Good height -- shows most of your leg. Good heel height -- just a little -- not totally flat but comfortable. SADLY...too narrow in toe box. Also, on one foot had to undo both zippers to get foot in easily. Possible to do it with one. Going back. Would keep if not so narrow in the toes.

I have to return these 10-1/2N boots because they are too short; I wear almost nothing other than Munro boots and shoes (I have about 10 pairs, all size 10-1/2N), because almost nothing else works on my narrow feet. I ordered size 11SS of these same boots, and they fit okay--though the heel is too wide. Munro has problems with consistency: not only are these boots emphatically shorter than they should be, but also the actual widths can vary a lot. An extremely common issue with Munro is that the front part of the shoe/boot/sandal is overly narrow compared with the heel. I grew up in the 1960's buying shoes only at Nordstrom (in Portland), and had no problem finding well-fitting narrow shoes from many manufacturers. NONE had this problem of overly narrow toes. If you look at some Munro shoes/sandals from above, they can look positively oval--not "foot-shaped." I've never seen human feet that are shaped that way. I wish Munro would do a substantial "FIT SURVEY" to accumulate more data on proper dimensions for various sizes.

Such a cute ankle boot, but way too small for my 11 WW feet. Did Munro start making everything one size too small? Very disappointed.

I liked these a lot, but heel slippage is causing me to return them. Alas, I feel Munro's quality is slipping also.

Loved the look but had to return. Shoe runs very short. Also, this is the 2nd pair of Munroe shoes that were received with packing in only one shoe.

Lexi is strangely shaped! The shoe's heel sticks out beyond my heel and the toe-box is quite narrow for a Medium. The top of the shoe is stiff and sharp on the skin.

This is a nice looking boot that is classic; however, it runs small. The size 8 was literally one inch shorter than my Cobbhill size 8 boots, and the wide was not the least bit wide. I recommend ordering 1 full size up ( maybe more), and if you need a wide, order the extra wide-- it will not be that wide.

I love the Munro Robyn Boot but wanted a flatter style. These shoes seem cheap and don't seem to have the steel-shank support of other Munro American shoes. The zipper is separating. Would not buy again.

I have tried so many boots to find a fit for narrow feet. I ordered these in the 4A to try to get a narrow heel. They would probably be narrow enough but they are too short. I usually wear a 7; the 7½ was too short. As others mentioned, the ankle is so small around as to be unwearable. I have to send these back.

Not as good a fit as other Munro shoes in my size 11 SS. I wish that I had returned them before I tried to break them in. Normally Munro is comfortable out of the box. The toe box on these is too narrow/short.

These are very nice-looking boots, but would not work for me. I have wide feet, and tend to pronate, so I need arch support. These boots felt largely unstructured to me - there was no arch support that I could sense, and the pronation ruined the look, and would have hurt my feet. Also, if you have thickish ankles, the opening of the boot shaft may be a little snug. Had to return them.

I was sorry to return these boots, as the heel height was great. I have problematic feet, many pairs of Munro shoes, and walk a lot. I have the Robyn boot and was looking for a flatter alternative. Unfortunately, Munro chose to cut the toe area in these more narrowly than the Robyn, and the ankle area is also much less supportive. I am writing this review to try to help other readers. My hunch is that if your foot is of equal width in the heel to the front and you have no toe issues this boot will be wonderful for you. Otherwise, the Robyn will work better and hopefully Munro still makes them!

These were very tight for a size medium, no arch support and very little cushion. Disappointing for this cost.

I really wanted to love these they are exactly what I want: low heeled classic ankle boot with slightly pointed toe. I wear 7.5 - 8. But in an 8 med they were the right length (with plenty of room), but uncomfortably tight, painful squeeze, right across the big toe joint in both feet. Really too bad, looked so cute on, to wear with jeans! Returned them, will keep searching.

I like these so much, nice slightly pointy toe, usually low heeled boots are a little cloddy looking, and I wanted the low heel but not too flat. I am usually 7½, sometimes 8. 8 was too tight in these, I ordered 8½, which fit better, but the odd toe placement had my toes going numb, just too squeezed, so alas I will keep looking.

These are very cute! I ordered an 8N. I have another Munro bootie in 8SSS but can only wear those with very thin socks. I ordered a narrow to wear thicker socks but alas the heel is too loose. Toe and midfoot area was good but heel slipped a lot. I have super narrow feet. I may try again with SSS sizing but not sure. I loved the brown color, double zipper and style. I am bummed! The ankle area was just too wide on top. I think they could have designed more narrow given it has two zippers for easy entry.

These have to go back. I ordered a 12 2A which is as long as these come. They are too short, and because they are too short, the width comes at the wrong place on my foot. Very nice looking; I wished they had fit.

difficult to get into

These were a little snug for my 8.5 N feet, even with my 5A heel. I kept Avery by Munro instead, which had a little more room.

I routinely wear 8/5 in Munro shoes with my orthotics and these shoes were too small in every way. Too bad as I like the look. I returned them the day after I received them.

I have several Munro boots and this pair had no arch support and extremely stiff making the boots uncomfortable for me. Will return this item. I will say for the last 5 years I buy ALL my shoes through Zappos!

Way too tight, the narrow-est WW size I've ever tried. Stylish though.

Just as other said, the boot was too narrow. This is unusual for Munro. I have purchased MANY Munros through the years and this has never happened. I reordered a W (I am an M) and it was too wide. Wanted these boots so badly but no go.

I tried this bootie in W and WW. WW felt the same, or a little narrower than a W!

I actually own a pair of the Munro Lexi boots and they have always been a favorite although a bit narrow. I wanted to purchase a second pair a 1/2 size larger and these were even smaller. The reviews on many sites complained about this and considering how fashion forward they were at the time I purchased the first pair nearly 5 years ago, I am surprised that Munro didn't fix the problem and sell them again. To be honest the boot is over priced for what it is. It wears just okay and there are better options out there.
