I upgraded to a model with the strap. So great! We have had snow for three weeks since I bought these, with ice underneath. I feel confident about not slipping. Makes for a very relaxed hike in the woods each day!

I bought these last year after falling on ice. They are awesome. I walk my dog several times a day so skipping a walk in icy weather is not an option. These give me traction and I haven't slipped since using them.

I have to say my yaktrax have probably saved me a fortune in medical bills! I have a kennel of Labrador Retrievers and winter requires a lot of outdoor work in icy and snowy conditions...no matter the weather dogs have to be fed and cared for. I am clumsy on dry ground....without the yaktrax, I can't imagine how many times I would have fallen, or been taken out by the dogs !

Used to slip and fall from ice or packed snow until I saw an ad for yak trap. First time purchase was 3 years ago and I will never ever go out in icy or poor street conditions without them. Not a slip, not a fall in 3 years of New Jersey Winters! Bought a pair for my whole family! They do exactly as advertised and they are lightweight to boot! I love my Yaktraks. I bought my second pair this winter to put on an extra pair of boots. I won't go out in the snow and ice without. I'm 72 years old and not quite as sure on my feet as I used to be. But in the 3 winters that I've worn Yaktraks I have not fallen once. And I have to take my 90 pound lab out for walks several times a day and play at the dogpark with him. Thank you Yaktraks. I'll never be without them.

I bought YakTrax several years ago and could only wish I was out wearing them when I fell on a NYC icy sidewalk and sadly injured myself. Once I got myself back together, I fished out my YakTrax and wore them when the weather was bad. I also bought a pair for my husband. Now we're down South and believe me, no one knows what YakTrax are but they are going to wish they had them when we get our occasional ice storm. I feel better prepared with knowing I have YakTrax on.

I bought this because we were traveling to South Dakota for Christmas. I am 77 years old and the YakTrax worked so well when walking on ice and snow.

I put the Yaktrax on my Bearpaw boots in the winter when the snow falls and it is icy. I keep them on the boots all winter and wear them every day whenever I go outside to feed the horses or walk to the mailbox, or just walk, and they prevent falls, great product.

YakTrax are the best for surviving Montana winters--love them! Don't know how I lived without them for so many years. Great grip, very sturdy; highly recommended.

I would never leave the house on snowy/icy days without my Yaktrax. They're so simple to put on and you won't slip a bit! Great product!!

I had two bad falls on the ice before I got my YakTrax. In this PA area, we get lots of lake effect snow and ice. At 67 years old, I need to feel safe walking outside in the winter, and I do with these attached to my boots.

I am happy to use my Yaktrax every day, staying upright on my snowy/icy walks.

I got these Yaktrax for walking my Lab as I knew they would help me from falling when he bolts after wild animals in my area. There are no more worries that I will slide when he pulls because I've found them to grip extremely well on ice or in snow. Thanks very much for creating these traction devices. They fit well--and the bonus is that they are made from recycled materials.

These worked great on ice covered sidewalks and frozen liking trails. The are easily removed when not needed and easily slipped on when needed.

I bought this for my wife and I who are training our puppy in the middle of a very slippery winter. I can't afford any more back problems than I already have! I feel so much safer wearing Yaktrax!

I bought these a year ago because in order to take out my Mother-in-law's trash in the winter, I have to walk down an ice covered driveway between two houses. These have saved my life. Easy to put on and work effectively.

Best purchase ever! My mom feels so much better about walking on the driveway this Winter, and not worrying about falling.

I live in the UP of Michigan and these little guys have been such a blessing! I love them dearly. They make any pair of shoes snow-ready. It's fantastic!
