely fit. Hopefully they will loosen a little when worn. But a very comfortable shoe that looks good with everything.

I wish I could love these. They're so cute and comfortable. I sized down as reviews suggested (I'm at 8 1/2 and got the 38) and they were way too tight. Tried 39, one is great the other is too tight. Quite possibly my feet are that different in size but these shoes bring the difference out, or the shoes are just different sizes. Back they go :-(

These run very small. I ordered the black pair (same size) they fit fine. However, the pewter pair in the same size it not comfortable and my big toe is crushed. I usually wear an 8/8.5 but I had to order EU 40 and this pair was still too small.

The perfect travel shoe except for one thing: not enough cushioning for all day walking/standing.

I find these to run a little small--I'm almost always a 10 and sometimes a 9.5, but never a 10.5. The 41 is barely long enough for me, but because they're stretchy, it's okay. These flats are super comfy, but I find them to start smelling bad after just a few wears. It's surprising, because while my feet do tend to sweat, my other flats don't stink like these. I wash them in the machine once a week, and they are holding up very well under those conditions, but I do wonder what it is about the insole material that makes them hold in foot stink!

I loved the way the shoes looks, but the sizing was way off. The 10 1/2 fits like a 9 1/2.

So comfortable! But had to return these as the heels slip off.

Ugh. These shoes just make me sad. So so sad. Why? Because my foot size is a true 10 1/2. The black hole of non-existent shoe sizes. Zappos noted that 41 is equivalent to 10 1/2 so I crossed my fingers and ordered. As soon as I put these shoes one, I realized my poor toes were ready to bust a seam. Boo! Though, the soles of the shoe and the looks of the shoe are fabulous! Just like a slipper but with a bit more support and traction. They actually made my big feet look slimmer too (and not just because my toesies were squished. LOL). I would've ordered the next size up if they had a next size up, but they don't, so back they go! Even though these didn't fit me, I would recommend that you give them a try (well, unless you're a true 10 1/2 or 11, because these definitely run a bit snug). Good luck if you try these. Hope they work for you! Now my search for a brand that has similar comfort but in bigger sizes. The journey continues....

I had to order largest size available for my 9.5 sized foot. This after returning the size I generally order. My toe still brushes the top of the toe box, though with the softness of the shoe let's me carry it off.

Love this flat. No arch support but light and good looking. Will take on a trip for evening shoe. Tricky to fit, had to order both a 40 and 41 (almost always a 40 in most shoes) and the larger had a heel slip and the smaller a little snug but keeping the 40. Thank you Zappos for your great service.

Ran SMALL for me. Wear 39 in other Mev shoes but in this one I need 38 but then, will it fall off the heel? I don't know. Very cute.

Love the style, the dark sole etc. But the sole is very thin, I can literally feel the pavement and cobblestones during travel and compared to my VERY similar BOBS from Skechers that I bought in beige and black and walked all over Europe this year, no comparison. The BOBS sole is thicker, but still lightweight, and more supportive. Just wish BOBS would have a dark sole choice instead of just white.

I typically wear a 10.5 or 11. While the shoes almost work they are not quite long enough for me. Rats! Very neutral, super cushy, bunion friendly walking shoe. Would be great for summer travels or boating in this beige/gold color with white sole. I think the size 41 translates more closely to a US size 10.

I love how comfortable these shoes are! I wear a 9 so bought a size 40 - they're half size too small. Comfortable enough to drive around in but for walking all day - they ended up hurting my toes. So I'd suggest going up a half size to a whole size on these. Overall, I bought a larger size and waiting for them to be delivered! Love these shoes!

I had heard bernie mevs were good walking shoes so ordered these but this is not the style that is made for extended walking. While they are comfortable, there is no arch support. the first time I wore them my feet were fine at the end of the day but I didn't do a lot of walking. Id say these are more for style.

Nice comfortable shoe, but the 10.5 (41) was WAY too short! A larger size is not available. Back it goes.

Returning these. I love the shoes but didn't realize that they would actually be a shiny metallic pewter - was hoping for grey. I'm keeping the black ones.

The reviews I read said that these shoes run small, and to order the next size up, but I didn't! I really liked the shoes so I returned the 39 (8.5) and ordered the 40 (9.5). These fit fine and look good too.

While I like of the shoe it did not fit well. I normally wear a 10 and it was way too small. Don't think I will reorder.

I get compliments every time I wear my Bernies. They are a tad loose. I read that they ran a little small so I ordered the higher end of my range.
