Love the Solftwalk Hanover. I have a bunion and hammer toe, so I have trouble buying shoes. I bough the Walking Cradle in brown which are okay, but then I bought the Softwalk in black. Perfect.

I normally wear a size 6 (ranging from size 5 - 6.5 depending on brand), and these I ended up buying in a snug 6.5. I even tried the wider width, but decided it would be too loose and the regular 6.5 should soften and stretch a bit. These shoes are VERY comfortable - they feel like cushions on your soles! I really like the simple style and closer-fitting ankle. My only complaint is that quality control could be a little better - on 2 of the pairs that I tried on, including the pair I kept, the right shoe had marks or discolorations in the leather itself, and upon closer inspection the seam where the upper joins the outer sole is not as neat as it could be. But I suppose one can't expect perfection in all things.

These are wonderful boots. It took me 3 tries to get the right size and width but I finally did. I need a extra wide and they are great. Very comfortable.

These are cute, well-made, and stylish. They have nice padding inside and arch support which is rare for flat shoes. I ordered the regular/medium width because I have narrow feet. To my surprise they are way too narrow for my narrow feet. I have just exchanged them for the W width. Here is hoping that that will solve the problem because I would really like to keep them.

This boot was both short and narrow. This was surprising because I have a somewhat narrow foot; Vionics are often too wide. I've reordered in the next half size larger in both the medium and the wide. Hopefully one will work.

These are beautiful boots, and super comfortable. I tried really hard to get past the grandma-esque look they have, and couldn't quite do it. If you keep your eyes closed, they're the most amazing boot ever. Alas, I need something a little more modern looking.

Such a soft shoes. Named appropriately. The length is great. For me, the heel is still a little wide but worn with a little thicker sock, these will be perfect for rainy / snowy cold weather wear.

These boots fit perfectly as 7.5 wide, very comfy. The look/style just didn’t suit me. I chose Clarks instead.

I have a horrible time finding shoes that work for me, so I am so happy to have found these shoes! They are soft and comfy inside, yet have enough stability so that my foot doesn't feel like it's walking over to the side. Plus they are a very flat heel which I love. I am going to order them in the other color as well, but try a 1/2 size larger this time. I have been wearing them around the house for a day and my toes are feeling a little cramped.

The ankle boots felt very comfortable. True to size and width. My only complaint would be that when the shoes arrived it looked like they had been worn or returned by someone else. No papers in the shoes like new shoes normally have. The color was not a true black like I expected.

Loved the feel of this leather - so soft. Now several months later, I still like the shoe but wish I'd paid better attention to the toe box. These are too tight for my toes. I have to wear toe socks to help with rubbing. So these only get worn about every 2 weeks because of that tightness.

Boot is very soft, however, runs a little narrow. I would recommend, you might have to get them stretched

These were fine boots and what I wanted but a size 12, even in the wide width, was too small. I like the ease of the zipper and the grip of the sole.

These shoes fit right out of the box.After having botched bunion surgery, I'm always had narrow feet but now I have problems in my toes and metatarsal. They have decent support in the metatarsal area. I hesitated to keep them because I think they make my foot look even bigger than they are.The front could use a little more styling. I ordered several other boots and these were the ones I decided to keep because of price and comfort.

These are pretty cute (might be more stylish with a more tapered toe) but they felt snug and the arch support was too much for me - I think it would be pushing into my feet. I normally between a 7.5 and 8 and the 7.5 was snug on me at home even with fairly thin socks.

I like the boot, but, while the ball of my foot is wide, my heel is not. So my heel slips out and I have to return them. Otherwise, I really like it.

The fit is (9.5) is perfect though a bit narrow. I’d likely wear a 9 wide if I were to purchase my regular 9 but I sized up and it’s a good fit. It’s a handsome shoe and the soles assure me I’m steady on my feet! The soft Nappa leather is delicious; wonder if it will give a wee bit over time. Very pleased with my choice!!

This is a great looking boot but just didn't work for my hanmmertoe, which the top of the boot pressed down on, causing pain while wearing them around the house. :-((( Very generous heel width, too much for me. I am keeping the same black ones I ordered because the leather is softer and I think I can stretch it with a tennis ball in the toe bed.

Very nice boots, soft leather, look good, but the EE width was too narrow for me. Realistically, it was an average D width, so unfortunately they're going back.

These booties are essentially "true to size" but rather too roomy in the heel. I had returned a Wide for a Medium, but the problem remained, so I am regretfully returning the second pair.

I was looking for a brown bootie. I wear a 7N shoe. I had to order a 1/2 size larger which fit. The leather was soft and the color was what I wanted, but it wasn't quite what I was looking for - a little too plain and I did not like the seam down the middle of the boot.

These are nice boots. The style is just what I wanted except for the seam down the front. I would have kept them except for the fit. I ordered the D width, but they were still too narrow for the front of my foot and much too loose in the heel. I did not think I would be happy walking in them.

Seems good quality so far. Felt a little snug on my summer feet but loosened up after half a day. A nice fall/ mild winter boot.

Boots are like butter. They were a little short, so I am ordering the next size up.

I have polyneuropathy in my feet and have difficulty finding comfortable shoes - especially boots. Also, I need fairly flat shoes with some toe box space. These fit the bill. The zipper makes them the easiest boots to put on ever. I normally wear an 8.5 W. I ordered an 8.5 WW in these. The width and length are perfect but there is slippage in the heel of one foot. I cannot figure out how to solve that problem as thicker socks would make them too tight in the rest of the foot. But, I use a walker so don't have to worry about the shoes coming off and these shoes feel like comfortable smooth leather gloves on my feet. I got the "Luggage Weathered Leather" and would like to order other colors if they go on sale. These boots are nicely cushioned all around the foot, especially the bottoms.
