I bought two pairs of these shoes for my kids at a new balance store in USA and after a few days both came undone at the toe. I noticed that a lot of my kids' friends at school have these shoes (all bought in The US) and the same thing happened to ALL of them. I am disappointed, wasn't expecting for these new balance shoes to last less than a week.

i have been buying from NB for a very long time and i can say most of my shoes are from them! this time I order for my 3 kids a 3 shoes and honestly that was disaster! the shoes after 3-5 days start to tearing off either from the front or the loop ! I would say the kids might did something but it was the first 3 days and we notice its not the same quality as i used to see in NB shoes.

Purchased in March and were destroyed by May. My son wore these to school four days a week and the toe area is torn apart. Will never buy again.

So disappointed! This is the second pair where the stitching on top of the toes came undone after 1 week!!!! Zappos did refund me my money back! I love New Balance since my son has wide feet but have been disappointed in the quality.

I bought these for my six year old daughter to wear at tennis camp. After wearing them for two weeks the entire seam at the top of both shoes came out and made a big hole where her toes are. I bought them the second week of June (at a tennis shop) and now I have to buy her a whole new pair of shoes and it is not yet July!

I just received these shoes in the mail. KV624BKY I am very disappointed and disgusted in the quality and the size. I am a woman with a small narrow foot.It is difficult to find womens shoes to fit without paying a fortune for them.The quality of material in these shoes isn't very good.If you want an arch support you need to buy one and put it in yourself. I have been wearing NEW BALANCE KX623ABY in boys size 4 1/2 M.They fit beautifully with good arch support and good material. Apparently they quit making them in boys sizes and replaced them with the KV624BKY. They still have KX623ABY in mens sizes
but not boys.I will never buy another pair of shoes of any brand on the internet without first trying them on in the store. Because none of them are true to size.I am so tired of finding something that fits and then the company changes styles so they can hike the price and they don't even get the sizes correct.If this doesn't end up on this site I will make sure it gets on another site.People have a right to expect quality in the products they buy.

Would not recommend. Faulty item. The Velcro strap came off with only 4 days of use. TWICE ??
But zappos customer service was amazing. First time they replaced the shoe with the same thing. Second time they gave me credit which I used for the lace up version of this. Thank you zappos!!!
