The boots I ordered came scratched up, so I contacted Zappos and they sent me a new pair that was delivered the next day. The new boots came in perfect condition and are beautiful! Customer service was the best I've ever received.

Absolutely love them, they are so cute and as everybody else said order a half size down for the perfect fit! My advice is to buy the cleaning spray as they do come with bloom (which is normal) and the hunter boot buffer spray is the best product to make the boots shine! But overall extremely happy with them, am looking forward to another pair in a different color!

This was the first time I have ever ordered from Zappos, and I cannot say enough good things. I had a hellish experience from an Amazon seller trying to buy some boots and I ended up having to spend $40 in return shipping and restocking fees. I bought the same boots from Zappos, wanted to size up, and not only did I not have to pay any return shipping or restocking, but the replacement boots were overnighted to me on Zappos' dime. The customer service rep was super friendly too. No wonder people rave about Zappos customer service. Zappos is my new go to for my family's shoes (and everything else they sell)!

I am thrilled with these boots for rainy/muddy days outside. They are very comfortable and high quality. Caution, though: each boot weighs like 3 pounds, so if you are walking long distances you will get a work out!

I love these! They're comfy and cute. The green is a really nice color to still go with lots of things. I usually wear a 7.5 and have skinny calves and the 7s fit just right.

I'm 5'4" and wear a size six. I ordered these in a 6 and they fit perfect. I love the hunter boot for its height and the tall was just as comfortable for me. I do have long legs for my height and am athletic. The calves fit loosely.

I love these boots! They're very comfortable, but I would recommend getting a half size smaller than you usually wear (I tend to wear a 7.5 but ordered a size 7).

The boots are perfect and exactly how I hoped they would be! This was the first time I've ordered anything from a secondary website, I typically would have gone straight to the Hunter website (but they were sold out until May). I wasn't sure on size so I went into a store that carried the brand of boots and tried on sizes to see which fit best before I ordered them.

These rain boots have exceeded all of my expectations. The color is gorgeous, like a pastel lilac. Easy to slip on and off. Easy to clean. Extremely comfortable in any weather. I am so happy I went with these Hunter boots!

I really like these. I'm 5'8, so they are perfect height. I receive several compliments on these. These do run very large in size. I wear a 9, but had to get these in a size 8.

LOVE these boots. Bought a 9 and they are a little roomy but work well with thick socks. I love these boots!

Love these! They keep my feet super warm and dry! However, unlike many other reviewers I actually went a size UP when ordering. I usually wear a 5.5 or 6 but in these my toe was hitting the end in the 6. Going up to a 7 did make the whole foot area quite roomy but the length feels better. Would definitely recommend for anyone who lives in a rainy or slushy area!

I like my boots roomy so I went when up a size. I am glad that I did. I think anything smaller would have been too tight on my calf. These boots hit me right below the knee (I am 5'5").

We bought these boots in Hunter green for our daughter's Christmas present. She absolutely loves them, but I was happy that I had ordered both a pair in her size and a pair one size down. Sure enough, true to the other reviews, they ran one complete size too big! Thanks to Zappos' awesome return policy, the size 8 are on their way back, and no money lost out of our pocket! Thank you!

Obsessed with these boots. With the crazy El Nino weather here a new pair of hunter wellies were so needed. These are stylish, comfortable, durable, and practical. I typically wear a 7 but I wear a full size smaller in Hunters. I got a 6 and the fit is great-- even have room for thick socks. I am a runner so the boot is a bit tight around the calf but my other hunters stretched a bit with time so I'm not too worried. They are big enough for me to wear with tight jeans or leggings. Definitely recommend!

Bought these for my daughter for Christmas. Only regret is that I didn't buy a pair for myself. Zappos, you rock! No reason to shop anywhere else!!

I got theses as a gift. I am originally a size 6.5 and this boot was ordered for me in a size 6. The boot fit perfect heel to toe but I had no idea the calf was so slim. The boot fit perfectly but was a tad tight on my calves. I re ordered the boot in a 7 and still fits perfect from heel to toe and now the calf fits more comfortable. I recommend if you are a half size to go up one size and always keep in mind of your calf thickness.

Purchased these boots as a gift. The recipient was delighted. Purchased her normal size and she said they fit perfectly. She has only had them for a few days, so I can not provide any further information.

Advice for men shopping for Hunters. The womens styles - Original Tall and Back Adjustable are unisex and if you do not have big calves are a great option. The womens size 11 works great for me. Unless you are very confident I would avoid the gloss variations - those are more feminine. Black, navy, green in matte finish are good options.

Thanks to the previous reviewer who compared this boot to the Kamik Jennifer. For me, the Hunter was a better choice. I normally wear a 10.5 medium or narrow, and the size 10 Hunter fit me well; the Kamik would be too tight with socks. The Hunter also looked sleeker, probably in part because it's a uniform color and the green Kamik is black on the bottom; the Hunter also seems to have a more straight profile where the Kamik flares a bit at the top.
