I actually own these shoes from a few years ago and love them so much, that I chose to purchase a second pair. Because I find I occasionally wish to wear the with thicker socks I purchased them 1/2 size larger. However, these boots are quite different than the pair I purchased at Nordstrom and the 1/2 size larger actually seems far smaller. Very Narrow and tight even with no socks at all. I am so disappointed.

I bought this boot 4 months ago, and while I like the look, I'm disappointed in the quality. The material to which the inside zipper is bonded is already starting to stretch and peel, and I'm afraid that the entire zipper will become separated from the shoe soon. I don't wear them all that often, I have not mistreated them (i.e. worn them in the rain, etc.), and IMHO for the price, this kind of thing should not be happening. I have several pairs of Munro American shoes and have liked them all, except this one. I much prefer the Robyn boot for both comfort and quality. I agree with others that the toebox of the Lexi is really narrow. It kind of pinches me, even though I am wearing a W size. Avoid if you have bunion issues.

The quality seems to fall short compared to the price. After a month of wear the toe of the "leather" started peeling off in strips, as though it wasn't properly adhered to the shoe. I have no problem with fake leather, but I'm very disappointed at how quickly this occurred after purchasing these. I reached out to Munro to see if they offered repairs or replacements and they said they did not. I would recommend going with a cheaper shoe in the same style or something better known for being high quality -- I don't feel this shoe was worth it.

I unfortunately am returning these neat little boots. The foot sizing felt fine. However, the top edge of the boot dug into the front of my lower shin with every step I took. I have 4 pairs of Munro Robyn, and Grace, boots and they are great, as are my multiple pairs of Munro shoes. Nothing ever needed to be broken in. I could not walk comfortably in these Lexi boots. Sadly returning them.

This boot was not worth that kind of money. The leather felt cheap, very tight toe box and the heel still slid up and down when I walked. I have a narrow foot and have a very hard time finding any shoe that even fits. I am sending these back and was so hoping they would fit.

These boots must be mismarked. they are unusually narrow.

Loved the look and quality of these boots, but unfortunately they were just not wide enough to be comfortable, had to send them back. The return process was simply amazing! Once UPS scanned the return package I received a notice from Zappo's that my credit was being processed. Now I have to find a boot that fits my width!

Hurt my feet

Very disappointed in how quickly they are wearing. I didn't start wearing these until March, wear them 2-3 days per week, just from my house, to car, to carpeted office. They look like I've had them for much longer. I don't recommend these boots, which is too bad as they are really comfortable.
