I usually wear an 8 wide shoe. I ordered the 8.5 WW, but my toes were still slightly cramped. It also cut into my ankle while walking. I returned them.

I tried this boot, as well as the Munro Averee, in several sizes and just couldn't get the right fit. I have other Munros that are 10N, as well as a 10M. The 10s were all too short, and the toe box is pretty tight. I tried the 10.5N which was still too short, and the 11M was too wide around the heel/ankle. I couldn't find an 11N in stock so maybe that would have worked, but at this point I think I'll try another brand.

These are great looking shoes, but as others have said they run small, especially in the toe. I ended up going for a full size larger than I usually wear PLUS an orthodic arch support and I love them to pieces now. (Great job on the returns, Zappos, without that I probably never would have bought shoes this expensive)

I love this boot! Having said that, I do think that it might be a good idea to order about a half-size larger than normal because the toe is pointed (not TOO pointed, but pointed enough) and it tends to cramp the toes if you are on or near the edge of the next larger size.

I wrote a review on the Lexi a week or two ago and didn’t get any feedback from Zappos. I said I really liked the style but, as several other people said, the toebox was too narrow, especially with orthotics, and the heels were too wide so my foot slipped up and down in the boot. I couldn’t mark both “Felt narrower than marked” and “Felt wider than marked” so left it “Felt true to width” as the middle of the shoe felt fine. It’s hard to find shoes and boots in 11.5N that fit in both toe and heel areas. I returned them; wish they would have fit.

I really liked the style of the boot, but as a few others have said in reviews, the toe box was a bit narrow, especially to use with orthotics (after removing the Munro insole) and my heel slipped up and down. I wear 11.5 N and can rarely find a shoe that's not too loose in the heel except for lace-up shoes like Brooks Addiction.

Cute boot, but the fit was incredibly small. It's hard to assess the comfort or support since my foot barely fit into the boot. Buy a full size bigger!

I ordered in 8W but it felt like it wasn't wide. It fit my foot like a 8M, but I couldn't get them zipped up. I bought the 8W so that I could wear both wool tights and winter socks but it doesn't zip fit with the lightest sock I own, yet it does fit in the foot area. The bottom of the shoe doesn't feel like it is insulated very well for sub freezing conditions and it would be nice to have room for wool inserts too.

These are beautiful boots and I wanted to keep them. However, the toe box was a bit tight and the area around the ankle was to loose. Sadly, they have to go back. Thanks, Zappos!

This shoe is narrow, which I love. But as a boot it’s wide in the heel. I solved this by using my orthotic with the inner sole, instead of removing the inner sole. If you want a boot style and you have narrow heels, this shoe could work. It looks great on, and with the twin zippers, goes on easily. Good quality leather and workmanship, as is typical with Munro shoes.

It was so narrow in the toe box! Otherwise nice boot, but I had to return it!

Beautiful boot. When Zappos recommends the size you should order follow their suggestions. I ordered a 9 and they suggested a 9 1/2 and the 9 was too small. I opted for a cheaper style.

Nice-looking shoe, but just too tight for my 11W feet.

These are very cute boots but there's no enough room in the toe box. So, I'm returning them and looking some more. I love Munro and am sure I'll find something that works for me.

Overall I am happy with these. Nice Soft lining is very comfortable. Don't love the styling with the two zippers but comfort won.

love the shoe just a little narrow in the front. zippers are a little hard to zip. i'll have to reorder a half size up.

This shoe just looked better in the picture than on my foot. The leather was nice, but not spectacular. Heel non-descript. And from the top on my foot, it was just boring. It fit just fine and was comfortable. But I sent it back.

Super comfortable. Decent arch support but not really my style.

Runs small! I wear between a 6 1/2-7 and always a 6 1/2 if a wide width. I read the reviews stating it ran small and went with a 7. It was still too small. It was also snug around ankle. Since I am returning I cannot say if the snugness at ankle would bother me. For the price this shoe did not seem worth it to me.

These are nice boots for work and can work with pants or a skirt. They don't have a lot of arch support. I ordered them in my usual Munro size, a 6WW and had to return them for a 6.5 WW because they were too short.

Stylish boot with comfortable padding. The zippers are difficult to open, but for me the real problem was the leather rubbing against my lower leg with each step. Boots like this are usually worn without heavy socks and i had to return them, but really liked the way they looked. I am always a narrow, but these run very narrow and the medium was a better fit.

Ran a bit small, but really beautiful style and good quality leather. For a flat ankle boot they looked remarkably un-clunky!

Hel-looooo. When all the reviews say the top painfully digs into the ankle ....why do I not listen??? Because I wear a ww and I really want a pair of cute Booties!! Just as many reviewers commented the toe box was a little narrow (I think I would have just kept them and waited for a wee bit of stretching) but the front torturing my ankle with every step would never work. The shoe itself was cute enough and I loved the zipper on both sides so I could easily put them on even with my very high arches though the leather was far from the quality we used to expect from Munro.

Narrow toe box for a wide. Not like my other Munros. Nice leather, though.
