I love these boots but they are very, very stiff. I had to work to put them on and they feel a bit too small but I've been wearing them around the house to see if they stretch out a bit. An older pair of uggs that I have are a W8 so I ordered the same for this pair. I think I could have ordered a W9. Love the overall feel and style, I have been eyeing them for a while. Going to wear them around the house a few more days to see if they stretch, and if not- will return and get a size up!

I really like these boots, but as some others say they are very hard to get on. I finally bought a foot long shoe horn and that helps a lot. I have other boots that slip right on and off and can't see why these are so difficult. That is why I only gave them four stars.

I love my boots! But there are a bit tight on the upper bone of your foot. Purchase this boot in a bigger size extra.

These are really cute, light and comfortable. I am surprised nobody mentioned it, but these actually have the washable and removable shearling insoles - so you can take those out once in a while to clean them. Plus you can also put your own orthotics under the shearling insole - another huge plus, since most Uggs have terrible foot support, leading to numerous articles over the years on the "uggly" side of Uggs and the long line of patients lining up at the podiatrist's office. Anyway, my only issue with these was the style - very cute, but not so great for someone that's a little bit short. I am 5'2", and felt like these made you look shorter, because of the way the cut off the leg mid calf. Also I felt a little eskimo-esque and it's not for everybody, and decided against it.

I wear an 8 1/2 usually lean more towards an 8 if half sizes are not available. I ordered these in 9 because others noted they were hard to get on and let me tell you these are hard to get on! It is like the shaft is too narrow. It's a workout to get them on. I do love them otherwise.

Bought these at the end of November. Love them! So warm. But, when you look down, they appear to be crazy wide. They stay dry better than regular Uggs, but once they're wet, they take long, long time to dry. Also, leather cracked and started to peal. I called Zappos, and they have no problem taking them back. Kudos for Zappos!

I am always a size 6 and have a very narrow foot, however I couldn't even get my foot into this boot without takingmy sock off. And it was extremely tight. The Zappos rep knew nothing about this shoe and didn't seem to care how disappointed I was. Said there was no way I would be able to get another pair (for a bigger size). Luckily I checked online by chance and behold there were 2 size 7's available. No thanks to the Zappos rep. Hopefully the size 7 will fit.

Bought this boot based off the reviews only to discover the shoe fits really tight around the instep. Not sure if they need to be worn several times to break them in but they are really tight around my instep

Love the style and warmth of these boots. They look perfect for cold Wisconsin winters. I contemplated sending them back at first, because they are very difficult to get on. After a wrestling match (great exercise by the way)I found them to be roomy and almost a little big. I intend to wear them inside to see if getting them on improves. The sturdiness of the leather should hold up better then my last pair of regular Uggs,which got all stretchy and salt stained. My feet are looking forward to a long,cold winter with these boots to keep my tootsies warm.

The style of these are excellent and I get compliments on them constantly, however they are very difficult to get on. Since there isn't a good way to easily pull them on (no handles) since the shaft is covered in sterling fluff, I find it extremely challenging the get my heel into place and it's a struggle to get them on. Once on, they are super warm, comfortable and look awesome...but getting them on is another story.

I wish I listened to the other posters/reviewers, but I can usually wear most anything. Wellll, I'm here to say that I literally bruised my instep trying to get one on. I couldn't get it on. These are going back.

Meh. These UGGS looked great on a model in a magazine so I got them. Being 5'3 and 180 lbs (I literally just gave birth a week ago so give me a break here) and in my late 30s... these look a little cheeky on me... not sure I like them... like... I think I look rediculous wearing these... they belong on a hot young 20 something... not a woman nearing middle age lol. That said, would I like the way they look if I was my normally thinner self (135)? Mebbe? I dunno. Mebbe not. They are not like normal Uggs... First - they have a more narrow toe base... so the foot looks smaller but I kind of like the normal Ugg look. Also the shearling is peeling already around the front.. there are bald spots around the top of the foot? What's up with that? They are brand new out of the box? My normal shoe size (in Tory Burch) is 8.5 ---- In Sperry's it's 8. In Uggs... normal Uggs I am a 7. In these Uggs... I tried the 7 - wayyy too small... not just the normal snugness of Ugg... like too short in the toe box... my toes were up against the front of the boot... Tried the 8... a bit better but they are going back too because These shoes DO run TRUE to size... meaning... YOUR normal shoe size... not your normal Ugg size... Since I can not get the 8.5... I will order the 9... and see how it goes...Maybe they will grow on me after I lose a few pounds... or maybe I will look like a ridiculous 40 year old... whatevs.

Weird fit. Ok by true to size that means go by your normal true shoe size not your typical smaller Ugg size. I normally wear a 7 in Uggs. My toes kiss the front and not in a good way. I tried the 8 they fit but still too short in the toe. I am going to try a 9. And they look a bit fussy for someone over 40.

I ordered one size up because Uggs have been giving me a bit a time with size lately. I used to order size 5 in Uggs and they always fit. Now it depends on the style. I have small but wide-ish feet. I now order anything that doesn't have "give" a size up. I still couldn't get these on. Part of the problem is that they are so hard to GRASP because of the fur. If your shoe is tight, you need to pull up on them and these slip out of your hand. The "tightness" comes where the fur ends. They seem to be sewn very tight there so ordering another size up might not help and would look ridiculous once I got them on (they would be two sizes up). I am trying to stretch them every day with shoe stretch and boot fitters. It's tight in a weird place so I don't know if it's going to fit and I don't know if shoe stretch works on fur. For the price, I would definitely not order again. They are very cute, but if I don't get into them soon, it will be a waste of money. Like I said, I don't think that an exchange for a larger size would fix the issue.

This is a lesser version of the Maylin boot. I wear a ten in all the classic Uggs and I couldn't get this boot over my ankle. Might have been a fluke, but comparing it to my chestnut-colored Maylins, I was disappointed. The boot is not as substantial in the cuff as the Maylin. Back it goes. Zappos, of course, is wonderful and makes the pain of returns minimal (thanks for that!).

WAY to hard to put on. I had to return these even though they are the most gorgeous pair of shoes I have ever set eyes upon. I seriously love this design and avoided returning them. I had to have two friends help get them on and off. There is nothing to grab on to in order to get your foot into the heel. I am able to wear other high boots and Ugg boots without the same issue. This is a seriously design flaw and I am sure this exact issue is the reason these boots are now only sold online - you can't find them in stores.
