Definitely size up at least 1/2 a size. I read reviews and specifically sized up half a size and I could have used a half of size bigger still. I will keep though as they are still going to be fine.

Very short and narrow. I have a B width and ordered a whole size up and it was still too small. Looks nice, stiff. I want a boot I can walk several miles a day in, this is not it.

I just got these in the mail. I had hoped since I wear a 7 to a 7 1/2 that these sized 8 boots would fit. No dice! They are incredibly small! Would have ordered the 8 1/2 - or even a 9! - but it was unavailable so I just ordered a snow boot by Keen. Hopefully those will be the ticket as many of the reviews indicated that they fit more true to size. Fingers crossed! While it's no fun to have to send anything back - Zappos makes the whole process totally effortless! Thank you Zappos!

Way too narrow. I could not even get my feet into these boots. I often find size 6 shoes to be too big. These boots are tiny.

I love these boots but I have had to return the 7.5 and the 8 because they are too small. I am really sad because I have a ski trip in a couple weeks but the 8.5 is out of stock! Do not waste your time with your regular size, get a full size bigger!

They look huge! And no arch support at all for high arches. Also, super duper tight so go up a size but know that your feet may then look bigger.

Ordered these boots but sending back. They were very functional, but didn't have enough "cute" factor for me. They definitely ran small. I ordered 1/2 size up and they fit well. They are pretty heavy and heavy duty. Not light boots. They look well made and though they would hold up in snow or rain well. They are also exceptionally warm. What make these shoes fit small is all the padding inside (not fur). It is like a jacket for your foot! Can't imagine being cold in these. Other than the style not being to my liking, the only other thing I didn't like was that these boots fit like ski boots. If you stand up straight, they pull down on your toes a little bit, like ski boots. But if you lean forward they fit normal. A little strange for a winter boot.

I REALLY wanted to love (and keep) these. The problem is the padding. As other reviewers have said, you have to go up a full size because the front area is so heavily padded. The problem is the ankle. I have narrow ankles, so now that I've sized up, the back of my foot is swimming. Such a shame, as they seem super warm!

These boots have a lot of padding, especially on the top of your foot, but it makes the space inside the boot too tight, and not likely to loosen up since the padding is above your foot. BYW, the color is darker than the photo. It is not an oyster white, it is more tan.

I wanted to love these - they are really cute. They are super insulated and I'm guessing would keep you warm in any weather. But, they are stiff and clunky. They would be okay for standing or even short walks but I'm guessing driving would be a real problem in these. I'm not sure if they may have broken in if worn for a while but I'm not chancing it - sending them back.
