These are just beautiful! They are comfortable, and stylish. These are my favorite Ugg boots, and I am so glad that Zappos has once again come through with quality customer care!
I'd also recommend:
Sorel is another great brand for a cold winter climate.

I looked everywhere for these particular boots even on the Ugg website. Zappos was the only place that still had them in my size. I read reviews that said to order half a size up from your normal shoe, so I did, and they were a perfect fit. They were delivered within two days, I was impressed! I absolutely the boots!

I love these, but they run small for Uggs. I usually wear a 9 in Uggs, with plenty of room. I had to get a 10 in these. They are very pretty, especially in this color.

I love these boots so warm and cozy, comfy I would wear to go shopping,movies,hanging out with my friends, my boyfriend. Everyone needs a pair of these..... Even though they are kinda basic boots you need them they will change your life.

I purchased these boots in black and chestnut and I love them. I did some research before ordering them and decided to order my normal size in shoes which is a 9 since many reviewers and several stores suggested that they are hard to get on if the wrong size is purchased. Therefore, I was informed by an UGG store clerk in my city to order my normal shoe size so I could have more than enough room to get the boots on. I will mention that the clerk was correct because I do not have any issues getting the boots on or off.
The boots have a unique and stylish look to them. I know that when it get's cold they will be one of my favorite pair of boots. My favorite of the two colors is the black ones but I like most things in black. I almost returned the chestnut boots but I decided to keep them. I also like that these books are water resistant so I don't have to be afraid if they get a little wet from light or misty rain. However, I probably wouldn't wear them in deep snow or heavy rain.

Follow the suggestion of other buyers...order a size larger. My older Uggs are a 9; the new ones are a 10. Actually, they do not look like boats on my feet. They are extremely comfortable and easy to get on/off. I can hardly wait for the cold, wintery days.

These are the most comfortable boots I have ever owned. I bought a size 9 and they fit perfectly. I also bought the Ugg Care kit to clean them with and they look as though I just bought them. I wear them in the snow or rain and my feet never get cold or wet. Love them!!

OMG, these are the most wonderful, warm and stylish casual boots EVER!. I wore them with leggings, jeans and skirts. I got so many compliments I had to buy another pair for my grand-daughter. It would be a great idea to have other colors like, navy blue, red or teal green. I would buy one in each color. UGG IS THE BOMB! -Miz Lee

Glad I finally purchased these boots. I love the look and the comfort. As others have said, they are a very snug fit initially but I normally wear a size 8 1/2 and am pleased with my size 8 purchase.

Was so excited to get the boot but ended up being really disappointed because they were too small. I'm a 9 in everything, but the 9's in this particular boot were too tight, especially on the top of my foot. I do have somewhat of a wide foot but never have a problem with shoes. Handing these down to my daughter and ordering a 10.

I am so very happy with this purchase! I have a pair of knit Uggs, so I was worried that this pair (since they're a harder material) would be less comfortable, but that is absolutely not the case. I ordered them the same size as my knit ones, but these run a little small. However, I was able to send them back and exchange them for a size larger, without any cost to me.
It amazed me how quickly I received my exchange :)

I fell in love with these Uggs the minute I saw them online and fell hard when I got them in hand. Initial try on, I had some difficulty putting my put in as the top is rather stiff but somehow I managed and was happy with the size 7 (my size). That is until I tried to wear them again to actually go out and I could not pass my foot through. I felt like one of the stepsisters in Cinderella. I tried so hard to make it work but it just didn't go in. I know Uggs are known to either be a full size up or your original size but most of the reviews here read true to size. Take it from me, they are not. Go up one size. Granted my feet have never really been the same after two kids, so perhaps the slight change to my feet needed that extra space. So if you are a smidgen above a size, I would size up. They are luxurious feeling when walking but I did get a small blister the first time wearing them, which did not happen with my other Uggs, just an FYI and maybe TMI. Either way, I am very happy with them and want to thank Joey from Zappos Customer Service in letting me vent on my frustration.
