Had these shoes for years and never wear them due to being completely uncomfortable.

This replacement pair had the same big defect as the pair I had already returned to Zappos. A spike of hard leather poking into the side of the arch, in both Left and Right Birkenstock Boston!

The most uncomfortable shoes I have ever worn in my life, including heels. The soles are so hard and lumpy that it feels like you’re walking on rocks. My feet have hurt for days and I finally gave up trying to wear them.

It's way too tight on my foot. It fits more like a W 7. Also the top of the leather was scuffed and looks gray.

The dye comes off the black shearling and stains your feet. Not a little bit, A LOT. I love Birks but this is just a horrible product.

It's been a long time since I bought a pair of Birks. It'll be even longer before I buy another. Quality is no longer there and sizing was completely different. These were supposed to be unisex, so I ordered the "regular." They are much narrower than my old Birks and the size is at least a half-size smaller. The suede is thin and the "sheepskin" lining is skimpy. Moreover, they are glued, not stitched as Birkenstocks used to be. Completely overpriced for the quality and workmanship. Really disappointing to discover yet another company that once was reputable is no longer.

Suede worn on toes and inner part of both left and right shoe. Damaged/worn. Returning AGAIN. These may well be the same pair I just returned and weren’t pulled from stock.

Defective clogs. There is a wad of glue or something poking into my foot. Very disappointed with the quality control.

The fit and sizing were perfect for me, as I have owned numerous pairs of Birkenstocks, all styles, over the years. I have had this pair for not even one month (of which I was in Europe for 10 days) and worn them a handful of times and the shearling is already pulling off the back. I don't feel this is the normal quality of Birkenstock. And at a price point of $170.00, I expect more.

These were fake Birkenstocks, not even in a shoe box and clearly worn. Ordered from Zappos abs arrived from Amazon.

The toe ridge was too far forward by at least half an inch, maybe more. Even when I jammed my foot as far as possible into the shoe, the toe ridge was still in the wrong place. Very disappointed.

Had to return due to the excessive glue attaching the upper to lower parts of shoes on the inside. Both sides.

I wish there was more selection of colors in the wider width. Many pretty colors, but not in wide wide width. Also, the suede was not as lush as some other Birkenstocks that I have had. Disappointing.

I would not know how these fit, because they never came..instead, and at first I thought it was a joke, but there were a pair of slipper, new but not my Boston Birkenstock which cost considerable more than the 20 dollars slippers in the box...not funny!!!

I'm so sad that these didn't work out for me. I thought they'd be perfect because they have the regular wider Birkenstock sole and are covered in warm fur. Unfortunately the warm fur on all sides was peeling off of the soul and was never fully covering the upper leather part on the inside especially on the right side near/behind my baby toes. I think this is a defect in the way it is manufactured. The way the fur wasn't covering the leather and the edge of the fur sole was rough it was rubbing my foot and was painful. The top of the shoe is also painful around the buckle and strap. it's so rigid that when you walk it's like it's cutting into the top of your foot or it feels as if your foot is being crushed in a vice. I tried adjusting the strap and it didn't help. I had to return these. I'm so bummed because I really wanted warm Birkenstocks with the good foot bed but these just sucked the way they were so poorly made you wouldn't believe they cost that much.

These Birks were two different tones in color for the monk color. In addition, the shoes were already scuffed and damaged for a new pair of Shearling. This has been a nightmare trying to return and get the proper amount refunded...so far it’s been two days and counting and still not corrected!

I am so disappointed. Except for required work shoes, I always have Birkenstock on my feet. I was so looking forward to these 'slipper' style for the cold months ahead. However the bed of the shoe felt completely different from my other Birks. Very narrow through the arch, painful to walk on. I had to pull them off to make sure I had ordered the correct size; I had. I will be sending these back and trying to find something else for the winter months ahead. :(

Like walking on a frozen slab of plastic...or concrete....or (take your pick). The fur did nothing to soften the footbed. I actually like a firm footbed and I am not a cushy soft person....but this was crazy rock hard, inflexible .....

Ordered these shoes for my granddaughter's birthday...She wore them today for the first time..The black fur faded onto her socks and feet. Chunks of the black fleece fur which lined the inside of shoe started coming off. She called me from school it was so bad. We got her a change of shoes...so disappointed. I have bought her several Birkenstock shoes which have always been great...these seemed like a knockoff of the original...beware..
