I am working all day on concrete and at the end of the day my feet are very sore in many other boots. I have been wearing these boots for a couple of weeks now. They are comfortable and my feet feel great. I recommend these boots.

I have very wide feet, and finding shoes that fit properly is a chore, let alone a pair of boots. I ordered these in my normal size, a 9 1/2 Wide, and they fit like they were molded from my feet from the moment they left the box. I also have flat feet so I always expect to put arch supports in my shoes, but with these I've been procrastinating simply because the boots themselves provide a surprising level of support. I wouldn't call them "light," but the weight is quite manageable; I often forget I'm even wearing them. Not wanting to give a review until I had fully tested them, I waited until I had spent some time in the rain to test the waterproofing. Tonight I spent an hour outside in steady rain walking through mud and puddles tossing bags of leaves. Came inside completely soaked to my underwear, and yet my socks were the only thing that stayed dry. You will not regret buying these boots.

Absolutely love the boots. Very comfortable and I find I can wear them in a more dressy situation as I think they are more stylish than some of my other casual boots.

I have wide feet and was happy to see this boot offered in a wide width. It fits me perfectly, is comfortable and looks good. I didn't really purchase this for hiking, but do believe it would be good for that use.

Love the boots so far; they're comfortable, durable and seem to be reasonably waterproof. Got them after another brand started falling apart on me after a couple months. I'll update if any problems down the road...

My husband is VERY happy with these boots. These are worn often twelve hours a day, doing a lot of heavy demanding physical work, and these provide superior all day comfort. They are also very nice looking, well made, Merrell is a brand I can count on. Thank You! Happy feet are so important.

Got these because I expected comfort and great construction from Merrell - was not disappointed. The on-line image doesn't do the boots justice - they look better upon arrival.

I have wide feet, a high instep, and find it difficult to find shoes that are comfortable for more than a couple of hours. I am on my feet on a concrete floor at least twelve hours a day. These are unbelievable! They are as comfortable at the end of the day as they were when I put them on in the morning. I'm a loyal Merrell fan and these are even better than I had hoped for. Thank you for a great pair of comfortable shoes!!

I have problems with my feet hurting, and I could no longer find the Caterpillar boot I bought four years ago. I wanted some boots that will last me a while and settled on a couple of brands. After much research, I picked these Merrell Moab Rover Mid Waterproof Boots. I live in snow country, so it was important to me to keep my feet warm and dry while trudging through the snow on the way to work, or shoveling snow in front of my house. These boots performed excellently all winter. I wore them for about five months and found them to be very comfortable. They keep my feet nice and snug in them while I shoveled, literally, a ton of snow (we had a lot of snow). The treads worked very well in the snow and the only time I slipped was on flat ice on my driveway from some melting and refreezing. As for the boots themselves, the inside is quite comfortable, but I did end up inserting a Sole footbed underneath the normal footpad. I also added a metatarsal pad in the middle of the Merrell footpad to help alleviate foot pain. I had absolutely no pain in my feet all winter, even when I stood on them all day long or continuously walked from building to building. These shoes have made a Merrell believer out of me. They are still in excellent condition and I can see them lasted at least two more winters...maybe three. After that, it will be time for a new pair of Merrells from Zappos.

This shoe is very comfortable and true to my size which is 10D. These shoes have kept my feet warm and dry even thru the very cold and snowy weather we have now. I'm looking forward to spring when I can use them for hiking one of our National Parks out west. Great service from Zappos again.

Got a size 13 initially but had to go up to 13w. The Wide version fits very well and I like the understated look of these boots. They seem comfortable so far but I haven't put a lot of miles in as of yet. Definitely kept my feet dry on a wet day cutting Christmas trees in the mud at least. One note, the first pair I received were missing the insoles and had to be returned. First time that's ever happened but something to watch out for. Luckily Zappos' exchange process is great and I had a replacement pair in my hands the next day.

I use these as work boots as a FedEx courier, so I am on my feet all day. These boots are extremely comfortable, warm and waterproof, which works for me in the cold, snowy Rocky Mountains. My only complaint is that the toe guard has begun to peel on both boots requiring me to glue them down.

I actually bought these in a size 9 instead of 8.5 because the sizing was a little off. I'd like to see the padding around the ankle improved, but other than that, these are a very very comfortable hiking/hunting/outdoors ankle height boot. I recommend them to anyone.

Okay, this is a tough one, because the first 3/4s of the life of my Merrells, was very comfortable. I bought the size 14s. I'm 6'6" and 260lbs. I bought these boots 9 months ago, and they are worn completely out. They didn't fall apart, they still have tread, but the insoles are causing my feet issues. So I'm torn, they were awesome but for the price I was hoping to get at least a year out of them. I wear these to work every day, so they did get some miles but like I said, not enough to wear the tread past half way. They were truly waterproof as described. Hope this review helps.

These boots are really a half size too small. I normally wear a 9.5W or 10E in most shoes. I ordered the size 10E they feel like a small 9.5. They are comfortable, but would be much better if they were the correct size. The boot are very warm for non-insulated boot; due the water proofing. I find them good for temps 20F - 50F. Even some teens if there isn't too much wind. Do yourself a favor and order a half size larger, so you don't get boots a little too small.

I had to return these. They fit too loosely, and the insoles did not correct the problem. The area around the ankles rub painfully, especially on the Achilles.

Have had these boots only 5 days and have worn them on 2 hikes of 5 miles. These boots are hard and don"t seem to break in very easily. While walking they hurt the ball joints (behind my toes) of my feet and which makes walking uncomfortable. Due to this reason, I would not buy these again.

No value in this product priced at $139.95. This boot is made in China and probably cost $20-$30 to make and ship to the U.S. Too much padding above the ankle. Feels like a shoe that wants to be a boot. It went right back in the box after I tried it on.

This was my first time ordering Merrell shoes. I did so because I was hopeful the quality would be superior to other walking shoes I've tried, which seem to wear out more quickly. Unfortunately, after just a year of wearing them for about 30% of every week, the sole is starting to separate from the toe. I am very disappointed and will be looking for better durability next time around. Another drawback is that the leather was very susceptible to attracting and holding dirt or any foreign material.

I bought these because I purchased a pair of Merrell Chameleons some years back and they were awesome. They were durable, long lasting, and had a nice appearance. This pair of shoes (the Moab) I was not impressed with. They looked old and ragged in short order. And, the rubber which comes up to protect the toe in front, quickly began to separate from the leather. This made the shoes look haggard, and made me look like a hobo if I continued wearing them. I'm also not impressed with the way they look on my feet. And where did the Vibram sole go? For the price that I paid I would expect a Vibram sole.

I've always wanted to own a pair of Merrells. If you order these get 1/2 to 1 full size larger than your normal size. I'm disappointed. They are comfortable enough but my feet sweat in them even with a thin sock. I have a pair of Ecco's made out of Gore-Tex that are better than these.

Had to send it back after trying it on: too snug overall and pinching the small toes. Merrell 11's used to fit me perfectly, and other 11s still do, but these were too small. Liked the style, other than the lighter band along the heel (otherwise a nice dark black look).

These are the worst because they could be the best. These boots have absolutely NO ARCH SUPPORT. My feet pronate inward and it's noticeable immediately after putting them on. What a shame because otherwise they are the best. Look at the picture ... right at the arch they curve upward to form a huge gap where there should be support. It's what leads to knee surgery folks! Even with orthotics the pronation is huge. Again, too bad because the boot itself is awesome.
