Love the Madrid patent leather they are a bit more trendy than the original Birks. The slim also feels good, the regulars are a bit too wide for me and look too masculine. I have average width feet, and the slim was just fine, and looked a little better. I liked these so much I got the white patent too. I am usually a 10-10.5 and the 41 fit just right.

More feminine than the Arizona and the patent makes them feel dressier

Very cute and much more stylish than "traditional" Birkenstocks. They run very big. I am a 7.5, and I returned and ordered the 6-6.5. They fit well. Note: Birkenstock recommends a small space for the foot to move with the shoes, so your feet should have a little extra wiggle room. Unlike a lot of Birkenstock sandals, not saying Birkenstocks aren't attractive, these patent ones make me feel more put-together and polished without trying hard at all. If you're looking for classic, reliable, sturdy support AND style, these ones are for you.

I really wanted a pair of these with the patent leather straps because they're very much on trend right now and I just thought they were so fun. However, i've always had really narrow feet and so i've always just written off this style of shoe because there is no strap for my toes. Reading the reviews only left me more sure I wouldn't be able to wear them because everyone kept saying they run so wide and so large. Honestly though, I went to a store to try them on though first and I tried on the narrow and I do have to tie the strap fairly tight but not to the point where the shoe looks silly on my feet. Also, according to the size chart on here I would have gone for the size 41 but then after reading so many reviews I probably would have ordered a 39 or 40 but luckily I went into the store and ultimately the 41 truly was the best fit. As they reminded me in the store, birkenstocks when the fit properly are supposed to have a little room in the back. So I would say they are true to size and that if you have narrow feet, the narrow should do fine on you!

I usually love Birkenstocks, but I had to return the first order of these shoes as they were too big.The shoes in the same style that I reordered were too big on the first 3 notches, and too tight on the last notch on the buckle. I have never had this trouble with any other Birkenstocks, and I've worn Birks for many years. They also flop and slap against the mid and heel part of my foot as I walked only 3 or 4 feet with them on. I took them off immediately and told my husband I would be returning them.

I love these sandals and have them in white patent. I ordered the black patent for a warm weather fall trip. They arrived just in time, but when I opened the box it was not the patent but instead the matte black leather, which is not attractive in this style. I was so dissappointed because I've never had a problem with Zappos, but it was a huge bummer as I had no alternative for my travel last week.

I was looking for a dressy slide that I could wear to work. These definitely meet my expectations! Love the color as well.

Love these! I’ve been trying to find professional shoes that are also comfortable with arch support, and these are perfect. They look more stylish than other Birks. The strap rubs a teeny bit on my left foot, but I’ve only had them a week so I hope that will fade as I break them in.

Not quite as comfortable as the Mayari Birks but much better looking. Great for an evening out the hub’s..you can wear them with almost anything!

These are my absolute favorites! They remind me a little of my wooden sole Dr. Scholl’s, but are way more comfy. So stylish too! I don’t feel like I’m wearing “comfort” shoes at all! :)

I am normally a size 7 M and the 38N was the perfect length and width with the strap in the second hole. There is a little pressure on the top of my foot where the buckle on the strap is, but, hopefully, these will be more comfortable as time goes on. I couldn't have sized down as several of the reviewers recommend. These are more stylish, in my opinion, than many of the other Birkenstock styles. Glad I ordered the black patent...can be dressed up or down.

I love this slip on and am very glad I read about buying it in a narrow. Much better fit! (My previous Birkenstock purchase was regular width and it is a very sloppy fit) the patent leather is very cute and sort of dressy. I get lots of complements on them and they go with jeans or skirts

Love the black patent leather Madrid slides! I am a huge Birkenstock fan in general, but these are a little dressier. I'm considering getting another pair in a different color like silver. They don't hold your foot completely in place like the 2 or 3 strap Birkenstocks and are reminiscent of a flip flop. They are still great and I highly recommend.

I could not bear to wear these when I first ordered. They hurt my tender toes But I persisted to wear them and within a good month, I was hooked. They are the best orthodic sandal on the market. Love them! I've just ordered another pair which I'll save to look pretty!

Love them!! I've been putting off buying Birks for awhile and I'm glad I finally took the plunge! They are so easy and comfortable and the single strap is so chic. I got the patent leather which are a bit more refined than the double strap standards. And I can even dress them up a bit. I'm quite pleased with my purchase! I did actually have to size up. I'm usually a 7 1/2 and initially opted for size 37, but sent those back for the 38. Having a little lip is necessary for comfort!

I wear these all the time. Such comfortable shoes...and they hide my ugly bunions.

Loved these from the moment I opened the box (which was less than 24 hours from the moment I purchased). They feel great on my feet, have great arch support and look fantastic! I am going to purchase in additional colors!

I am small 8.5, with a narrow heel. I have these sandals in Silver and Patent. They are a smart choice for travel and walking, you get the comfort of Birks, without the stigma of a "hippy sandal"

Cute and easy slide. Love these for summer. Great Birkenstock fit and comfort. These do, as with most slides, tend to come off easily. Adjustable strap helps a bit.

These are the most comfortable sandals!!! I wear them all the time!

Love these shoes! They are stiff at first but I am told the more you wear them the more they form to your foot. I bought a size down from what I normally wear.

I really like these Birks. They look really nice and dont look at all clunky on my feet. I still like my Gizahs but I am glad I tried these too.
