Customer Reviews High Sierra Curve Backpack

We bought this backpack in March and barely got three months of use out of it. The seam where the shoulder straps attach is split. Clearly the workmanship is shoddy. Getting it repaired under the warrantee is not worth the hassle and shipping costs, I can do it myself. But this is not the quality I expected from High Sierra; previous backpacks have lasted for 10+ years!

Ordered bags for resale and 2 had broken zips pic attached

The bag pack came dirty. Probably someone held it with dirty hands whilst packaging. Very much disappointed.

Material was very thin and not the quality that high sierra is known for.

Much smaller than I thought. Return fee is almost as much as the price I paid for the book bag.

I was looking for a bag with no DEHP, a chemical I'm trying to avoid that's bad for kids. This product contains DEHP but I didn't know that until I saw the CA Prop 65 label on it when I opened up the package. I appreciate the company putting the label on it so we have the truth about what's in it, but disappointed because I didn't want DEHP in my kids' bags. If you don't care about what chemicals you are exposed to then the bag is fine but for me personally, that is the most important thing, so I can't recommend it.

This is not value for money and use for KG kids to carry water bottle etc

Bad idea to buy online. Especially since do not have free returns. Sometimes the colors online are very different from the actual color

This back back was very small more for a child not adult. If I wanted a refund I would have to pay for shipping. I will donate it. Wast of money.
