I have a Morton's Neuroma, so I need shoes that either have give or have a wide toe box. Shoes that work well for me can be difficult to find. I can't wear heels whatsoever, so I got these to wear on my wedding day. The leather upper is soft, and I was able to pull out the insole and put my own inserts in. I did have some minor soreness the day after, but I wore them while I was on my feet all day, so for me that's a success. I find them to be very comfortable and cute.

So comfortable! I love the wide width. The footbed is just right. The leather is super soft which makes me worry about how long they last. However I will order another pair.

I have been looking for boots like these for ages: sleek, soft leather that work with pants, leggings & skirts but feel like I'm wearing sneakers. After reading all the reviews, I ordered wide...took me three tries on the width and I ended up with a Med. I was able to take out the foot pads and insert my custom orthotics and I'm a happy girl...off to run the streets of NYC looking a little more chic than if I had worn my sneakers.

Great pair of booties, stylish, right fit and size, I wear an orthrotic brace and was able to fit the brace in the shoe without difficulty, looks great with jean as well as slacks...

It is very difficult to find shoes to fit my feet. I range from a 6½ to 8, EE to EEEE. When I do find them they are rarely attractive and comfortable. However these shoes are awesome! They were very comfortable from the first wearing. I adore these and will buy more SoftWalk shoes. Thanks for making quality shoes for wide feet!

So comfortable! My foot runs narrow and this boot fits perfectly in a medium width. Would have loved it even more with a slight heel, but as it is I'm buying another pair in a different color.

I ordered a wide & either these run very narrow or a Narrow was shipped; I think the latter. They would have been great if wider. Very cushy.

I have extra wide feet and arthritis in my back, and I can't wear heels anymore. These boots are about the most comfortable things I've ever had on my feet. My next purchase from Zappos will be another pair.

Great style, great comfort! I bought a 2nd pair to hold in reserve for when I've worn out my 1st pair. I have awful feet, getting worse, as a result of a blood disorder where one abnormal immunoglobulin attacks the insulation of peripheral nerves. Feet are numb and sensitive at the same time, feel swollen when not, and some toes bend too much at the toe knuckle. Softwalk has been a help with eggcrate insoles, but seems that they've stopped making them for most shoes, this one too.

I am returning these as they are much too narrow. I loved the shoes, but my feet are very wide. None of them fit me.

I have had these boots for almost 3 months and I LOVE them! They are so comfortable. I wear them all day, every day, to work - and they are comfortable and classy for a professional environment. I would definitely buy again!

I usually wear narrow but after reading reviews I ordered a medium. They are perfect! I did put an insole for more cushion inside. I would not wear them on long walks but they are great for going to dinner. They look good with jeans.

I absolutely love these booties! They are the most comfortable shoes that I have had in ages! I usually, well used to, wear between a 7 and 8 medium; then had to search for a wide width, depending on the brand. I bought these in an 8 double wide and these are as comfortable as bedroom slippers! They provide great arch support, the leather is so soft, and to make a long story short; nobody will take these from me without a fight, haha. They work well with leggings and skinny jeans as well as anything else. I love these!

I ordered the wide because I have bunions like one other reviewer, but I found the wide too roomy. So I returned them for the B width, and they accommodate my bunions nicely while still being very comfortable. I plan to walk miles in the city on my next visit. Thank you, Zappos!

As with most Softwalks, these are very comfortable to walk in. I like them very much and will wear them often.

As with any new shoe or boot, I wear them for a couple of hours indoors for a couple of days before deciding if they will work for me. These felt very comfortable from the minute I put them on.

This inside zipper makes this boot easy on/off. I have an xx wide foot and somewhat narrow heel. The size 7.5 ww is working w/just a little stretch across the front. No immediate rub on top of my big toe, also something I watch out for when buying shoes. No slipping on heel. Still new but are comfy, cute and think they'll be great.

I loved these shoes when I saw them on the website, and they look just as great in person. I wear a size 8 and have very narrow feet, but after reading the reviews, I figured is better go up to a medium width. It's a good thing I did; these shoes are VERY narrow but they were perfect for my feet. They were, however a little too tight. Because I was so anxious to wear them, I decided not to return them and see if they would stretch. Sure enough. They did! I don't recommend doing what I did; if they feel too tight, exchange them for the righty size. Had I not been so anxious to wear them I would have exchanged them for a 8.5. But all is well with these cute booties! I can't close this teview without mention of the quality of the leather...it's soft and supple -- great shoes worth the investment.

Reviews suggested ordering this a size larger and wider, which for me ended up being way too big. I reordered my correct size, and it fit perfectly. It's very comfortable, and that is hard to find for my feet.

So, I bought these to wear for a winter European vacation where I knew I would be doing a lot of walking. I have now bought them in both black and cognac, and simply LOVE, LOVE, LOVE. Yes, buy at least a half size up. I generally am a 9.5 in pretty much any brand, but for flats often go for 10. I have narrow feet, and these fit me very well. Super comfortable (I can wear them no problem for a 14 hour shift), but also super fashionable - great with skinny jeans, leggings, etc. The leather is high quality, the fit it great, and the style is fabulous and versatile - really, what more can you ask for?

I love the way SoftWalk shoes live up to their name with the padded footbed. These are soft and nice looking. I ordered a size wider as others suggested, and they are fine. Strangely, after a number of wearings, I developed a small blister on my left heel -- unusual for me, and I can't explain it.
