These shoes are comfy and adorable, but they run so small, I’m now ordering a 9, when my typical size is 7. Aside from the frustration of returns again and again, these are just precious

I love the shoes although I do feel they run small. I wear an 8 and if I got a 9 then I think they would be too big since my foot is narrow. Lotk forward to ordering the light multi colors when available again. Thank you

Love the shoes however I feel they fit like a 7 1/2. I wear an 8 in almost all shoes and am sure the 9 would be too large since my foot is more narrow than normal. I will wear them just need to stretch them I guess.

Runs very very small—felt more than a full size smaller to me.

I agree with the person who said to order a 1/2 size smaller. I usually wear an 8 in regular width and a 7 1/2 in wide width. I think I could have done a 7 1/2 in regular width. They are super comfortable. I am going to probably keep these. I might order another pair in the 1/2 smaller to see what is better.

Really comfortable and very cute style. Decent amount of cushioning. This brand runs short, at least in this style, haven't tried any others. I normally wear an EU size 39 but needed a 40 in this shoe.

Although "True to Size", modifications to the plan for only offering Full Sizes. I like the style of Bernie Mev catwalk. I finally chose the size 9 (39) because the size 8 was too small. Bernie Mev in this style needs to go to 'half sizes'. An 8.5 would have been perfect. The 9 works but slightly loose.

I am an 11 (probably 11.5) but these felt a full size too small. I am so disappointed because they are SO COMFORTABLE!!! I wish Bernie Mev made one size larger because I want these shoes! They are also very cute.

If you are between sizes, like me (I wear 8.5-9) depending on the shoe. Order a half size up.

After having owned several pairs of Bernie Mev catwalk shoes I find that buying then can be a bit tricky. They definitely run small but they will stretch out ALOT over time. I wear a size 7 1/2 sometimes an 8 and buy the size 38, They can also fit differently in the same size from pair to pair. It's best if you can try them on at a store but still worth the effort of ordering them from Zappos. I scored on the first try this time.

I ordered my usual size (8), but these are a little small. I can’t fit even my smallest arch support into the shoe if I also want to put my foot in there.

I can't believe I'm reading some reviews where people say that they run small, I found them to be just the opposite. I wear a size 8 and I ordered a 38 which is equivalent to a women's size 8 and I was walking out of the shoes - I am returning them and going to try a size smaller because they are very comfortable and they stretch all around making them appear larger than your usual size.

I have several pairs of Bernie Mevs and I really like these shoes. However, they are of different sizes...there is no consistency in the sizing of these shoes. While they do "give" some, these were just too small, especially on my slightly larger left foot. I don't know how anyone can say they provide arch support...they do not. I love these shoes, but it takes patience, and often a number of returns / exchanges, to get a comfortable fit.

These are the coziest shoes ever! I want to order a million pairs! Problem is the sizing. I am a solid 9, but will wear an 8.5 or a 9.5 in some brands/styles. I could barely get the 9 on in this shoe! I exchanged for a 10 and kept that and like it, but I'm wishing I had tried the 11 now that I realize they won't stretch out (they are already made of stretchy material). If I order another pair I will definitely try an 11.

I wish I could have kept them. I ordered half size larger and they were way too small.

I bought these in my usual size but had to send them back and get 2 sizes larger. They’re a little scratchy on the tops of my toes, but the sole and flexibility is great - like wearing slippers.

Ok, this is my third shot at reviewing these. Long story short: I love them, but they are a little short. They seem to have stretched to accommodate my long toes, so I’m happy. I’m not going to wear them to walk around the city all day, but I’m content to wear them for half-day stints. Zappos was wonderful in dealing with my order/return for a size larger; return/order for the original size. Love them enough that I might order a second pair.

bernie mev. Catwalk was even cuter on the foot than in the online photos. I really wanted this style to fit, but it was just too short, front to back. I wanted the solid black, but another color in the largest size 42 (US 12) was still way too short. IF it had not pulled up on the toes, the overall shoe would have been very comfortable ... hugging the foot side to side but with nice give in each step. If you've got a smaller foot than my size 11, give this shoe a try, but you may need to order up at least one full size ... maybe more to get the correct length.

I love Bernie Mev's; however, the sizing is not consistent . Typically I wear an 8.5 or 9. In this style the 10 was super tight!

I have 2 pairs of the Bernie Mev Catwalk shoe. As a women's true size 9, initially ordered the 1st pair in size 39. They were WAY TOO SMALL. Both pairs are in size 40 – which shows on the sizing chart as 9.5-10 – but fits my size 9 foot. Another observation I'd like to share: Ordered a pair of the Catwalk in "Shimmer" fabric. It is a stiffer, less comfortable fabric than the non-Shimmer. The fabric was more rigid and scratchy against my foot (worn without a stocking). Returned them for a non-Shimmer style in the same color family. These are fun, cute, comfy flats.

I love the style of these shoes, but had to order three different sizes before finding the one I kept. Even still, it feels short in length with my toes touching the end of the shoe. Being fabric, I hope that won't be a problem. The next size up was too large. I already have one pair of Bernie Mev shoes I purchased a couple of years ago and they have held up very, very well!

I love this shoe, but it does not work for my foot. In European sizing, I wish the States sold half sizes because I often seem to be a 37.5. Because of the style of the shoe (the weave makes the toe of the shoe pull up), it made my big toe go numb almost immediately after putting on the shoe. The heel was comfortable- would not be a problem with chafing or blisters. Sadly, this is going back, and I'm sure the 38 would be too large.

I like these shoes. You can wear them in the rain and be assured they won't be ruined. They are a little snug, but stretch out over time.

I love bernie mev. Catwalk! This is my second pair. I have worn my 1st pair for about 1.5 years and they are still in great shape. They are very comfortable, but without any arch support probably not great for a long day on city sidewalks. They are my go to shoe spring, summer and into fall, looking great with jeans, slacks and skirts.

Very cute shoes. I've owned this style before, and know that it feels a bit tight at first. Just give them a few days to break in and you'll love them.
