First let me start out by saying that I have never written a review for Zappos.com. I love the look, feel, and width of Ugg Patten. I wear a size 11 and had no trouble at all putting the boots on, as some reviews claim. I must admit that I have slim feet and ankles. I love Ugg Patten.

These boots are true to size and I think they'd fit any width due to the shearling lining. I think a lot of people think shearling boots are too tight when they first get them because the shearling needs a day to flatten out a little. These really should fit tight when you get them because they will get bigger as you wear them. I wear an 8-9 depending on the shoe an Im wearing the 8. My ankle slips a little but that's the nature of this style boot. I wear them barefoot, as shearling is intended to be worn. Not a hiking boot, more a standing around, riding in the car, walking around leisurely boot. Like wearing slippers all day, and they're so cute. Id been resisting the style of tights or leggings and pencil jeans (because those styles look better on slim less curvy figures) but once I got these boots I ordered some tights to wear with them. The pouf ankle kinda balances out my chest and booty, plus i have bigger calves from running and these work well with that too.

These are adorable, but it's a 2-man job getting them on (and off). They're very stiff - like ski-boots - no flexibility in the sole. Not as comfy as I was expecting given the brand and price.

While these boots are super cute to look at that is pretty much all you can do is look at them. Like so many others who reviewed this boot I was unable to get my foot in the boot to even try it on. I tried everything (even using a shoe horn) and failed. This has to be the absolute worst Ugg design ever and I own a lot of pair of Uggs. So unless you have a very flexible foot and ankle that can slide into very narrow openings please save yourself the headache and do not order these boots. Sorry Ugg but you missed the mark on this one.

I usually don't go for uggs. But I must say, I do love wearing them.. I would definitely purchase another pair

I love these boots!! So comfy and so warm and I love the way they look with leggings.

My normal size is a 7. these run small. You need to order a size larger.

Super cute, run about a size small. Tight at first across the top of your foot. These were a gift and she loves them!

This is a lovely pair of UGG boots. The fact that that they are pretty water resistant is a very good thing. I am returning them because they did not fit as well as the Kestrel pair that I kept.

This boot is so lovely! Thanks to other reviewers, I ordered a size 8 for my 7/7.5 foot and it fits perfectly. The boot looks rich and stylish and has kept my feet cozy. A great buy!

These boots are amazing for the price point. Very well made and super compfy and warm! I wear a 6.5 and a 6 fits true to size. The top of the show warped immediately from the weather creasing, causing them to look broken in which is fine for me. I would highly suggest these boots!

I was undecided if I really like these uggs or not I debated for 1 week before actually ordering them. I was nervous about the color mostly. When I received the uggs I tried them on and they were a bit difficult to get on I don't remember if it was because I had socks on or not but I tried them on again and I didn't have a problem (I didn't have socks on). Everyone I showed love the uggs I can't wait to actually were them!

As the owner of multiple pairs of Uggs, I must say that the Ugg Patten is absolutely beautiful! I was able to grab these at a great price, post black friday sale! As with all uggs, there is an expected break-in period and especially so with these. The inner fur lining is much thicker and upon first wear, rubbed the top of my foot. After about the third wear this was no longer a problem and they felt like a custom made pair of boots. I wear a size 9/EU 40 normally and in Uggs I always go down a size to an 8...did the same in this pair and it was the best decision. Next to an old school pair of Sundance II's (which are 8 years old and still fab), the chestnut leather Patten is my favorite pair. For the money, durability and style (I'm complimented every time I wear them) Uggs are the best!

I love these boots!!!!!!!! Typically, I wear a 7 in the Classic Uggs, which is why I ordered a 7 in the Patten Uggs. However, the ankle portion of the boot does not give way like the other standard Uggs. So, in a quest to find my right size, I went to the DSW and actually tried on both size 8 & 9. 9 too big....8 perfect. Unfortunately, Zappos does not have size 8. But, DSW did for $38 more....but either way I'm happy I got my boots...

I've been looking for a pair of leather UGGs that are somewhat classic in style - I thought I found them. Returning them because I want the option to wear them up or fold them down. Unfortunately these don't do that.

I wear a 7 1/2 and the 8 fit perfectly. this boot is great looking. I did return because I feel I am too old. this boot is a better style for someone younger.

The Patten boot just arrived in time for winter temps and they keep my feet toasty and comfy. People in public stop and comment on how cute this style is. I love the light shearling which allows me to lighten the color palette in my late autumn/early winter wardrobe.

I LOVE these boots. I have wanted them for a long time and finally a sale! I bought them so fast that I didnt read the reviews, my bad! I tried for a long, long time to get them on and couldn't. I have never had that problem before as my feet are not big - 7-1/2 shoe size and I'm 5'9". So I called customer service and they were amazing! I re-ordered a size 9 boot I was a little worried they would be too big. I also ordered a long shoe horn, when I got the size 9, I got them on in a few minutes with the assistance of my shoe horn!! I was thrilled, they look amazing, they look great with jeans and also leggings! I'm thrilled with every part of this boot and they are not too big - YEAH!!!!!!
