OVERALL THE FIT WOULD HAVE BEEN PERFECT BUT THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE LACE UP PART WAS DIGGING INTO A SMALL BONE ON MY LEFT FOOT. IT KEPT RUBBING AND I WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN COMFORTABLE IN THIS SHOE.

I wish these shoes came in wide!! They are too narrow across the foot bridge for me, but I loved the propulsion and bounce they provided. Would buy in every color if they offered a wide version, they’re the springiest shoes I’ve ever tried on! Wish I could keep them..

This is my third on Cloud shoes that I have purchased this year. Two of those pairs were purchased from Zappo. I had the toe next to my big toe on my left foot amputated last summer. I am now limited to the sort of shoes I can wear. I didn't realize that the laces would be closed on one side. Makes it more difficult to get the shoe on. Do love the color.

The sneakers fit my fit well, I have a narrow foot and high arches Nikes were the best fit for my foot but Zappos doesn't carry them anymore.

This shoe fit well and felt great. However there is a lot more white surface area than it looks like from the pics. That is not OK for me as I think it will get look very dirty very quickly.

I wear a 6 1/2 in shoes, but seem to always need to buy larger for running shoes. My last On's were 8.5 and so are these. These have more cushioning than my previous On's and so they are heavier. What is unusual is that is not the usual tongue, it is one piece. This makes the shoe harder to get on and off. I'm ambivalent on how much this matters to me.

Ordered these after two returns of other styles (I miss the Cloudflyer). The fit is good, what I'm not sure of is the shoes' tongue. It is attached on one side and it hits the top of my foot in an uncomfortable place. I am an RN doing 12+ hour shifts, so we'll see.

Love these ! A bit narrow but undid laces half way up. Great style. Absolutely love then.

The tongue is attached on one side and is an attractive wrap around, BUT it was too high at my ankle and was not comfortable.

These shoes look awesome and the color is so nice. I wanted them to fit so badly, but it didn't work out for me. The top of the toe box is apparently shallow and my toenail was visibly protruding. It didn't hurt, but didn't look good and I believe it would've worn through quickly. I tried my normal size and a half size up but both were the same. To be fair, I think my toenails stick up a little more than average but have never had this problem with other athletic shoes.

I love the shoe and I can tell that they felt good on my feet, my knees didn't hurt, etc. However, my toes were numb rather quickly because they are so tight over the top of my foot. Not sure if this is a wide foot or high arch problem, I've never had to order wide shoes before, but this was an issue. The way the tongue of the shoe is built, they could not be loosened any further. I'll have to find another type of shoe or another brand for me. Gorgeous color, and love how they are built, just don't work for my foot. Bummer!

This is not the color fennel. It is sea foam green and UGLY.

I read lots of reviews about the sizing of these shoes and felt comfortable ordering my normal size. They ran a half size small. I do not feel they are true to size. Very comfortable, but need to exchange for a half-size up.

Love the style, the fit was just too small, anxious to get the right size and start wearing them!

Fit was a little snug. Had another pair just like this and they didn’t feel Snug

I really liked the style. They were very comfortable but for some reason they made my three outside toes on each foot go to sleep when I walked around in them after a little bit so I had to send them back.

Felt a little tight. 98% of my shoes are size 7. Ordered new ones half size bigger for comfort. Great for running. Super lightweight

I like the shoe but thought it came with the no tie laces. That's why I'm returning them. The photo is not clear and I did not see that info on the webpage.

I have only worn these a few times but they are very comfortable and don't slip on my narrow heel. The only reason for 4 stars is because the tongue comes up high and isn't padded. Therefore, I can't wear them without at least low cut socks.

I love the color combo of these shoes, but I can't keep them. There is no arch support, so I had to switch the insoles. This made it even more challenging to get my feet into the shoe, with the tongue only open on one side.

Way too small. Which is odd as Ive owned several others by On in the past and always found them to be consistent in sizing

I have an older paid and loved them. Bought these and the attached tongue of the shoe makes for an odd fit and very difficult to get on without bunching up your socks. Please go back to the previous style.

I was sad that this shoe was too small - ordered the same size I purchased this brand in before and it was definitely smaller - also, the insoles were at least 1, if not 2, sizes too small - which was weird. I really wanted these but they don't come big enough for my foot.
