This shoe is beautiful right out of the box, and I love the color (a cute army green). But the issue is that I have very high arches and tend to pronate. There just isn't enough support. Even with orthotics in I can't make them comfortable enough to wear for long periods. Back they go...

Great shoe, but feels narrower than marked.

The picture makes these booties looks orangey. They are darker in person (rust/red), and "distressed" looking (which I like). A comfortable, casual bootie.

I like the fit and style overall, except that there is very little support around the upper ankle. the boots are a bit loose around the upper parts.

I am 83 years old and walk 4 to 6 miles a day. These shoes are extremely comfortable. But, I had to go from 7 M to 6 1/2 M . I got 3 pairs so far. 2 black and one stone. Recommend these highly.

I love Cobb Hill shoes. The sandals I've previously ordered in size 9 are my favorites. I ordered this bootie in 9 1/2 since it seems like I need that extra toe room. Unfortunately the extra room was also felt at the heel. There was too much sliding with the tendency for the left heel to turn in. This is not my year for closed-toe shoes or boots. Having said all of that, I highly recommend it. The ankle height and heel height were perfect. I wish they would have worked for me!

I have these in a different colur and they fit perfectly. They do not, however, indicate in the boot that they are Rockport Cobb Hill; just says Cobb Hill. the fit is completely different. I am exchanging for a half size larger and hope they it better. The overall feel is stiffer than the formerpair i ordered earlier this year. I wish the manufacturer did not change the way they are made.

I finally found ankle boots that I like, no love! That fits! Almost perfectly. My weird 9½ feet need width in the front but heels then slip, and it is the case somewhat with these. However after trying numerous pairs that were labeled wide but did not come close to fitting, these are the winners - for looks, comfort and fit.

Love these. Kinda sexy. Nice leather with some give to it, as has the heel. They're comfortable to walk in. They do run small, however. The color is not so much "Dark Red" as a burgundy. But they're fetching and fabulous.

The shoe had a very comfortable sole, but the back of the shoe didn't grip my foot properly, so when I walked, the back of my foot slipped around a bit. I guess the design of the shoe just didn't work for me.

I really wished these had fit. I need wide shoes so that my bunion isn't irritated. If my heel would stay in the back of this shoe, it would've been perfect and comfortable. But, instead, my foot (by sheer gravity) slides in this shoe. It is a bit big and my toes crammed at the top of the shoe, thus negating the wide aspect of the shoe, which means my bunion was irritated. These had to go back. But, they were cute. I think they would be awesome sized half size down, if I didn't have the issue I have.

I was hoping this boot would look a little dressier with my dress to work pants but they are a little on the casual side. They would look great with jeans. They are also too tight with my regular socks and just fit okay with very thin socks. Unfortunately I have one foot a little bigger than the other and the boot for that foot was too snug and uncomfortable. They are going back. Thank goodness for Zappos with the easy to return option.

I am always looking for a low heel because at 5'10" I feel uncomfortable with anything more than 2". This is perfect. I love the way they look - kind of a very old 1800's ladies boot. The only thing that I did not like a lot is the suede part of the boot - it feels just a touch cheap. I could also use more arch support. I will add some with cookies for support.

I wanted to like this cute bootie so much, but it just didn't offer enough support. The sole is too soft and I didn't feel the shank that was supposed to be there. I overpronate and my feet rolled in; I didn't think there was much in the way of arch support. So sadly, these are going back. Also, I ordered the wide and they aren't very wide. That wasn't my main problem, but just be aware.

Ordered an 8 Wide in Stone. It fits like an 8 C (not D) width, which makes it a little snug in the toe box for my wide feet. They are okay as long as I wear a super-thin sock liner instead of a regular sock. Otherwise they are comfortable and fit/feel more like a sneaker than a dress boot. Style-wise they are cute. The stone is a grey/tan that goes well with anything. I especially like these booties with leggings and a shirt-dress for work. I can be on my feet, comfortable and look professional.

Another great shoe from Cobb Hill. Part shoe; part bootie these are pretty stylish, quite comfortable, and allow me to walk significant distances with ease. I would definitely recommend these.

These shoes are amazingly comfortable and cute, I would definitely buy from this brand again. They did show up with a big scuff on the back which is annoying, but I was able to buff it and make it less noticeable. The pain of replacing them outweighed my annoyance at the scratch.

Love the look of these shoes, and the sole is very comfortable. A little tight in the front so my feet hurt by the end of the day.

This shoe is very cute! I got the black suede in size 6. Aria felt comfortable from the start and very easy to walk in. The toe box is a bit tight if you have bunions like me, but the leather should stretch after a few wearings. Having the laces allow you to get the desired snugness on the instep and ankles, which is great if you have narrow ankles like me. The arch support is okay but I could use more.

Just found this brand and now have two pairs of Cobb Hill booties. I work retail and am on my feet a ton at Christmas I bought these to see if they could be my "go to" shoes. They passed the test with flying colors. Gave them four stars for style because I husband said they looked like hiking shoes. No one will look at my feet this time of year so comfort beats style at Christmas. They are still cute enough!

These are ridiculously comfortable. I have three pairs of Cobb Hill boots and these are the most comfortable. Style wise they are a little underwhelming. I think that I will try a different style of Cobb Hill.

Just ok shoes. The heels make it feel like you could easily turn your ankles. Not shoes that I would want to walk in all day.

I love Rockport's and based on multiple positive reviews I gave this shoe a try. I just didn't like the style on me. I think this shoe is best for leggings, skinny jeans or a longer pant. They look weird with capri length. They might be okay with a longer skirt. They are well made and comfortable but ran half size too small. I have very narrow feet and the 8M was too tight in toe bed. I bought a pair of Rockport slings in 8M that fit perfectly so you just never know. Sorry these didn't work out.

I live in these shoes. Have since they first came out. Loe them.

Sadly, these just didn't work for me, even though they were SO close!! It's possible that if you have TINY feet these would be adorable, but on me these looked orthopedic and unflattering in person.The part with the eyelets doesn't extend far enough towards the front of the boot, so they made my feet look enormous, weirdly wonky and duck-like! They're REALLY comfortable and SO many aspects of them are really cute, like the detailing on the leather and the shape of the the heels, so at first I tried returning the 8.5M I'd ordered and got an 8W instead from elsewhere (Zappos was out of that size), thinking that not only might that fit a little better, but that a shorter and wider version would de-emphasize the weirdly long toe styling. The 8W had the same duck-foot effect as the 8.5M, though, so I had to return both pairs:(
