I could not squeeze my foot through the ankle area. Once I finally did....after much swearing and sweating, the shoe fit , but not way was I going to go through that every time. Had to return. I don't think a size bigger would have helped either.

I am sending these back. These are just bad. I wrote another review saying I was too tired to keep them, but I am revived and am sending them back. They are pinching my feet.

I'll b returning these boots. I have a black pair like these. Which I purchased 3 years ago, which I love! Thought the brown would be the same. No..to tight around ankle to easily put on!!!!

this boot is very cute that's what made me want to buy it. never thought I would have an issue with it. I guess uggs don't cater to fat feet or something I don't know. because the problem I have with this boot is I couldn't for the life of me get my foot in the boot! so I called and was informed that I wasn't the only one with this problem. I just want to know why I cant get my foot in the boot and why wont stores exchange ugg boots that's been purchased off line? who wants the hassle of having to ship them back and wait and wit for them to ship out new ones o refund money when you can just got to any store who sell ugg boots.

I love the boots but unfortunately they are too tight in the ankle and are very difficult to get on. I had to return them. They should have a zipper in the back!

I usually have a hard time getting my feet into Uggs due to my high arch; these, however, were impossible. The shaft of the boot is too tall and too narrow for your foot to make the turn into the footbed. They are nice looking boots and I was really looking forward to the higher quality footbed and water/stain resistant sheep skin. these simply must be returned, honestly a larger size probably wouldn't even help.

Purchased in size 9 which is same size I normally wear and I almost broke my hands trying to slip my foot in them! Very sad. Won't switch for larger size as I don't want to look like big foot.
