Very comfortable shoe that breaks in very quickly. I find it very difficult to find a comfortable shoe and I will be ordering my second pair in a different color soon.

I bought these for my husband for outdoor chores and some hiking. He absolutely loves these boots. They are very comfortable and offer a lot of support. Very happy with purchase.

I was looking for a black shoe that I could wear outside and to work in a business casual environment. I have been a Merrell customer for years so this was an easy choice. As I'd expect from Merrell these shoes fit perfectly, look good and are very comfortable.

I walk long distances in these, and they feel great. They also look nice enough to wear somewhere social. I haven't asked them to do heavy duty on rocky or muddy trails, but they feel sturdy and the sole feels thick enough to stand up to rough terrain. I need a wide shoe, and Merrells are a great brand for me. I swaddle my foot in big socks for long walks, and this shoe doesn't feel too tight with all that. But it does feel like it still gives enough support. a good balance.

Have owned several pairs of Merrells over the years, experimented with other brands recently, an obvious mistake on my part! Bought these Moab Rovers and feel like I'm back home. They are comfortable from the first lace-up, supportive and sure-footed. Glad to be back, Merrell! As always, Zappos delivered a first class purchasing experience.

These are the ultimate light hiking shoe, no question! Light, durable, dry, warm, very comfortable and good looking, for what they are. I've gone through 5 pairs of similar shoes in the last 10 years and these are the best yet. Wish I'd discovered Merrell sooner.

Really impressed with these shoes. Not overbuilt or over-styled, just a thoughtfully designed shoe with a great sole for hiking/winter. Solidly constructed.

These are great trail shoes, whether your interests are hiking, running, or otherwise. For pavement, the thick sole feels somewhat cumbersome. You'll be glad it is there, though, when you have to traverse rocky terrain. The laces hold well and provide good adjustment across the top of the foot. The leather proved to be durable, but like any leather did not breathe well. Consider ordering this shoe a half-size larger than usual. I found the extra space to be helpful when banging my toes against rocks while hiking. I feel that a half-size smaller would have been problematic.

I have owned and enjoyed wearing the Jungle Moc style for years. I use an orthotic insert and there is plenty of room and comfort. I wanted a different style for a change and this proved the perfect alternative. These are very stylish, look really good on, yet afford the same comfort as my older Merrells. Size 12 worked for both styles for me, so they proved comparable. The inside room is great and the sole provides huge support and energy and feel. A great choice.

Over pronation and recurring plantar faciitis for starters. I have replaced sneakers, deck shoes and spikeless golf shoes with the Merrell Moab Rover. Ample width, cloud-like comfort, light weight yet solid construction also help my posture which has relieved back strain. They ought to rename these shoes to Moab "Boomer" Rover. At our age these shoes are awesome.

These shoes are excellent. Ordered wides, which are more comfortable when including additional insoles, including a walk-fit hard insole (also went 1/2 size up). Well made & look nice. Had intended to cycle through other (existing) pairs of shoes, but find these to be ideal for everything, and hard to match for comfort & support, with anything else which I own.

This is an odd shoe. I took a chance and it went on like a slipper. Worked great for 4-6 miles hikes. But for casual, around the house use, it feels 'off'...maybe some arch support that doesn't kick in right away. Weird.

My boyfriend got these just in time for our vacation in Ireland. They fit just right, went fairly well with just about everything he wore there, and he never complained about comfort! These shoes took us from the cobblestone streets of Galway to the Cliffs of Moher. We are looking forward to having these for our next hike. Merrell has a good reputation to begin with, and these met our needs perfectly.

This is a terrific shoe (size 15) but it runs quite a bit smaller than my other Merrells (I have Ventilators, which are fantastic, and a pair of Moab mid-height hiking boots). Also note that, perhaps because of the sizing, it doesn't accommodate any of my arch support orthotics very well. The other two pairs of Merrells I own do this very well. For this reason I'm docking a star overall and on comfort.

Really nice looking shoes, but the arch support bothered my husband. He is used to very little arch support.

My husband has been having trouble with leg circulation and plantar fasciitis. He needed a good pair of shoes for support and a good arch. These Merrell shoes are awesome. It is the most money he's ever paid for a pair of shoes but they are totally worth it. I expect he will have them for many years.

This shoe looks great for casual wear with jeans. It was a little stiff and felt like the insole wasn't very comfortable when I first was wearing the shoe, but it seems things have loosened up since then and I am having a better time walking in them. I had already purchased a pair of WP Moab Ventilators from Merrell that I was very pleased with while hiking except for the lack of breathability due to being waterproof. That first pair is what led me to try these out as well. These are a good "can take on anything" sort of shoe, and the darker espresso color keeps them casual looking rather than looking like a straight hiking or athletic shoe.

I do a lot of walking and standing for my job, and living in a city I generally walk everywhere. So I needed a sturdy shoe! This delivers for the most part. I've had them for just shy of a year now, and the inside is falling apart a little bit. Thankfully, replacing that part is very cheap. The part you care about, the outside, is still going strong.

I bought these shoes for a trip to Colorado. I have problems with my feet, so took them to my foot Dr. He was extremely impressed. So far I love them. Very comfortable. Love that they were available in wide width. The only negative I would say is, I wish they were a little lighter in weight.

I like the color and style of these shoes. They fit very well and are comfortable, but they are much heavier than my previous shoes - Rockports. I have gotten used to them in the couple of weeks since I have had them and I would buy them again.

Great shoes for hiking and outdoors. Disappointed to find that they were less at my local outfitter store. Shop around first.

The only real problem is that they were starting to come apart from the seams right from the box. My fault, I should have returned them right away. Instead I kept them and they became junk within a few months. They were good shoes other than that. I think I might have just gotten a lemon.

Seems to be a great boot but the arch was just a little too high for my foot and the heel seemed a bit too narrow for me as well. Well made shoe overall, just not for me.
