The support was in the wrong place. These shoes are very esthetically pleasing but not going to cut it for my mileage routine.

this is my second pair of On shoes and these seem much tighter than the Cloudswift

I had an earlier version (2013, I think?) of the ON Cloudsurfers, and they felt much more bouncy/pillowy. I get very sore knees when I run, and these new Cloudsurfers didn't provide cushion. I returned them and got the Cloudflyers, which seem to be better. Sadly, I believe it's really the old Cloudsurfers that had the best cushion, though.

I really wanted to love these beautiful shoes. The soles are hard. The "clouds" are not soft and the one under my heel made me feel like I was going to tip backward.

I actually liked these shoes for a time but the quality must be lacking. I purchased them in May and by September, the inside of the heel was already splitting, causing discomfort, even with walking. I feel like these should last longer than 4 months. I workout in them 5-6 days a week but my previous pair lasted a lot longer.

Fit was tight although have narrow foot and got half size bigger. Not as cushioned

Took them off before I even got to work due to hurting my feet. Traded them in for my go-to Brooks!

These were tight & very uncomfortable right above the ankle bone, where the shoe digs into your ankle. Had to return. Wouldn’t recommend.

Wanted to really love this shoes, but we’re too small in the toe area. And had I sized up would have slipped in the heel.

I’m sad to say that I am returning this shoe for the second time. They are really cute but the toe area is just too small for me and I could see my big toe poking up in them.

I work out and "everybody" at the gym is wearing "cloud surfer" so I said, "I want them too". All of them state that they are comfortable, but a friend told me that you have to try them on. I got another pair for my son and he looks and feels comfortable. So, perhaps I was not lucky trying again.

I have had ONs in the past, and loved 'em; but these were just very uncomfortable. I have a high instep, and they were difficult to get "on & off".

Left a lot to be desired. I love my other On Cloud shoes. I felt like my rear foot was falling to inside, as if there was no support at all in the heel. Not enough arch support. It did have a lot of cushion which was nice.

Love the shoe but for 150 the quality is poor. Less than six months back of shoes (both) started coming apart.

too tight on toes area.

Wide toe box, very narrow top. This shoe comes up high and dug into my ankle bones immediately. It is also very stiff and the material very scratchy, not soft. I couldn’t wear them around the house for 5 minutes, let alone all day. The shoe itself is cute, but the odd tongue design, strange height at the ankle bone, stiffness and rough material make it a no go. So disappointing.

Only rating 1 star because I could not even get these on. The tongue is strange and I could not get my foot in the shoe. I have had 3 pairs of Cloud-flow that I love. I guess I will have to go back since it is a normal tongue that lets you open wider to get your foot in.

Too small. My other On clouds were comfortable. These seem too narrow.

It took a long time to receive these shoes and when they arrived they were definitely used shoes.

The shoe was the proper width but felt tight in the length, fell short 1/2 size. It doesn’t have a tongue. The material just folds over the dorsum in an awkward way. The material is very stiff and hard. It made the top of my ankle very sore. Difficult to get on do to the high lip on the heel. I was so looking forward to getting these shoes but I am 100% disappointed. I’ve wasted my money. They made my feet so sore I don’t even want to try to make them work. Is trading them for another pair of shoes an option?

Shoe runs small- size up

I was looking forward to these shoes as they were highly recommended from a few friends. I ordered in an 8.5, mu usual size and I couldn’t get my feet in so I returned and ordered a 9. Still a bit tight but I figured they would stretch a bit after a few days of waking. WRONG. Blisters on my ankle and pinky toe after day 2. The “cushion” is a great gimmick until they get slightly damp on the bottom then they squeak for a half mile. I gave my feet a break then tried again. Same issues.

Did not like the design of the lace up area of the shoe

The shoe is very narrow and the tongue is attached to the inside, leaving no room to loosen.
