Very comfortable and stylish.

I was nervous about the fit but they’re perfect! True to size and the adjustable back is perfect especially if you want to change for when you wear tights vs when you wear jeans. They came fast and were packaged nicely. Very happy with this!

I love this boots! I normally wear an 8.5 and I ordered a size 8 and they fit pretty good.

Love Hunter Boots!! Calf size is perfect! My calf size are 14.7 so I get the adjustable backs to have room for jeans!! The green are amazing!! The delivery quick and I appreciate that!!

Love my Hunters! They run a little big but perfect for thick socks, but I don’t mind a lil room for my feet.

Confession, I think I’m addicted to Hunter boots! Not only are they comfortable enough for a full day of errands but they keep you bone dry and stand up to mud and slush. They rinse off beautifully and stand ready for the next deluge. I almost always wear a size 6 American, and a 36 European. The 5 in the Hunter leaves a generous amount of room in the toe box for me so I wear them with an ample sock and I’m good to go. This was my third pair-I’d love a pair of Military Red and bright yellow in the adjustable back...and bright orange...

I love Hunter boots; this is my third pair. I like to have color choices! I am a reliable size 6 in US sized shoes but take a 5 in Hunter and have plenty of room left in the toe box. I suspect a 4 would fit my foot precisely however, I wear these with a substantial sock and am comfortable enough to walk around in them running errands all day long. I have to buy the adjustable back style because my legs are muscular and the regular tall boot is too tight a squeeze. I do wish Hunter would consider making the adjustable back tall boot in military red as well as the bright yellow and orange. A girl can dream! I’d recommend these boots to anyone who wants to stay perfectly dry and comfortable on a wet day.

I love love LOVE these boots! I have ordered my third pair; they are incredibly comfortable to wear if you’re on your feet a lot. I would not have guessed that my feet wouldn’t be tired after a 12 hour day of errands and running up and down stairs. Of course they are perfect wet weather gear, but plan on sizing down. I’m a reliable size 6 but I need a 5 in these boots and have a considerable amount of room in the toe even at a five. Thank you Hunter for making my favorite boot! Please make the adjustable back tall boot in military red soon!!!!

im a size 8 1/2 so i bought a size nine... felt too big....if you are a half a size you should rather size down then up...

i bought a half a size up beacuz i was told to do so for this item but ive clarified that you realy should be sizing down a half size...(this is if you are not an even shoe size... if you are an even shoe size you just stay at that size....

Classic hunter boots with the benefit of the adjustable back. These are great for rainy and snowy weather.

I bought these for my daughter's friend for graduation. She loved the color and they fit true to size (she's a true 9). We initially bought the Original boot but they were too tight on her calves so I returned them for the back adjustable boots. They fit perfectly and she loves them. We are big Hunter fans!

These boots are awesome and very quality. Just what I needed as I have a wooded yard, and so I can wear these and feel relatively safe from snakes. I'm tall so the height of the boots are great. I love the adjustable backside. I would highly recommend these.

I normally wear a 6 1/2-7 and got the 7 which is perfect! I have wide feet and was not sure what to do. So I went with my go to size and it worked out beautifully! I like that the calf is adjustable and gives plenty of breathing room! I am 5’2” and a quarter :) so the height of the boot shaft works well since I do not have long legs. Hope this helps!

Ordered 1/2 size down as suggested, and fit is good. The adjustable back works well for my calves and I can wear them over jeans. The fit is good but there is no cushioning and the insole is not removable. They are fine for mucking about the yard or a quick trip to the store in a downpour. I wouldn’t be able to walk far in them. They seem of good quality and should last.

I have not actually worn these yet. Appear to be comfortable and if they keep the water out they will work just fine. Plan to wear these when out Plein air painting in marshes. One caution - be flexible since the boot comes up to the knees and are fairly stiff - can be difficult to pull off.

Loves these boots! I am 5’6” and they come up to just under my knees. I would say if you are any shorter than me then they may be too tall.

Based on other reviews I ordered a size down but unfortunately that was too small for me. Back they go. I love the adjustable back, though!

These are a great option for those of us with wider calves...yes the ankle is a bit bigger but it makes tucking jeans in a bit easier. My gloss hunters lost their sheen but these matte finish are great and I get tons of compliments!

These adjustable back Hunters are a great option for someone that has wide calves but is also short. I tried the traditional wide calf boots but my main issue isn’t the calf, it’s where the widest part of the boot hits my short legs. These work perfectly and are so comfy to wear!
