The looks of the bag are great! But the functionality of it is very poor , lacks room, storage space organization pockets you literally have to dump the bag upside down every time you need something out of it the water bottle holder is way too small for such a great brand like Timbuk2 needs to step up their game and the fact that the item is being denied a return it's very disappointing called the Customer Service just to be answered by a machine saying they will call back its been several days and no Answer by anyone from Timbuk2 . I will not recommend this product to anyone. Thumbs down !

Worse back pack ever. Should of stayed with your roll down version. This black thing is horrendous for every day use. So uncomfortable
